Mr Pretzels in Dartford

Bought the pretzel bites as we had them last time we visited Bluewater and they were delicious. Today they were pre packed and warm not hot. There was wayyyyy too much sugar and this ruined the pretzels. We were handed a bag ready prepared upon purchasing but unfortunately not only was it short of what is normally sold but it had so much sugar on that it wasn’t edible. Hope the birds enjoyed it more than we did! Such a shame as we do love the pretzels but today they really fell short of the usual quality we normally get here.

Pretzel have increased their price by approx. £1 and the quality was poor. Had cinnamon pretzel which was warm but dry and not as soft as they used to be

Very good - especially the cinnamon and sugar pretzel , however the line is huge but depending on the day can be a short or long wait

We were given pretzels that had clearly been sat on the side for too long!! They were cold and slightly stale... Not impressed...

The smell when you walk past this place will always draw you in. I absolutely adore the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites they are so delicious. Make sure you grab a sample as well.

Excellent pretzels try the cinnamon ones they are the best, nice, hot, gooey and crispy! They have got them just right. I will be back again and again.

I always look forward to a Cinnamon pretzel on my visits to Bluewater, had the pretzel bites today and was not disappointed.

Lovely donut like Pretzels all coated in a variety of flavours. i chose the cinnamon sugared Pretzel, all warm and soft will defiantly be returning

I ordered the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites and despite sharing them with another person, there were still tons of leftovers! The bites were delicious, although there was a little too much cinnamon sugar - they weren't just coated, they were buried in it! Overall, worth it if you have someone to share them with - smaller portions for a cheaper price would have suited us a lot better.

Fresh, warm,soft pretzels. Simple delicious snack! Highly recommend it, they have a variety of choices to suit anyone whether you seek something sweet or savoury. Can't beat it. The pretzels are served immediately so no need to wait.

The greeting we got from the person serving us was 'yes?'. No smile, no welcome. Our tea arrived, with milk already. With much prodding, tea was still anaemic. Could milk not be provided separately? We also ordered a cafe latte, which was processed a while behind the tea.

Cannot come to Bluewater without having one of these. Just simply are amazing. I don't feel you need a whole one and I do think they are overpriced but it is a lovely treat.

Mr Pretzel never fails to deliver, sweet or savoury they are the best pretzel stands in UK shopping malls. Staff at this one are always fab :)

My favourite dessert! Great price with a reward card service which after 9 pretzels you get one free. My favourite is the cinnamon & sugar with Nutella.

The pretzels are delicious especially the cinnamon ones however they are now out of my price range so I no longer buy them

You can't go to Bluewater and not go home without some pretzels. The cinnamon ones are to die for god knows how many calories they are but who cares when they taste that good. Try them ! You won't regret it.

Pretzels were made fresh flavours are just nice and fluffy bit expensive but it was worth it making mouth water just thinking about it which is the sign of good food.

I that my summary says it all. A doughy pretzel, dunked in butter and sprinkled in salt (there are of course more, but this is the best, and by that I mean my favourite)......I need one immediately.

I love the Pretzels from here, I always have the one with nutella or nutella and coconut. The only downside to this place is there isn't any tables and chairs (because of its location) and a hot pretzel with melted nutella can be quite messy!

I always purchase the Cinnamon Pretzel at this shop. It is delivered warm and is a great size. It only costs £4.00 but it is lovely. The only downfall for this shop is the staff could be more friendly and come across happy. It feels like they don't want to be at work.
