Absolutely shocking prices 9” pizza apparently 9” palm of my hand was bigger £12 each and Samantha who answered the phone had a very bad attitude! Customer service skills are very poor definitely need some training Wouldn’t ever eat from here again absolute cheek ! And just to let uno domino’s is cheaper and bigger.

Pedí solo una pizza y me dijeron que 45 minutos después me llamaron 40 minutos después para decir que no pueden hacer ese tamaño de pizza ahora. luego me ofrecieron diferentes pizzas y tendría que esperar 20 minutos más y, mientras procedía a pasar el teléfono a varios miembros del personal, todos intentaron convencerme de que aceptara la oferta. esto me molestó aún más porque estaba muy claro que no estaba interesado después de que perdieran el tiempo.

Vi que hicieron envolturas de falafel y pensaron bien, por qué no. La envoltura fue excelente. Grande. Mucha ensalada fresca. Muy sabroso. Las papas recién hechas y abundantes también. Los aros de cebolla eran realmente agradables. Crujiente. Y todo por 5. 50. Francamente, no pueden estar ganando más que unos pocos peniques en el 2. 50 abrigo! Definitivamente volveré a comprar eso a ese precio.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered from this Domino’s branch and gave clear delivery instructions to my student accommodation (Briarfield Halls). Instead of delivering properly, the driver called, said he was nearby, and told me to walk to him. I reminded him it’s his job to deliver to the given address. He refused, and it escalated into a heated argument. I swore out of frustration — he swore back at me. Told him I canceled the order. I called the store to explain and request a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, the manager blamed me, claimed I was abusive, and offered only a partial refund — even though I never received the food. When I pushed back, the man on the phone laughed, got rude, and said I would get no refund at all. It’s not even about the pizza anymore. It’s the principle. I paid for a service, they messed it up, then treated me like you didn’t matter. That manager saying i’m not getting a refund at all is wild — that's not customer service, that's just straight-up disrespect. I’ve never had a problem with other Domino’s drivers finding my address — until now. I deserve better, and my evening shouldn’t have ended like this. Definitely contacted customer services directly and expect a proper resolution. But for now: if you’re expecting reliable delivery or decent treatment as a customer — avoid this location.

I have been ordering from Domino's - Eccles for the past three years. Let me tell you this - whoever is building these pizzas isn't playing. I customise my own with 5 or 7 toppings. Usually, when you do this in other places, the pizza guys are very scarce about the toppings - one or two olives here, two or three green peppers there, and if you look closely you might find the extra mushroom you've paid for. But not Domino's Eccles. Just see the pictures attached - these have been taken at different times, from different pizzas. The toppings are abundant, the pizza always arrives hot and fresh, I have never had an issue with these people before but I have had with other places. So I don't understand the bad reviews. But take it from someone who loves their pizza - it's worth it.
