Mr Pizza in Central Bedfordshire

This is the worst food I have ever had delivered. Absolutely disgusting. Never again.

Ordered from Mr Pizza last night around 7pm, I set the delivery time to a couple of hours ahead (9pm). The pizzas arrived exactly at 9pm, but they were over cooked. I suspect they had been prepared when I placed the order and then stored /kept warm for 2 hours until the delivery time. They were not quite burnt, but obviously far darker than they should be and on the borderline where you would call them burnt, this affected the flavour and texture. I don’t know what has happened to Mr Pizza as their pizzas used to be consistently amazing, but the last 2 times we’ve ordered from them, they’ve been completely different and not very good quality at all. I suspect it is under new management as when we drive past the shop the sign no longer says Mr Pizza, even though it is still called that on Just Eat. I don’t think we will order again unfortunately, based on the last 2 orders. It’s not the Mr Pizza it used to be.

I've never thought I find a better restaurant like this. Food is excellent im just concerned why the jumbo pizza deal doesn't have choices

The pizzas arrived hot but tasted really horrible it tasted of oil from the cheese so had to throw them away plus only had 4 chunks of pineapple on my pizza

Food was bad cheese stuffed mushrooms were breaded and covered with unmelted cheese and cold. Potato skins were bland. The chicken wings and pizza were OK but nothing special. Will not be ordering from them again.

Positive - the amount of cheese on the pizzas was fantastic, much better than expected. Negatives - the pepperoni passion pizzas were supposed to have double pepperoni on them. The toppings were quite sparse, could certainly have done with more pepperoni on them. The pizza bases also tasted a little salty. The chips were very poor, soft and soggy, it was as if they were microwaved. I may try the pizzas again if I could be certain there would be more toppings because the cheese was superb.

Pizza was great, as usual. The only thing is that it was very oily, but I guess it’s the cheese. Otherwise, happy with the service.

Whenever I have ordered from here...never been disappointed. sometimes they can be a hit and miss but in terms of the price, quality and taste.. these guys do the best pizzas and chicken wings in Dunstable. Thank you for the excellent service and please stay the same 🙂

Cold, pizza dripping in oil. Nice Italian names for pizza, this is where the Italian style pizza ends.

Ordered at 6.20pm, delivered at 8.15pm. Had to chase and call the restaurant 3 times, awful customer service and no apology. The delivery driver also stated upon arrival that we were a long distance drive (not sure why that would matter anyway if a delivery is accepted) but we are 9 minutes away... Appalling, first and last time we will order here and the pizza tasted cheap and flavourless. AVOID!

My favourite pizza place!! Most of the time the delivery arrived earlier than expected just today little bit late. Anyway it was not an issue as their pizza is always delicious and still hot! Plus so far everytime they gave us 2 cans of Coke for free!

Order arrived early Food was fresh and really delicious Delivery lady was a joy and so polite and kind Chicken strips are exceptional Absolutely love this takeaway and will keep returning.

Although the delivery time given was inaccurate it came early which was lovely but wasn’t prepared. Such lovely food it is at good quality and was piping hot ready to eat! Will be ordering again thank you

Very nice lady knocked on the door and gave me a complimentary drink and told me my pizza had been upgraded to a 13’. Food was delivered early, hot and was very nice. Would highly recommend.

Very expensive by the quality and quantity of their food.

Staff so friendly & efficient. Pizza ordered within the time promised. Spicy chicken wings are to die for! Definitely remaining as a regular customer 

The pizza was great, delivery really quick. Food here in general is really delicious Just one small thing....when I ask for chilli base in pizza..it was made overtly spicy . this happened twice so I didn't risk selecting this option again. I guess I'll leave a note next time I select this option thanks

I’ve ordered from these guys a few times based on the reviews I’ve read. Best delivery pizza. Better than the big names. Generous toppings and very tasty. The last person who delivered was so friendly. I got a bottle of coke thrown in too. Wasn’t expecting that. Nice to support a local business too. Won’t order pizzas from anyone else.

It took over am hour and a half from when it was ordered.

Food was 20 minutes late. Pizza was ok - extremely cheesy. Cheese jealopeano poppers were cold and not nice. Wrong drink given.

The food was lovely when it arrived, all still warm. nice burger but could do with some simple options added to the burger menu. The garlic bread with cheese is nice, traditional baguette style. And the pizza was great.. a little heavy on the cheese. I didn’t get the drink that was supposed to come with my burger meal, and the cost of a drink (that did arrive) is £1.25. A delay of 30 min was added to the initial delivery time and it was a further 30 minutes almost on top of that before it arrived. A little disappointing.

First time using, great pizza. Good value! Came half hour than expected which is always nice.

The only criticism Is I don’t think my chicken wings where 100% cooked so I didn’t risk it and threw them away

Arrived early, piping hot and really tasty. Slightly more expensive than what we usually pay, but the quality overrides the cost. The Turkish salad was my work lunch the next day and was still delicious. Loaded with feta cheese and olives. Superb.

First time I've ordered from here and I can safely say I'm so glad I did. I think this must be the best pizza place in dunstable and surrounding areas. The pizzas are amazing and so fresh. I won't go back to ordering from the big 3 again. Service is great and was early. I also order a Turkish kebab and again it's probably the best I've had in a long time. Great work

Pizza was as good as it was before the shut down chips could've been cooked for a bit longer, chicken nuggets are small but delicious

Literally the best pizza ever, so tasty! Chicken wings are awesome and everything comes hot, fresh and plentiful. Food comes on time or early.

Service has always been top with MR Pizza, ordering from the justeat app. Always on time / fresh pizza! Tastes like nothing else within dunstable / surrounding areas.

Nicer than the big named players. Lovely staff who were very generous with toppings. Plenty of cheese, nice chicken wings too. We collected after a couple of drinks nearby, and it was ready when stated although I think it's £15 min delivery 📦

We have been coming here regularly for a good few years now, pizza is always lovely and we can't go anywhere else now. They are always good to us and give us freebies, said it was my daughters birthday and he gave her, her own individual pizza and cake. So lovely of him and always such quick delivery. Another great dinner. If you're staying/living in Dunstable I recommend these guys highly.

Despite giving the wrong number and getting them to deliver to a hotel the delivery man searched the whole place and got the staff to help find me so he could deliver my dinner. It was delicious and I'll order from Mr Pizza again soon.

First time ordering from Mr pizza and have to say was really impressed. Pizza was delicious, all sides were spot on, chicken wings, chips, mushrooms and even the dips were amazing! Thank you will definitely order again! Much better value than dominos etc

I know because it's Eid, it was busier for them as not many takeaways were open. I placed the order and it said it'd be an hour. The takeaway added 10 more minutes to the delivery time which was fine but then another 10 mins passed and there was no delivery or update on the system. I called the takeaway directly, the guy informed me the driver literally just left and that it would take another 10-15 minutes. I said I wasn't informed and it wasn't very good service. He replied saying should I cancel the order? To which I said no because that's a complete waste of food (£30s worth) and I had already waited for it, it would be silly to cancel. It was a stupid suggestion to offer. It took another 35 mins for the food to be delivered. Luckily, the food was still hot, the pizza and burger was nice. Only didn't like the chicken nuggets. I also received a free bottle of coke which was nice and the driver did apologise for the late delivery. That being said, I should have been informed of the increase in waiting for my delivery.

Food took hours and 20ins longer than expected time. They also forgot my can of drink. Not great experience and phone constantly engaged so I could not complain.

Pizzas are beautiful. Big portions & good prices. Will be using again for sure!

Terrible service. Order for delivery at 6pm. by 6:45 food had not arrived. Phoned up and they couldn't care less just got told to " contact just eat" had to cancell order in the end and get refund. Leaving 2 very dissappointed kids. would not use again

Not very impressed with the BBQ chicken pizza. It was very doughey and the cheesey crust wasn't amazing. I've had a good chicken kebab from this place which I really liked. This pizza was cheaper than Dominoes though. Guess you get what you pay for.
