Moyola in Belfast

called into collect my order to hear the 2 members of staff complain I had asked for taco on my chips very poor customer service for customers to walk in to hear their order being bitched about. food great but customer service is poor and not the first time just tell customer u have to pay extra for sauce on top and don't have customers walking in to hear them complain about something so petty 🙄

10/10 best chippy I've ever had from here.

Delivery was really quick although batter on fish was soggy and wasn’t the greatest was stuck to the chips

The food was a little undercooked and only lukewarm. The portions are quite small considering the prices.

Very expensive food and very small portions and it doesn't look good either

Just had a takeaway, unfortunately had just missed the last 2 fish. The chicken goujons were lovely though as were the chips and curry sauce. Very big portions too.

Food used to be lovely but was very disappointed I ordered a selection of items from the menu the batter on items was either falling off it with stuff being burnt or the batter being undercooked and for the price I expected it to be a lot better hopefully it will improve but I won't be back for a long time

That has to be 1 of the worst chippys I have ever had. About 3/4 of the chips where bad and when I ate the chips they where hard.not much of a fish either.

Wasn't great, chips were undercooked (as is still firm) and kids popcorn chicken was like rubber. Wouldn't recommend.

Have to say we were really disappointed. Fish wasn't good, and chips were cold. Service was very slow. Food was over priced the scallops had very little potato they were mostly batter.

Out with my dad and bought him his favourite..... Pastie supper 😋

Can’t even eat the chips the potato in them tastes like it’s not cooked, the burger was alright, although any other time I’ve got from Moyola it hasn’t been a great experience.

Good food and varied menu but getting a bit pricey.

Ordered meal, including two battered sausages. They were a disgrace. What batter there was on them would have broke your teeth. Won't be back.

Havent been to the moyola for ages, daughter and i went for lunch, just had fish and chips which were really good, place was clean and server was nice

Placed an order via justeat, which didn’t arrive so I contacted the chippy itself and was told the next order would be free. Considering it was paid for as they don’t give a “pay cash” option on JustEat, it was agreed upon that the next order would be free of charge. Called today to replace the order and the owner or manager, whoever the male was, was extremely rude and stated, “that’s lies.” Do Not order from here and definitely go straight to just eat if there are any issues. Appears the staff dismiss any wrong doing and the owner will make the customer appear to be at fault or just lying for no reason 🤦🏻‍♀️

Great food although the price of a Cod Supper is approaching 'only as a treat' level. Accompanied by someone from East Belfast who was confused by the choice of two different pasties (she eventually went with the pink version although the difference is beyond me). Did serve way too many chips which went to waste but not really anything to complain about.

Just got a sausage supper which consists of two sausage chips and gravy £6.80 was not worth the money they had no mushrooms no onions absolutely terrible

Los clientes habituales las últimas dos veces no fue bueno, pensé que tal vez tuvo un mal día, así que pedí dos peces BIEN HECHOS que lo recogieron, así que no hubo problema. Poner en platos calientes y poner pescado en platos lo probó y encerró en el contenedor. Pescado ni crujiente. Ni siquiera cocinado y lo que estaba cocinado goteaba grasa. Todavía veo la masa dentro de la foto. Llamado hecho quejas dijo que la próxima vez no será gratis la próxima vez.

Ordered two fish in the ballysillen moyola got home a few minutes walk opened up the order fish swimming in a pool of oil batter half cooked through the lot in the bin beans on toast now will never be back

La única queja fue que accidentalmente nos ordenaron del lado único para llevar, y nos vimos obligados a comer afuera en un gran bloque de cemento. Estaba en la zona para ver un desfile cercano de Orange 7/5/19

Hit and miss iv found had a wonderful fish at lunchtime but the next time I went in was later and was served chips that had been made much earlier

Los paneles de vidrios de colores me llevaron a la infancia en Londres.La comida estaba recién hecha y perfecta. La única razón por la que no obtuvo puntaje fue que mi amigo comentó por qué los resterants usan salsa de mañana barata. entonces pregunto por qué?Cuestioné el proyecto de ley porque no podía creer que 3 adultos tuvieran cenas de pescado completas, bebidas por poco más de 20 libras. No quería que me cobraran poco las personas trabajaban duro para su vida, pero me sorprendió gratamente la relación calidad-precio. Volveremos.

Moyola ha sido una tienda de pescado y papas fritas establecida desde hace mucho tiempo. Excelente personal a veces espera órdenes, ya que es muy popular pero vale la pena esperar como excelente pescado que a veces literalmente cuelgan sobre su plato en casa. Vale la pena una visita

My order of two cod and a small chip was prepared quite quickly, this was a mistake. The fish was thin and hard and had obviously been cooked more than once. The chips were good. It's such a shame that the fish ruined the meal. I wonder if the shop has changed hands because it used to be superb, now its barely recognisable as a fish and chip shop.
