First time I’ve ordered from anywhere and it’s been fresh and hot. Very nice

All our food was stone cold what a waste of money. Not exactly what we were expecting. Tried to call takeaway to speak about this matter and had the phone put down on us every time we rang in the end we gave up. Refund request submitted. Not great customer service from the takeaway

I was there 2 weeks ago with my bf and a waitress tried to sell me last beer from the barrell... Please train your staff so they know it's unacceptable to make people drink last beer from a barrell! She got offended that I asked for a fresh one, I'm sorry but I'm not drinking beer full of dead yeast

I recently hosted an engagement do on the 1st March at The Well, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Abbimay and the team went above and beyond, making sure we were well taken care of, and the service was spot on. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the drinks were flowing! Huge thanks ❤️
