Fabulous place been going for years.

Stopped by to pick up a quick sandwich. Queue was outside the door at lunchtime which is always a good sign. Once through the door one of the girls acknowledged I was there and a few minutes later took my order. Ordered a sandwich and a wrap. One hot, one cold. Both really deep filled, fresh tasty meats with salads. Great experience. Support a good local business and stop by here next time you need breakfast, lunch or a fuel stop!

Getting a bit expensive, but very nice quality and friendly

I work opposite and have to resist the temptation every day. However once a week I allow myself to visit and have tried their breakfasts, sandwiches, burgers and so much more. never been disappointed. Love sausage and bacon king and I also really like Jacket with cheese and beans. There is so much more though you need to go and check menu. Now on deliveroo too

The team in Crustys are fabulous . Max is the manager . I have some building work happening and I call them regularly for fresh hot sandwiches . The builders ( and us ) enjoy them as they are nice and fresh and packaged beautifully in paper. They also label them for us so it’s easy to identify . The builders get their fix of BLT and I usually go for non meat option ( egg, tomato, fried onions , mushrooms and brown sauce in a bap) which is delicious . Their prices are very reasonable

My partner loves to go here when working in the area. He is a fan of the bacon baguette for his breakfast. This morning we decided to try the chicken, bacon, avocado and mayo baguette. So tasty! And the perfect amount of filling too. Will definitely be back!

Its clear that the locals love this place, ive heard so many positive feedback. This Cute cozy little takeaway shop that does all your take away sandwhich, jacket potatoes and baguettes. I was slightly disappointed as i ordered a salmon with avocado and salad and i got a salmon with cream cheese instead. The lovely lady had a few orders so maybe she got side tracked.

No point in ordering the king bacon or sausage roll as u still get the same amount of bacon as if you were to have the small roll so you are basically just eating bread they are very tight with there fillings for the prices they charge” don’t get me wrong the food is good but they are very expensive and very tight

Be careful. They ask you for extras on a baked potato but don't explain that it costs more a d you can see from picture that they don't explain that either

Really good sandwiches here. The Judd’s Steak Roll which is sourced from the butchers over the road is a must with onions and mushrooms too! Also I love the chicken cheese and chorizo too!

Only used it for the very first time because the true coffee shops nearby were closed. The latte I was served was so weak I threw it away. Waste of money.

The best sandwich bar around. Loads of delicious, fresh fillings to choose from...and they do so much more than just sandwiches. The staff are always friendly and the business has been running for so many years, just more reasons that it's the best!

This is the place to go for anything bacon or sausage related. Good quality, great value and they are so nice in there. Sometimes you really do need a sausage sarn to get you going in the morning!

Pain in the butt in the morning. Lazy trades people double parking on double yellows, with 3 car parks within walking distance, unless your a fat lazy slob. Metre maids would have afield day. As for the food, would not feed it to my dog

This sandwich place makes bread encased delights in just about all forms. Breakfast with eggs bacon sausage and goodness knows what else, wonderful selection of standard fillings and anything else the customer wants. So good. So flexible. Great service. Great little business. I like it. I like it a lot.

I have used Mr Crusty a lot in the past when having workmen working at our house. My husband loves a bacon baguette which is cooked fresh with a choice of egg or sausage added. My favourite is a soft roll fill with tuna and salad. The staff offer a friendly service and the baguettes are a good size for hungry workmen.

Lovely food, lovely girls, well priced. It’s just a little shop with a counter selling egg and bacon rolls or sausage and bacon and other sandwiches and stuff. You always get a warm welcome as soon as you go in. It’s just a fab little place.

Baps, rolls and sandwiches. But their bacon and egg bap is the best, watch out for the yolk running down your chin. Mr Crusty's is great! The beautiful ladies who work there are helpful and are great cooks.

Really lovely Staff amazingly patient with kids. Love all the homemade sandwiches quiches and shortbread biscuits. All round lovely experience. I have a friend who takes her kids every day to choose a treat.

It's chaos with people parked on the pavement, on the road the line of people out of the shop wanting lunch from Mr Crusty! It's the best hot sandwich for miles and the team really care about the food and make sure you get what you want just as you like it.... Caution! if you order the sausage, bacon, egg in a crusty baguette you will need all day to eat it.... Amazing. Love it.

This is a fantastic little place to grab a takeaway for breakfast or lunch. Opens very early and the staff are always welcoming, friendly and smiling. You can get hot or cold sandwiches, baguettes, rolls, tea, coffee etc etc with polite reliable people. Definitely recommend for a quick stop and fix. five stars.

Would rather spend 3.50 on a massive hearty salad and meat sandwich on fresh bakery bread from this local gem than 2 at the supermarket for a crappy sandwich every day of the week!
