Amazing food quick service. People who run it are great very nice and polite and put effort into their food

So I order cheesburger they didn't put cheese inside, second time I go they didn't give me sauces at all. Yesterday I go I tell them about what happen and they give me 8 sauces.. like I will eat sauces or what???

Fast, Freindly and most importantly Clean, (and i watch!!) They actually display all there 5🌟Hygene rating (which is becoming rare to see in Luton) which is important to me. I wont eat if I don't see it! And the staff are great with me and other customers.. I'm no a local but I'm treated as one.

Went here for dinner tonight with my cousin I've known all of these kind and brilliant chef's in this chippie I lived on Strathmore avenue nearly all my life but my parents sold up and I now live other side of Luton but always get food from here at least once a month when I visit my cousin's food is always fresh tasty not over cooked or under and one thing always keeps me coming back all the staff polite will accommodate and change menu for you no problem I went there food was spot on and not over priced ☺️ we love all you guys

We came there to have a quick meal before taking our flight back home from Luton Airport and we were positively surprised by the experience. Freshly made, quality fish and chips and good portion size. On top of that we get very friendly service from a family that runs the place. Highly recommended!

Order all the time but will not spend £1 more because I don’t deal with rude delivery drivers! When told to please be quick because my twins are asleep upstairs to be told “not my problem” whilst basically crawling my food from his car, rude!

We had fish and chips as a working supper. I didn't collect, so I can't rate service/ atmosphere. I ordered haddock an upgrade on cod for me personally. Authentic tasty fish and chips. Served in a polystyrene container which I like as it retained heat and seasoning. Reasonable prices. Would I go back 100%

For the last year it’s said it opens at 12. Everytime I wanted to give them another chance I have been and it is open for 1:30pm or even 2. Food quality is terrible. Fish is bitter and they use old oil.!

Ordered 2 Pie and Large Chips & Onion Rings. Had to go down two flights of stairs as the will not deliver into flats. Chips was on a small plate, about 30 chips, hard and cold for £4.00 ! Called them and was told was put on a regular plate and 'mistakes happen' No apology ! Said would send another large chips but decided to cancel as I will have to leave half of my already half plate to go downstairs. Ruined me and my partners evening. Pies were hard to cut and cold also. Feel quite sick.. Won't be ordering again 😒

Hi, I came to Luton to view a property for sale and after my viewings, i felt rather hungry. I found this little chippy and ordered a large cod and chips. The food was fantastic and i sat in my car and had it. Really worth trying. I will be going back for sure.

Our go-to chippie. Always generous portions of fish and chips. Good grilled meat options, too. Always prompt delivery to our door. We've been customers for ten years, never a problem. Atmosphere in a take away? ;-) Clean with nice Mediterranean pix on the walls

So I used to get food from here a few times a month. The last time I placed an order for delivery and was shocked at the standard of the food. The food came within 15 minutes. I was very impressed but it all went downhill from there. The food was ice cold. Not even a tad warm but ice cold. The taste of the food was 🤮. It was inedible. I was shocked. The donnar tasted rotten. The burgers the fish everything was just gross. I was extremely disappointed as I was expecting half decent food but what a let down. Will not be ordering from here again. Why do places do this? They are good for a while and then go downhill. What a shame.

The fish had the skin left on which was a massive put off, but it's my own fault for not asking before ordering. So, I didn't enjoy it & couldn't eat much. Enjoyed the chips though & not bad pricing.

Oh no Mr Chips what has happened ordered so so many times without any complaints. My order tonight placed on just eat of 2 cod n chips battered sausage saveloy curry sauce and 2 beef onion pies Let's start with the cod batter was soggy not cooked properly. The sausage didn't taste as it has done before. The beef and onion pies were so hard could not eat them. The saveloy chips and curry sauce were fine. However would I order again after costing £30+ and being so disappointed is very doubtful

Big portions, tasty burger and big chunks chips.

I have ordered before both via uber and through a cellphone call. Today I tried ordering through the website for my usual delivery and went about my day after placing my order. I come back to my phone to find 3 missed calls and my order cancelled, I try to place my order again and it is immediately rejected so I call. The man on the phone is rude, acting as if I am somehow the problem because I wasn't hanging around my phone and saying he called to ask if I wanted chips with my order. I ordered fish and chips, obviously I want chips with the order. He says to place the order and pay the extra for chips, I haven't had to pay extra for chips before so what is this? I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service and frustrated with the inconvenience. It's a shame because I haven't had better fish n' chips, but I also haven't tried every place. Guess I better start looking for a replacement.

Each time I order Fish & Chips from this place, they never fail to deliver. Whether that's Cod or Haddock, each piece of fish is delicately coated in a golden batter and fried to perfection. The gentlemen in there are always polite and cheerful and I've seen that they treat each customer like a life long friend which alone is enough for me to return. Consistency is key and these guys have it in abundance!

Beautifully cooked piece of haddock, with golden brown and crispy chips, what else do you need from a fish and chip shop? Online ordering also a breeze, minimal queuing, ready when asked for, couldn't have been easier.

What the heck. £53.80 for takeaway fish and chips meal for me and my small family. Me my wife and son and daughter. It wasn't even very good. Just average. No wonder it was empty and om confused by all these great reviews. Empty little shop no seats. what the heck only in Luton. Even London is cheaper in a posh shop

Been going to this local chippy for years and up until the other week it's been ok. I ordered the usual plus 2 pies which the guy serving opened the packet took the pies out and placed them on the grill to heat up. When I got home the pies smelt off and tasted even worse so took them back to the chippy and got my money back.. I don't think these pies should be opened.. maybe they were out of date..

Ok but think I miss understood the price for large chips and can of drink. Excepted £3.75 off me. If I miss understood his accent. He didn't pay me back. Which I thought was expensive for small shop. Kingsway peri peri large fries £2 and drink £0.75 large fries are much larger then most shops

Some of the chips were under cooked and considering the price it was a small portion.
