food was bad. i asked for blt with cheese and pickel... i got yesterday's hard bacon, no pickel and way too much tomato and lettes, i wouldnt recommend this place to anybody looking for a (nice baguette) this one was one of them frozen not fresh cheep ones. next time ill be sticking to what i know and going subway.

Had an excellent egg-and-cheese baguette from here, which I ate in the little park by the bus station. A lovely freshness to the bread and the boiled egg slices. I'd give it a slight edge over the one from French Frank's the day before, but both were very good. The shop is tiny, though, so maybe you'd have to wait longer than at FF's if there was a queue. Fortunately for me, there wasn't. The blonde lady serving was friendly and chatty, which added to the good impression. £3.50.

Had food from Mr T’s nearly every night of our holiday. The food is fresh and delicious, lots to choose from and delivered straight to our caravan park, by lovely drivers.

Ventnor Botanical Garden
We had a super Sunday lunch here after strolling through the botanical gardens. the chef Michael Jackson (yes, really!) cooked a delicious roast beef for my husband & did a special sea bass for me. Very attentive service from friendly staff & really good wine by the glass in pleasant surroundings, with the sun streaming into the restaurant.

41-43 Union StreetBest/cheapest Spoons on IOWmuch better than Newport Man in the moon. No kids running around uncontrolled by their parents & allowed to do so by Staff. Police ought to pay a visit & hopefully catch under aged brats ordering alcohol from the App.

South StreetPopped in for a quick lunch with a toddler and unfortunately the experience was very poor. Fish and chips were inedible - dripping in grease. Roasted veg panini, asked to be warmed and came back deconstructed and floppy. Every coffee cup was dirty and cutlery was grubby too. Thankfully they offered a refund but didn’t seem to want to listen to why we were unhappy - a big shame as sister store in Lake is always good.

Sandown Pier, EsplanadePopped by for a Hot Drink & Snack after walking the dog on the beach. Very friendly staff, very welcoming and nice hot drinks which were reasonably priced for the size of the mugs. We definitely recommend visiting.
