Got one of our subs wrong and my daughter wouldn't eat it. Tried phoning them but line went dead. Luckily Just Eat refunded us.

I only received half of my sandwich !

I ordered a chicken tikka salad with extra meat and added an extra of ham but they gave me no chicken in my salad! Tried to call to complain but no response.

11-11-2023 Swift service even though the sandwich artist serving me was newly trained and a bit unsure he was very customer focused. It was strangely peaceful watching the traffic go by. 13-01-2024 Excellent service from the sandwich artist and later opening time was great on a Sunday

Placed an order via Uber Eats. Got a call to say they didn't have Vegan steak so we said we wanted to cancel the order. Got told they didn't know how to do that so they sent a cheese salad version and said we would have to claim though Uber Eats. Hardly any cheese even though we paid to double up and Uber Eats won't issue a full refund for it. Absolutely disgraceful service and yet again showing that any dietary request is ignored! If you are Vegan avoid this place!

Amazing customer service from Raman food came tasty and quick.

Myself and my granddaughter loved our subs. You only sent one bag of cookies even though I was charged for two. Am waiting for a refund. Was a problem last time to. Again with cookies. You sent white nut ones instead of cherry. Neither of us liked them. Maybe you could call if you're going to change the order.

The food was not the same it felt dry I always order from Arleston lane in sinfin and their food is always nice and just way I always eat but today the food was not the same it felt dry and it was definitely cold and the slice pizza was also dry.

Hot food was cold. Order was two cookies short. Nobody rang to see if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Phone was ringing off the hook. Manager was in to discuss the service with. Ended up having to speak to deluveroo who settled the matter.

Driver turned up to the restaurant and it was closed, at least he had the decency to call me to let me know my order wasn’t coming… i would like a refund

Bread was stale, hardly any meat in the sub no brown sauce arrived as had run out

BMT was fine, steak melt was awful, cold and looked like it had been left on a shelf for a week. It looked like someone had stood on it only good thing was it arrived on time.

The meal deals were toasted and the meatball footlong that we asked to be toasted wasn’t, wont be ordering a meal deal again, prefer the tune not warm and with salad. Was okay though just not quite what we thought we were getting.

Went to the wrong address so we went searching. When found the driver he said I have been trying to call (no he had not) and proceeded to say the maps are correct. He was told that the address is correct and he was on the wrong road he said he wasn’t. Was quite rude.

Both subs were great, lovely fresh salad, plenty of sauce lots of tuna in one and steak in the other. Very tasty we really enjoyed them

Delivery was great but food was horrible and sloppy. Wasn’t toasted like I asked and just tastes horrible. Won’t be ordering again.

Don’t even waste your time ordering from here, missing cookies, jalapeños when we didn’t want any. Paid £17 for an order I can’t eat what a waste!!

Again, I am missing items. How difficult can it be. You owe me a bag of crisps, a coke, and a cookie. This has happened so many times now. So fed up.

How on earth does it take over 2.5 hours to make and deliver a Subway! Delivery time was changed 4 times since ordering. Delivery driver went the wrong way and food was stale when it arrived.

Food arrived two hours after we ordered it which for a Subway is poor. Rang the store twice and got no answer or ability to leave a message. Couldn’t cancel it either and order from elsewhere. Really disappointed in the service today.

Driver open the front door leaving the food in the porch, I don’t know if this is allowed or not but I think in my personal opinion it’s wrong to open someone’s front door without permission.

This is one of the best Subways I have ever been to the staff are extremely professional and friendly. The food is always the highest quality and matches your order every time I would definitely recomed this subway location.

Always a fast delivery. Always packed well. The delivery drivers are friendly.

It's not against subway but justeat them selves had issues and didn't do anything to communicate with people so subway was getting the flack but spoke toa lady at subway and she explained wat had happened just eat sort it out had to wait over 2 hours for your mishap

Meatball Marinara was available and tasted great. Server was friendly and food prep area looked clean and tidy.

Food not labelled and cookies put in same bag so unsure which one the vegan one was, if any. No vegan cheese even though it stated this was available. Wrong drink given.

Disappointed, Steak and Cheese turned up cold. Not toasted as ordered. First time I've had this kind of issue, how do you forget to toast the one sandwich in a two sandwich order?

ordered natchos with everything on it came with absolutely nothing on and basically was a box of burnt black doritos and didnt give another pack of crisp we ordered will definitely not be ordering again .

Ordered a side of nachos with cheese & salsa, looked like someone else had had them before me, barely any nachos, looked like they just wiped a couple of them in salsa and no cheese on top, luckily managed to get a refund through just eat but won’t be ordering again

Delivery driver left drink at restaurant then refused to collect, then the restaurant tell me I can pick it up so what’s the point of me ordering for home delivery if I have to go and fetch the stuff myself of which I’ve payed for

It was over all good but the cucumber was chopped really thick.

Nice to have the choice of delivery from subway, but we didn't get the hash browns on our order and the food was so cold, it all had to get reheated. Not great when we're just 1 mile down the road, but overall, without errors and if it was hot, the food was tasty in the end

I can’t really give my order any stars as I received totally the wrong order and when I tried to call the restaurant to complain no one answered the phone after several attempts at trying. Extremely disappointed,

i ordered a vegetarian subway and a turkey sandwich for someone else and i was given three meat sandwiches, two turkey and one chicken. I was not alerted that i wouldn’t get a veggie sandwich and am really not happy.

Salad is missing: Pickles and onions. The plant patty is cold Hash Browns are cold Meatballs are cold Tuna Footlong has no salad Wrap is cold & barely anything in it mostly just a wrap. I am requesting for a full refund.

No issues with delivery at all. The Pig in Blanket sub was tasty. All ingredients seemed fresh. Unfortunately they didn't put any Bacon in my Chicken and Bacon Sub, I also didn't find any crispy onion, and it didn't seem like there was any sweet onion sauce in it either. Feel a little let down.

The subway is not good at all the tuna is just on one side and I didn’t received the sauce that I ordered.
