I think this is the best Chinese in Grantham, I recommend the mushroom noodles.

Great food it will be our go to Chinese now the food tastes so good it was our first time having a takeaway from here and would recommend to anyone 5stars to the chef

Ordered a takeaway for delivery tonight, and I have to say it was great, so pleaded I didn't let some of the reviews put me off. Delivery was very prompt and the food was piping hot and very tasty. Would definitely use this takeaway in the future.

I'm sorry to say, we didn't enjoy the food, spring rolls were empty, chow mein and special fried rice all dry, 2 prawns in special chow mein, chicken balls all batter, shame as its expensive.

I always order from here and usually love the food. I am vegetarian and haven't eaten meat for years... The last time I ordered food from here I was sent meat. I didn't realise until I had eaten a few pieces - their mock meats are normally very good which is why I order from here. I rang to inform them that they had sent me meat, I'd eaten meat for the first time in over 5 years which I was upset about. They apologised and offered a discount for next order.... I assumed it would be a worthwhile discount so agreed.... Today I have rang up for order and asked for the discount, I was offered £5 off... I refused and told them it should be at least 50% off, I feel it should be free really after such a huge mistake last time. I was told it was policy.... I have considered going to trading standards - had this been an allergy it could have been a lot worse... I will not be ordering from here again and wouldn't recommend any vegetarians do either.

Mr pangs used to be the high end chinese food treat for many and for many years!!..these days you dont want to dine in unless u want to sit with the family for dinner and gaze at their table along with an empty dirty fish tank!!!

Ordered food today for delivery. An hour after ordering and paying, I received a text message saying the restaurant had rejected my order and my payment would be refunded to my account within 5 days. I tried calling them several times to find out why they had rejected my order and the phone just rings with no answer. Not at all impressed and will not order from them again.

Recently had this place. Spent £70 and the food was amazing, piping hot on delivery full of flavour and delicious and taste. Even the sesame prawn toast wasn’t greasy great portions and the fried chicken was just amazing. Definitely my go to place now

Have been a regular for years but when we received the incorrect order today when spending over £100, the attitude received was unacceptable (even questioning whether I knew what a foo yung was), and the correct food was never delivered even after being told it would be. After years of loyalty, will never order from here again

Normally Use all the while, tonights meal very very poor. Curry like water, king prawns soggy, chips were horrible like old chips reheated, spring rolls soggy and tasteless

Great takeaways particularly if you are vegan or vegetarian. Good selection of dishes and all realistically priced and very tasty.

DO NOT BUY THE CRISPY BEEF. God awful, was like eating plimsoles. Nothing crispy about it. Had to throw it all away it was inedible. Prawn toast was poor. The rest was ok but you can't really go wrong with rice and chow mein. Won't be ordering from here next time.

Over-priced salty chinese. Really disappointed after a 2 hour wait and £35. Will not recommend or use Mr Man and Mr Pang again. I would rather use Peking Wok.

Definitely worth a try. Totally recommend the prawn toast which is stacked with prawn meat. Chow mien is my favourite meal from here.

Absolutely fantastic food! Delivered to Eaton from Grantham, super fast delivery, fresh, tasty and hot. The hot and sour soup is to die for and the king prawns are enormous!!! Cannot recommend highly enough

DO NOT USE I used this takeaway through Foodhub and placed an order to be delivered on Christmas Eve. This takeaway was to be saved for Boxing Day. The order went through and payment taken. After about half an hour I received a text, followed shortly after by a phone call. I was told that the order could not be delivered as I was too far away. This was after entering my postcode on the Foodhub App and being shown that this takeaway does deliver to my area. They said I would have to collect or my money would be refunded in 3-5 working days. With it being this time of year coupled with the numerous bank holidays this potentially meant I would not received the £50 back until the week commencing the 4th of January. (I got the money back 2 weeks later on the 7th) They declined the order with Foodhub before speaking to me. They then went on to say they were too busy to deliver, which means they lied by initially saying I was too far away. I explained I could not collect as I did not drive and because the order had been cancelled before giving me the opportunity to collect it would cost another £50 anyway. I said this was not acceptable. They then said they could not fulfil the order as they had not received the money from Foodhub and as a business could not afford to fulfil it now. They then said they would ring Foodhub to see about my payment. I said will you please call me back tonight to let me know what would be hapoening, would I be getting my food or a refund in a far more timely manner or even a gesture of goodwill. I was told yes and I clarified this with them again. I received no phone call back. I was £50 out of pocket over the Christmas and New Year period, with £50 being a substantial amount to us we did not have another £50 to buy another takeaway from anywhere due to it being Christmas. This means not only did it ruin our Christmas Eve with the stress and waiting for a promised phone call that never came, but we now did not have our food treat for Boxing Day, so another planned day ruined. Having worked in a retail customer service background for over 25 years including owning business in this area, I find the whole scenario an absolute disgrace. I am not from Grantham and this business has let down the reputation of the people of Grantham and the industry as a whole. To operate in this way and treat their customers like this, especially during Christmas and these horrible times we are going through is an absolute disgrace. You should be ashamed of yourself the owners of Mr Man and Mr Pang, Chinese Restaurant, Grantham. I called on Saturday the 9th of Jan and was promised a call back from the lady I spoke to the next day, but this never happened so another day waiting. The day after that I did get a call but not from the lady I spoke to and she apologised but said it was NOT their fault!!!!!! Unbelievable it was them that cancelled the order. She said she would speak to the owner, who clearly could not be bothered to speak to me. She called back and said it wasn’t there fault again and there would be no compensation. Do what you want with this factual information. DISGRACEFUL Virus-free. ww

Ordered nearly £100 worth of food, been waiting over 3 hours and still nothing. Rang up to see where our order was to be spoken to by a rude lady on the phone saying "you must wait lady". Now seems they have unplugged their phone. Terrible service, will never use again

Used to be the best in town, not sure what's happened recently, but last few times have been disappointing to say the least food and service... tonight we ordered they gave us a delivery time, then added another 45mins on, 15mins late we rang to check, they hadn't even started cooking.

Ordered food at 7.35 pm for immediate delivery, arrived at 9.15 pm, 1 hour and 4 minutes, delivery driver admitted this was normal, arrived too late, was over hungry and it went in the bin, wont recommend if you want meal delivered.

The order was hot and on time. Everything else was wrong.....on two occasions! It's not hard to deliver what's ordered however when I called I was told they're too busy to sort it out......(both times) order elsewhere and do yourselves a solid. This place sucks. I'll put up a picture of what they delivered - I ordered a chilli chicken.....I got a pepper chicken

After order being 1hr 15mins late we called the restaurant several times to which it was busy. I went to the restaurant to ask what’s going on I found one lady which was very apologetic but said they had to take the phone off the hook because they had stopped taking orders. When the food finally arrived 1hr 30mins late it was all cold and after spending £51 on food to receive service like this is disgraceful.

Ordered by phone,arrived to collect at time given food was brought out piping hot, it was delicious and enough to feed an army,this is our new favourite takeaway.

Oh god this was. Something. You know how baby changing stations smell? Wantons taste like that. My friend almost puked hers out. Sweet and Sour sauce was vinegary. Chicken was super raw tasting like a freshly skinned rabbit. BUT the chicken and noodles were actually pretty good and the service was quick. But jesus I had to throw it all away.

I think one of the best Chinese restaurants in town good food as well what more could you want

Been here a good few times now, food always really good. Authentic Chinese food - ignore all the bad reviews about chips, why are you ordering chips from a Chinese?! If you want actual Chinese food this is great, and really good for veggie/ vegan - good tofu selection, esp salt n pepper tofu! We’ve had takeaway and sit-in and both are really good!

Chips look and tasted like cooked and refrigerated and than cooked again chicken also not fresh very dry and gummy .I never complain about food but this is something I would not recommended to anyone and I definitely never coming back again

Would not use again, seriously gone downhill. Tiny containers for curry sauce costing £1.90, rip off. Deep fried beef containing little or no beef and were more like crackling, rice stodgy. Chips were awful, some partially cooked and obviously frozen.

Very quiet and cosy. Food average. More for the romantic and dating types. Prices reasonable. Will go back again. The Restaurant is a bit hidden away in the backstreet but the do takeaways.

Disgusting I paid £33.60 for basically a load of garlic and salty food the house special fried rice was like salty risotto. The mince chicken with lettuce leaves was more garlic than any meat i was under changed by the delivery driver my meal was like warm when it arrived dispute being 25 mins late, and when I rang to tell them all this they turn round and said I could have £5 of next order . I think not keep it I won't be recommending this place to anyone .

Order delivered wrong had re order it twice stilll wrong so had to walk down and explain what it is I ordered not happy felt the staff were rude

We ordered our Chinese as a large group and this was done over just eat and the descriptions and navigation was commendable there. Our delivery location was not exactly easy considering we were on a getaway and well it was just so easy to negotiate with them so top customer service. The delivery driver immediately sought me out and was prompt with her delivery and therefore like a roman banquet the food was demolished and there wasn't a full container left (we didn't have plates because we forgot to set the dishwasher in motion) nonetheless a great last meal for our getaway would recommend to all however I'd say you probably need to be in there delivery area so maybe just Grantham.
