The Costa is the poorest I've ever been too, and I've been to lots

Clean and tidy small services. Terrible hygiene in burger King tables all dirty very unappealing if eating in. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned.

Hello! Disgusting showers! As soon as I will take pictures and put them here. You don't know what you are talking about! Yes, it's from my experience because I always take showers here and it's a mess and no one cleans them. It's not about shower installations, It's about cleanliness. Don't give it a second thought because the cleaning man is not doing his job. Disgusting showers!!!!!!!!! Thanks!

Stopped to use the facilities and purchase a coffee on route to Wakefield and on the return journey. (Working)

Stopped here en route to pick friends up from Birmingham Airport. Overall, it has your run of the mill eateries such as a Greggs, KFC and Burger King etc, but I felt the price of our two meals from Burger King was a bit extortionate. All I had was a tiny double cheeseburger with cheese loaded fries and my partner, he had a whopper meal with loaded fries as well, yes it adds a couple of pounds on the overall bill, we realise that, but I was still shocked it came to £25 for two meals. Maybe it’s simply because it’s service station prices, I’ve no idea. The ladies toilets were clean though which is a bonus, but I can’t give it any more than three stars I’m afraid.

Why does it take so long to upgrade the EV charging here?

As with all motorway services an over priced necessity as falling asleep at the wheel puts up my insurance.

We came here to pick up the coach to Ilfracombe, we brought some refreshments

Just spent around 30 minutes in this service station; from the moment I arrived to the moment I left the costa Barista, Zak, had been left to serve and make drinks entirely by himself as a queue was let to build up. He was as quick as possible and apologetic for the wait even when it wasn’t his fault. The other costa employee spent the entire time I was here chatting to an M&S worker, not a single glance at the costa to see if her colleague needed help. Really poor to see. I’ve worked for the company for 3+ years and would never leave a singular staff member to do all the work whilst i nattered away, especially not when there was a queue of customers.

Nothing special just another motorway services

Nicer than my last visit, improved shops, but the carpark could do with an upgrade. From road marking not being clear and renewed to cracks and potholes, the carpark is the worst thing about the place. Good clean toilets and lots of seating.

Pulled the truck into the hgv fuel section to grab a coffee, shop closed, 03.00,and was told I couldn't get a coffee from there by the cashier. Seems to be getting more common practice these days.

Not the cleanest place ordered form burger king could not eat it as the girl served sneezed in her hand and wiped in her clothes never washed them and even worse the staff outside smoking came in not one of them washed there hands.

Good stopping off point on the A42. Has a range of shops and restaurants. Would recommend.

Most importantly, it was clean, men's toilets included + good selection of eateries and friendly staff.

Went into Burger King for a double cheese burger meal, and it was horrid. The fries were luke warm, and the burger was cold. Took it back in, and they redid the burger and said it was fresh, only for it still to be tepid and not worthy of consumption, they gave me a refund in the end.

Bright, spacious, plenty of free seating and loos. Has a pret burger king, greggs, m&s, KFC, wh smith. Also has outside picnic tables in good condition and better positioned than most I've seen.

Visited Burger King . It is expensive as all service stations are. Food was hot.

Plenty of choices for Fast food and a well stocked shop. As with all services overpriced but to be expected.

Clean service station, good for a quick pit stop.

It's not a bad place, although the washroom is sometimes quite dirty, but the toilet and shower are also free. The only downside is that there are thieves in the truck parking lot at night and they cut the tarpaulins. It could be a little more secure.

Pleasant journey stop off. A nice little break in the journey.

Dont expect much from service stations but this one really plumbs the depths.

Everything you need to take a break from your journey. Electric charging and disabled parking on site

£10 for two coffee’s and £2.15 for the cheapest bottle of water. Insane prices. Then the audacity to ask for charity payments on card machine. I’m sure Moto can donate on my behalf….

The commercial vehicle fuel forecourt had only one pump working - the other 5 out of service with no obvious concern or contrition from the bored forecourt staff. Woeful performance from a large organisation in a service industry.

It is a service station that provides restrooms and coffee for those in need.

Nice services shame about the coach park being full of HGV’s

At night the tent was cut, if not for the alarm system, part of the cargo could have been stolen.

I park overnight here about twice a month as a lorry driver. I pay £35 to park, including a food voucher. Unfortunately, everything gets reduced to skeleton staff as soon as the getting home rush hour traffic is done. There is quite often hardly any food available. Other than Burger King staffed by indolent teenagers glued to their mobiles. The redeeming features are nice W H Smith ladies who are tolerant and polite. Also a well run Greggs for breakfast at least.

Over priced fuel as all motorway services, only 3-4 miles from Kingsbury oil terminal!!!

Pretty good services but the state of the Men’s Toilets reminded me of a music festival. Only go to the KFC if you’re not in a rush and don’t mind waiting a long long time. Nice staff though.

Services very good parking not so. Caravans have to park in the lorry park but no way for disabled to exit to services in chair sticks or scooter or on foot, as the kerb is approx 18 inches high. The only way is for disabled customers to enter and exit for coffee is via entrance to lorry park. A distance away for those that walking is a major issue. Please visit the disability act 2010 and think either spaces in the carpark area for caravans with disabled passengers/ drivers or dropped kerbs in lorry park.

I do not recommend staying here for the night. Awnings are cut.

At time of our visit, it was busy but still clean and tidy. You have to watch prices at some of the concessions, nearly £4 for a Small Hot Chocolate, yet £2~19 for a large one, on next franchise.

I was standing there from Monday to Tuesday night and I was cut even though I had the trailer door open. Last year I was standing there every other weekend and nothing happened, but since the new year there has been a massacre in the parking lot of trucks, I parked there for the weekend and this year there are less and less if some security checked the parking lot at night every 2 hours, it would be ok, but I see that there are no options to make it safe

I was really impressed with how clean this service station was, and on our next stop, it was a lot worse at the competitors. It made me realise that Moto really are doing their job compared to rival, and its nice to see a place clean and well presented.

Standard Motorway services. Standard facilities, Standard high prices. Off the Motorway on a very busy roundabout- Make sure you get in the right lane the locals take no prisoners

Considering it was a bank holiday and it was really busy, All the facilities were immaculate and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely use the services again.

Toilets need to cleaned better and updated and repaired

There are many places, there are a large number of services. I had a hard time finding the SNAP payment machine. It is located in the Moto store, which is to the left of the main parking lot, there in the WHsmith store in the very corner.

Avoid the burger king here. Cold despite being made to order and miserable staff

Popped in for a Greg's bacon roll and wasn't disappointed

Other than Greggs the other food outlets here are expensive

Fabulous.great shops. Auto flush gents are the best so far. Nice and clean I like bleach but flash is good.

Reasonable services with good food offer plus M&S. Toilets very clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Good for a pit stop before Birmingham.

All good, I saw the police patrolling the truck park at night with flashlights, you can also pay with SNAP

Its a good place to stop -good dog walking area but like all motorway stops it needs an indoor area for people with dogs so they can eat in a civilised way rather than in the car balancing cups. Time to realise how many dog owners there are@

Great place to stop for a break food drink and other items for your break and its a bonus as you can refuel before leaving

The toilets are closed, the parking lot is supposed to be guarded, but they cut the tarpaulin anyway, let them refund the money.

This place has changed somewhat since I last visited it, and again, the service stations are all over the place wherever they are all over charging us off because they know that they can!

Ideal stopping point for a break.

After an evenings work I look forward to a nice warm and rewarding coffee. Service at this costa is second to none, however yesterday evening, Lucy went above and beyond! She was polite, friendly all whist delivering a quick service, thank you Lucy for your amazing customer service as always😃

Toilets are like the elephant enclosure at the safari park

Tuesday evening (23rd), 2 young girls on shift but the front of house has been deserted for ten minutes. When they do appear they are laughing and giggling and larking about including rolling around the floor play-fighting and doing tik toks. They have just filled in the cleaning rota to say they have done tasks but very loudly declared to each other, they don't intend to do anything. It is a long way from a work ethic...
