Came here recently for bubble tea with friends. Ordering and payment is done on electronic panels, and there's lots of cool choices on offer. Service is pretty fast, and the prices are okay for the size. They taste decent too. Overall, a fairly happy experience!

Delicious Bubble Teas and good service. They had a good selection of flavours and types such as Fruit Teas being light and refreshing, Fruity Milks being great alternatives to milkshakes, as well as slightly different bubble options such as Bingsu's, Coffees, and Sundaes.

Bubble teas are fashionable for kids and a great concept but not a new idea. Having to queue and wait 45 minutes for 2 drinks for the kids is not great customer service.

13 St. Giles StreetOverpriced and underwhelming. The kaisen don, sashimi on sushi rice, was £26. The sweet prawns were fresh, but the rest of the sashimi didn’t taste fresh, especially the tuna. The bed of salad leaves under the sashimi were odd. The miso soup was sub par, laden with MSG with barely any taste of miso. Service was unprofessional and condescending. I come from London, and this would be overpriced even by London standards. I left hungry too, like the other reviewers. Not recommended.

5-6 TomblandLong-time regular with my partner. Their chicken Katsu curry is my favourite dish on earth. No other katsu curry has compared to Shiki's. They also do incredible sushi. The staff are always lovely and service is fast and efficient. My favourite restaurant in Norwich!
