The food was excellent and great service in the up stairs restaurant with a great view of the harbor.

What a lovely meal we just had. Can’t recommend it enough. Service was spot on. And the food was super tasty. Absolutely going back.

We had a wonderful dinner at the Mousehole Deli & Kitchen. The restaurant is upstairs and has a nice relaxed atmosphere. Our food was very nice and the kitchen was able to produce gluten-free fish & chips which we very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Nice place with a sales point on the lower floor and catering on the first floor. The girls are super nice and the food is good. We had scallops and crab arancini and two crab salads. All good. Price appropriate to the type and quality of the food. Nice view over Mousehole Harbour.

Very good food and friendly team. I gave only 4 stars because the last time we were there we noticed later that we had more on the bill than we ordered. Maybe a mistake but shouldn't happen.

Delicious deli and modern, airy cafe / restaurant in a stunning harbourside setting. Great for gifts as the shop stocks artisan Cornish brands. The staff are attentive with nothing too much trouble, even with children. Check out the Gazillionaires Shortbread if you have a sweet tooth.

Food was good, service and atmosphere were great. Ate there a couple times and it was "easy and pleasant". They also sell a bunch of stuff and sold us some loo rolls to save a trip to Newlyn(!). Very much recommend

A very nice a relaxed restaurant just across Mousehole harbor with a great view. Waiter was very friendly and attentive. Best fish and chips I have had for years and nice selection of cakes. Burger was nice and juicy. Coffee (American) was unfortunately very thin. I didn’t complain though. I can only recommend this place.

I ordered the roasted skate upon the chef's recommendation. It was delicious - the fish meat slid straight off the bone and tasted so silky (and fresh)! It paired really well with the sauce and potatoes. I would definitely recommend trying it. I also had the seared scallops. Equally as wonderful! It tasted very fresh. A very pleasant find, despite the difficult windy roads to get here.

What can i say any more than its a good day out in Mousehole.. good food good wine and beers.

Exceptional Food, Outstanding Staff, and an Amazing Experience Dining at Mousehole Deli & Kitchen was an unforgettable experience! The food was nothing short of amazing, my boyfriend and I both ordered the sole for our main. WOW! I am speechless - it was exceptional—delicious, and fresh. I wish I could eat this dish everyday! As well, the staff were outstanding, providing top-notch service. They were super friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond which made our meal and experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Mousehole Deli & Kitchen for anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience. We will definitely be returning when we visit Mousehole again.

Best pasty I’ve ever had. Crust was amazing and the filling was so flavorful. The service was great as well. They were so attentive and informative. Might move to Mousehole just to be nearby!

Popped in here for lunch and what a find! Staff were incredibly accommodating not just for us with a large dog but families with buggy’s and people with limited mobility. So friendly too. And wow - the food was incredible, cannot rate this place more highly! Thank you

Very good food quality, I had a brass fillet, my wife a half of a lobster. The desserts are also very delicious.

Popped in for lunch and holy moly what a treat to stumble upon. My partner and I shared the scallops, the lobster tortellini and the fried chicken. Everything was so flavourful, we loved every bite. Presentation was also gorgeous

After driving for 10 hours to get to Cornwall, this place was a flavor heaven, with incredibly friendly staff who care about you, and the best fresh tasty fish I've had in ages! Also the sea views are amazing 😍 and not to mention they have a really nice Canin Menú! 🐕

Visited during my holiday in Mousehole and everything I bought was fantastic. They do both sit in meals as well as takeaway food and are open late. Have a dog friendly menu as well!Staff are great too, highly recommend.

We loved sitting here by the window looking out at the harbour. The staff were super friendly and they're dog friendly too. We had a few sharing plates and not only were they really tasty, they were beautifully presented. We washed it down with a local sparkling cider, which was also good.

Very good Cornish breakfast and the service was friendly and efficient. We even went back later in the day for delicious beef rolls. 25/05/24 My wife and I enjoyed a delicious lunch today,it looked so good when it was delivered to our table I forgot to photograph the dish as we just wanted to tuck in 😋 27/05/24 My wife both enjoyed the Fish & Chips 😋 06/06/24 we returned yet again, this time for dinner,I remembered to photograph our starters,but forgot the main course again.

Nice view of Mousehole if you sit at the top, super friendly service. The food is good, as usual in Cornwall a bit more expensive. We had sandwiches/burgers with beetroot (tasty and spicy), with fish (very good) and chips, all recommended.

We booked for a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was busy with a very buzzy atmosphere. We chose to eat from the small plates menu, with a range of tapas dishes . The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Delicious fish and chips in take away box! And the crab meat sandwich was great too. Lovely take away enjoyed sitting on the sand in the harbour.

They serve the best fresh catch fish but the quantity for the price is not proportional. Especially the Megrim which was a bit thin on the flesh but high on taste. I'd definitely suggest the Cornish stout ( black charge) if you're interested in it. It was refreshing and had hints of coffee too which was interesting. You could see from the pictures how clean the plate is after I had the fish which is representative of how tasty it was. If only they had served more veggies or served a bigger fish, I'd have given 5 stars easily.

From booking to leaving, we were treated like friends. The food was absolutely amazing, service was perfect and the view over Cornwalls best harbour is stunning. This was not our first visit and it certainly will not be our last. Thank you all. X

This is a wonderful place to go to for a #vegan meal in Mousehole. There's a number of different places to eat in Mousehole but we found the meal options here were delicious and varied. A special mention has to go to the skin on fries that were absolutely delicious. In addition there was a wide range of alcohol available and so we enjoyed a beer and gin and tonic with our lunch. This wonderful meal was complimented with a great view of the harbour and a very dog friendly environment. I highly recommend the Mousehole Deli for a vegan meal in Cornwall.

Don't have a slice of banana bread . It was one slice nothicker than 10mm Which cost me £4 what a rip off won't be going there again.

Enjoyed some amazing fish and freshly caught Cornish lobster at this place — they even sat us at a little table overlooking the harbor!

Way too expensive. Definitely not value fir money. £10 for a small ciabatta roll with some beef and blue cheese. I won't be eating there again.

Very nice little restaurant with tea room on the ground floor. Very good dishes and a beautiful restaurant with views of the sea. However, the prices are too high.

We’ve been here a few times now and the service has always been exceptional, with the staff going the extra mile. Special shout-out to Terri who went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed.

Love this place for great coffee during a bike ride. Take out food also excellent. Right on the harbour. Few tables inside but harbour seating is the place to sit.

Food was delicious, we had a vegetarian roast and a chicken roast, we really enjoyed it, the service was fast. Perk of Pretty views if seated near window.

An absolutely fantastic experience at the Mousehole Deli & Restaurant situated in a picturesque harbour. A totally satisfying meal for myself and my fiance. We enjoyed the battered seafood and a delicious taste of a simple burger that was followed by an outstanding creme brulee and browne. Staff were very polite and professional, and highly recommended that you try this gem of an establishment.

We popped in here during our stay at Mousehole to grab some food and some ice cream. They were both delicious and the size of the pasties! The staff were so friendly and more than happy to accommodate the indecisiveness of my children. Would highly recommend and definitely visit again. The pasties were amazing! Thank you.

We had the most amazing dinner at the Mousehole Deli & Restaurant this week. We did not have a reservation but got lucky with a window seat which we had for two whole hours. I went with the lager but boy the Cornish stout was delicious! We ordered two dishes from the main course as we were not hungry. The Hake and Dexter Rogan Josh. Both were absolutely delicious. The quantity is good for having at least two courses. The service was really nice and friendly - even though they had a full house. And last but most importantly, the view from the window was absolutely gorgeous! We saw the lights switch on from the window and it was such a delight. I go back here every time I am at Mousehole and wouldn't change it.

Great little place with a sea view. Food was delicious. Service was good. The whole place is dog friendly. Space wise it’s a bit small and close downstairs, have previously eaten upstairs which was much more spacious. Nice menu options with a variety ranging from tapas to fish and chips/burger.

Fabulous place for a little treat or a meal with friends. Nothing was to much trouble, will visit again.

My husband & I enjoyed a fantastic meal at this Deli & restaurant, looking straight out to the fabulous Mousehole harbour. I was super impressed with the staff. The waiting staff were attentive, very professional, sweet & bubbly. A great way to start an evening meal! We had the Turbot which was super delicious & well presented. For dessert we both had crème brûlée, scrumptious! We would definitely recommend this deli & restaurant.

Last day of what was a perfect holiday. We’d hesitated after reading several negative reviews but we’d had a good roast here a couple of years ago, so booked a table. We had the first sitting of the evening and were greeted by a very bubbly waitress. We went for a glass of wine each, with 2 small plates for starters. The poor man’s scampi was lovely, the pork belly tasted nice but was barely warm. The waitress encouraged us to have the turbot and told us she believed there were 2 left, so we both chose it. We then watched her tell the table of 3 and the table of 6 walk-ins that turbot was an option. We love fish and we’d had some excellent fish all week; 2 Fore Street and 2 incredible meals at Mackerel Sky in Newlyn (unbelievably good). However my turbot was tasteless and slimy. The skin both top and bottom was slippery like it had been boiled. It made me feel nauseous so we spoke to the waitress. I opted for ribeye as a replacement as it was the same price. My partner ate his turbot but did say it was tasteless (he just wanted to leave). My ribeye was like no steak I’d ever tasted. I chose medium, it came swimming in a thick salty gravy (whisky and mushroom sauce I think) that was incredibly salty. It was covered with leaves. I’ve never seen a steak presented like it. The steak tasted like braised beef. I’m sure the meat was reasonable quality but the cooking of it was terrible. I cut it up and we ate it between us. Incidentally my partner had finished his meal before my ribeye arrived. The waitress came over and asked how it was and I told her it was incredibly salty. She said sorry I’ll feedback to the chef. That was it!! I was thirsty all night, it was so over salted. There was not even any recompense for the poor food. We were given a bill of approx £110 for the worst meal of the week. We left agreeing we will never set foot in there again.

We were at Cornwall for the bank holiday weekend and went to this place for dinner and had some good food with an amazing view. The menu had interesting vegetarian dishes which we really liked.

Couldn't fault it, worth booking in advance, table with sea view. Excellent service, great atmosphere, oh, and the menu had something for everyone including the veggies in our group.

SUPERB! Really enthusiastic owners who are passionate about their products and ingredients. Their wine is brilliant. Do ask them for their recommends. We were sat in the window enjoying a brilliant view over the harbour with its swimmers and multicoloured lights reflected in the water. 15 minutes from Penzance (and the Scillonian ferry). A brilliant village to walk around too. The scallops in a masala sauce and the slow cooked pork were especially good.

Amazing food, super friendly owners and staff, plus a cozy warm relaxed atmosphere with great views of the harbour. We had a tapas selection which were all beautifully made and presented. The desserts were amazing too, we had crème brûlée and panna cota, probably the best Panna cotta I've tasted. The owner is front of house and her husband is the main chef, a lot of care put into the details. Nothing was too much trouble, we came with an older person and were able to move to a more accessible table. Will definitely revisit

Lovely food with gluten free options available. Service was good, the two people working upstairs were working very hard.

Really lovely place. Been here to buy things from the deli and also have dinner. Food is excellent and service is outstanding. They even do take away for those evenings after a day out at the beach. Great also for a coffee and pastry after a morning swim across the harbour!

Very over-priced food in a very simple/basic place with some sea views upstairs though! I should have read all those 1 or 2 stars reviews in advance. £13 for a starter with 3 shockingly tiny scallops (the size of a pound coin). Over £40/pp was spent for a main course each and two shared starters only; no dessert or any drinks was ordered at all but one person ordered one ounce of whisky (which costed around 8 pounds..), then £40 was gone. The toilet is for one person only. It was like the one you visited at a public beach at the end of a day, or the one at a small service station, you know: It is wet and ran out of toilet paper; hand wash liquid was like skimmed light milk without any bubble rubbing out at all. All these did not match their over priced food. Finally, it took very long to get all the food served. Our last main course was served when all other guests at the table finished theirs already: It took 30 to 40 mins to be served for most guests, and then another 30 mins for that final main course. The owner was a bit strange when she was trying to tell us how great her dishes were, jumping and laughing with arms in the air... Not recommended at all. Very over-priced food.

Very good overall. Went for breakfast and tea. Ingredients were nice enough, it is appreciated to have hogs pudding included. Might be nice to have a full slice of black pudding and two of the bacon or sausage. Service was nice and it was relatively speedy.

Appreciate this deli/restaurant. Open long hours and very upmarket for some things but the food is great and good atmosphere and service. Edit Aug23: half lobster takeaway is a good treat. One of ours was missing the tail meat but hey. Full Cornish breakfast was great as usual, but don't bother with the extra side of bacon - you only get 1 slice!!

Fantastic friendly service - we had a late dinner and even though they were incredibly busy we were looked after very well. Possibly the best lobster we have ever had and only wish we had chosen to eat there more often.

Popped in for coffees and the poor front of house staff were run off their feet. Coffee was delicious but the brownies were a little sub-par. Worth a visit if you would rather an alternative to pub food but be warned, the seating area is tiny, so if you time it wrongly you’ll be doing an unintentional take out!

So good, food service, attention to detail. They deserve to be as busy as they are!
