Called to order and the person on the phone was rude. Started shouting at me. I was asking about Pizza price and he started shouting what pizza what pizza? And hang up! Good luck if you are ordering from here!

The meat was tough and could not chew it the chicken was ok wouldn’t buy there again

Brilliant food & always arrives on time & foot is hot.

My favourite place in Manchester for delicious chicken dishes. I frequently buys the family chicken pack which is affordable for a 4 member family. Also their pepperoni pizza is amazing. Most of the dishes have drinks and fries 🍟 free with them.

Very poor service and very rude staff we order food and never receive the food they stolen my money they even don’t understand English language. Absolutely not recommend this pizza shop is worse place that l ever order food from. I wish l could give them zero star but l couldn’t.

I go to a pizza shop to have Italian and they put curry chicken on me pizza, the base was like paper could not even eat a slice minging. Hart burn pizza 🍕 won't be going again what a waste of money!!!

Ordered a meal deal 3, I was expecting 3 x 12 inches pizza but got 3 x 10 inches instead!!!! That’s not ethical business.

Ordered a few things in one go including hot wings, got to the wings and there was a huge clump of hair wrapped around one of them. Absolutely DISGUSTING! Will never be ordering again. Called up to tell them and they didn’t apologise, just said “we will deliver some more chicken wings” which is completely unacceptable and I wouldn’t want any food delivered from here again.

Amazing customer service always perfectly cooked never overcooked or undercooked and and food is always hot and fresh

We ordered a kebab meal deal that included chips & a drink twice over. We got no chips or drinks! Whilst we called them & they eventually delivered them, it was just too late 😬. We have ordered from them previously but the standard of food is now not very good! No more orders from us!!!

This is one of the best-mixed kebabs I've ever had from Milano. the mighty meaty pizza is very delicious and fresh I would order it again and again. The meat is tender and fresh. Thank you

Food order was wrong, this wasn’t actually their fault just eat put the description of the Hawaiian pizza as pepperoni and jalapeños. I called them when it arrived and they were extremely rude but eventually said they will send one in 45 mins and hung up on me mid sentence when I was asking a follow up question. 1 hour later no food so I call again and they said they forgot about it, then told me they won’t make me a replacement.

We have ordered here a few times but tonight after working nights all week we decided to order in. The pizza dough wasnt cooked properly I bit into it and was chewing dough and cheese. Really disappointed with how its turned out I changed this score from a 2 to a 4 as I was writing it we called them up and they have been kind enough to send out another 1. In a place as big as wythenshawe with a wide selection of restaurants to choose from they should keep on their a game because people will just go elsewhere. I appreciate them sending another 1 out I will try them again as usually it's good but just lately seem to be caring less about their product being edible and enjoyable.

Ordered 2 tower burgers, menu describes them as beef burger and donner meat, however 2 cheeseburgers arrive, manager brings out missing donner meat and was very apologetic about it.

I have never given a negative review in my life, but the staff here are awful, ordered though uber eats and the wrong delivery turns up , the driver blames the takeaway as that is the order he was given for our address , my partner then rings the takeaway to try and resolve the issue and was just given a load of abuse, I understand this could have been the drivers fault but to speak to a women the way he did is disgusting

Absolutely love this place i order from here everytime and they always deliver a free garlic bread. They deliver early or on time every time. Their food is cooked to perfection and is a reasonable and good price. You should definitely try their food.

I love Milano. I must go there 4 times a week. I always get the hot wing meal, which is well nice! I have had the pizzas and kebabs and they never let me down. Big portions and cooked well. I really recommend this place. I recommend the hot wings meal, ask for red salt on your chips!

Slow service. Hygiene rating 0 but I’m starving. They use dirty hands without gloves. Prices are 15-20% higher than advertised. Don’t really recommend unless it’s late and nothing else is open. Update: had to throw away everything. The chicken strips were hard as wood and the chicken nuggets were like paste.

Me and my friends ordered 3 pizzas over 2 hours ago. We called the man after 40 minutes and they said the man would be on his way. We then called him again an hour later and they said a man would set off in 5 minutes. Overall I would not reccomend this place, the service is awful and thanks to this my children are now crying and have ruined evening. I cannot believe how unnaccomodating the staff were. DISGRACE!

No man to serve customers. Finally some kid came when employes chat on the back. After that 30 mins waiting for burger. It was my last visit this place. Dirty inside. Meat was too much burned.

This place has got RATS inside,out and above ,they know about it 🤮!! the junk at the back main food source for rodents!! BE VERY CAREFUL

Disgusting place had a pizza full of chemicals I tried to call back and they pissed around for ten mins not even talking on the phone, I called back again they exchanged the pizza for it to again smell and taste of raw chemicals. I would advise no one eats hear, my 2 year old has had quite a bit of this pizza as I put it out for him before I finally Sat down to eat myself and i'm now very worried for my son's health I am getting sharp shooting pains down my arm near to my wrist please be careful and avoid eating from here.

Food took an hour and 40 minutes to be delivered. Food was cold and my young daughter found a short curly hair on her garlic bread 😷 so after that the food went in the bin. Absolutely vile and will never order from here again.

2 hour wait and undercooked food. 1 star hygiene rating. Was shocked with how dire this place was. Don't be drawn in by the cheap prices. It's not worth it...trust me

First time we have used them. It took over 2 hours to deliver the food. We only used them because our usual place opens at 5pm and it was 4pm when we ordered. It took longer than if we would have waited. Kebab didn't have chilli sauce as requested and pizza was dry.

Worst place ever ordered from. Burger was raw and chiclen kebab was hard and chewy. Go elsewhere, we ordered £25 of food amd had the put it in the bin, we been vomiting from this place.
