Got kebab last night the pitta bread was rock hard and payed for tub chilli and was hardly any in the tub

Don't usually do reviews but the meat feast pizza we got last night was disgusting, cold, hard, like a frisbee. Chucked out for the poor birds, moulin has gone right down hill in my estimation and I'll not be back.

First time trying it was lovely. Will defo be back.

Absolutely shocking customer service from the guy on the phone he is so rude! Will not be ordering again! Got a kebab was shocking the portion size missing items! Terrible service AVOID

First went it was champion. But they made a mistake last night sending out the wrong order but guy on the phone wouldn't have it until I informed him why I could not eat what they had sent due to medical....and even then it was like pulling hens teeth. We need a good pizza place in winlaton and blaydon..this and roma are not that...any ideas ?

The food is actually alright but a burger with no salad or sauce when I specifically asked for both is rubbish service. Happened twice in a row now, think I will go elsewhere from now on

Ordered using the app. Ordered a 12" pizza, got given a 10" thinking it wouldn't be noticed. When brought up, they then said that they had no 12" and issued a cash refund for the difference. But were more than willing to take the payment for the larger pizza and not say anything.

Absoutely disgusting customer service and lack of communication in the shop no offer to sort resolution out! Even though I asked for same order twice off two different staff as he couldn't work the till so totally aware what I ordered!! Disgusting

Was expecting to wait a long time being New Year’s Eve but food was here in 45 mins even though they were so busy! Chicken was cooked perfect all food was lovely will order again!

Forgot items from the order and when called back to query i was told i didnt order a chicken kebab, i read it from a list i had wrote for numerous people blaming customers isnt good wont order again

Absolutely terrible. How does it take 3 hours for food? Everytime we rang it was it’s on its way. You’re the last address. You think we lived on the moon. Don’t bother ordering. Food no doubt if it shows up will be stone cold. Terrible

Have sent me the wrong pizza. When I phoned to ask why it was the wrong pizza when I ordered a pepperoni, they said I shouldn’t have ordered the wrong pizza when I know I ordered pepperoni. The customer service on the phone was rude and honestly you can just order from Galaxy Pizza as I’ve never had any issues with them. I’ve been using Moulin for many years and honestly there’s been mistakes here and there that are usually sorted. However the way I was spoken to was awful. Would not recommend using them for a takeaway.

Prices in ship different to prices on there app got charged more even with discount on app than in store so wasn't able to receive free garlic bread even with proof from the app

What a joke of a shop, food was supposed to be delivered at 10.49 even tho I ordered at 9.30 which I accepted it's now 11.30 and still hasn't arrived

Ordered a chicken burger, chips and pizza but was honestly surprised at the quality of the food. I was unsure whether stevie wonder had sent the food out as there’s no way a real human would see this food as edible. I’m pretty sure I could use my nans ashes as seasoning and it’d have more flavour than this atrocity. The chicken burger was a stale bun and a small piece of unseasoned cold chicken. Least you could do is add sauce or cheese or even a piece of lettuce. The pizza was cold, uncooked and unsurprisingly unflavourful. Staff made customers very uncomfortable through staring at them unnecessarily. This is an absolutely mockery of a takeaway, I’d rather get a £5 munch from the corner shop. Never visiting here again.

Naaaa this is raucous typa food yk price decent chicken burger and chips 5£ not too bad. BUT NOTHING ON THE BURGER BUT CHICKEN NO LETTUCE or cucumber and the guy stared at me walking in and out felt uncomfortable not gonna lie

When i received my order the burgers Raw and when I spoke the gentleman he was rude and abnoxuis and refused to do anything about it

Ordered a garlic bread special thought I'd try the place out bad mistake for me as food was cold burnt garlic bread hard as nails wouldn't except it bk or refund bad customer service to public the driver was spot on but I won't be going bk again as out of 10 I would give it 2

Perfect place for a quick takeaway! Amazing food, full belly from the Calzone and the Parmesan. Paid the price and got worth what i paid for. 100% recommend you try this place out!

Very disappointed. Used to be our go-to pizza takeaway but we put an pre-order in when they opened for a 18.30 delivery it didn't turn up till 19.45 with no apology or discount. We would have perhaps have shrugged it off but what annoyed us was the constant lies when we chased up the order, being told it was "the delivery driver was only 10 mins away" when they hadn't even started preparing the order. A regular customer lost and judging by the other recent reviews not the first.

If I could post zero I would, food took ages to arrive. Items missing when it did arrive, phoned to tell them to be told oh right we’ll get it to you in 10 minutes. Food was awful. Missing item finally turned up an hour later so 2 hours after originally ordering my daughter gets her food!!!!! Avoid this place and take your money to Galaxy pizza which is so much better

AVOID. Placed an order at 19.52 and after many calls (9 in total) to the shop and many lies from the staff (driver on the way, must of been delivered wrong and even tried telling me I didn’t place an order with them at one point) it arrived at 22.10. I refused to accept the order as I had made other arrangements and was offered a small discount. I refused and said I would pay cost price but they took the food back. Seems like they would rather waste food, fuel and money than keep customers happy. Shame.

Very poor service. I would have selected zero stars if allowed. Ordered our food at 7.50pm, the food arrived at 10.20pm despite several calls to the shop and being told 15 minutes each time. I can understand that it can get busy, but if we were told that it was going to be a long wait when we put the order in, it would have been understandable.

Had an awesome 18" special pizza on a thin crust and it was perfect. Quick delivery time, good topping distribution and tasty pizza sauce. Garlic sauce is fantastic if a little expensive for the size (2" tall, 3" diameter) but I'd avoid the chilli sauce as it's quite acidic. Overall highly recommended and will be returning soon :)

Ordered nearly £50 worth of food for the family...got no pop, no chips with kebab no salad. Pizzas were cold...paid for extra stuff didnt recieve it on the pizza

I will never be ordering again! The manger is rude when I called back to say my order was cold! He replied with (what do you want me to do about it) The deliver driver came back and took the order and gave me my money back. We tried to order last night and was told they are not delivering to my address because apparently we had another order here within 5 minutes of the driver coming back to collect it! No one can get an order that quick!! Also had the cheek to say the food was hot! Its was stone cold and there are two witnesses to this They have lost us as a loyal customer!

Shame the delivery service is terrible. I'm a regular customer and tonight it has took the pxss. Ordered a hour and a half ago - not came. Phoned and the woman on the phone didn't know were I put a order through considering I ordered it with her?.. Been told 20 minutes ago that it will be here in 5 minutes. Still nothing. Will loose a good customer.

Quite often just cancel your order for no reason. Food is ok, but not ground-breaking. Would suggest going somewhere more reliable, with better food.

If I could have left a 0 would have. We have ordered from Moulin near on every week as our take away night. We'll never again. The food standards have slipped recently but tonight was utterly appalling. Food was cremated, hard and unappealing. The pizza looked like it had been sat on and some items were missing. After calling the restaurant I would have been happy for an apology, and maybe to either replace the order or just send a new pizza. After 10 minutes of being called a lair I was told if i waited an hour they would come and collect the food and then resend it. I said can't you just send it and take the old away. No! OK can you send me a pizza that's edible. No we have no drivers. This whole painful argument between the lady on the phone, The "chef" and the driver slagging me off. It took over an hour to arrive. I'm not waiting another 2. Sorry but I'll never order again nor recommend you.

Ordered for the first time delivery on line I ordered fried chicken, thinking of "Kentucky" it Came one hour late to what they said online. It came and looked disgusting and tasted worse. Save your money and buy elsewhere, there are so many better places I for one won't go back.

Order was wrong they had put pizza sauce on parmesan even though choose bechamel, ordered buffalo chicken wings and they sent chicken pieces and potato skins looked unedible with what looks like white mould spots on them. Rang to speak to restaurant and he wouldn't listen said it was tough they had sent food and he wouldn't give refund and he put the phone down on me. Great customer service! Not. Food wasn't great and had to put in oven as cold. Never again. Avoid there are much better takeaways with great customer service

Absolutely delicious! I only ever get my pizza's from Moulin as they are simply the best in the area for sure. Orders are always piping hot and delivered on time or early. The service is great also. I ordered a little while ago which included 2 cans of pop, but only 1 was delivered. I let them know the next time and was amazed to receive a free bottle of 1.5L Fanta... Awesome! The delivery guy is also really nice, very friendly. So all in all, Moulin is great, very good and tasty food with excellent service to boot!

What a mess about trying to order online! Email, password, sign in. I'm trying to order a pizza not cross the border! After 10 mins of going round in a circle I gave up. Wont bother again.

One star too many was going to reduce my previous review but was already just one star. Failed to buy pizza here, admittedly it was 15 minutes before closing but there were people in waiting for food. They told us quite abruptly we could only have burger and chips, wanted pizza that's why we were in a pizza shop. Tried again to buy pizza tonight, again not available.
