Really pleasant atmosphere. The food was really tasty and served hot. Pleasant staff too. Thank you.

This was a glorious pub for drinking, with a very bright interior! This is clear from the lights and the colours across the walls, further brought out by the counter's design. I had a refreshing pint of 1664, finding a solo seat at a clean table!

Fantastic pub. Totally not what I was expecting. Beer is first class & very cheap too. For a whetherspoons this place is highly recommended.

Nice food, with great company in a very busy pub. Service was very good, didn't wait very long at all for food and drinks.

Decent spoons ... Breakfast was good and we didn't have to wait too long. Filled up by 10:30 I'm sure they did ok from the visiting Oldham supporters

We went to the snowdome today so popped in here before hand for breakfast then popped back in after. We ordered breakfast at 11.45ish, there was a bit of a wait but that was absolutely fine because when the food did come it was all hot and tasty. Staff were great. We come in again after we had been the snow done a same agin. Great service, great staff and great food.

Wanted to order brunch but was told not available because no eggs because they had to save them for breakfast! This was at 12.15pm Then not thinking I asked for ham egg and chips. No egg!! My lunch compromise of slice ham and chips Was in company so didn't want to cause a commotion but really not happy

Typical Wetherspoons, good range of reasonable cask beers at good prices. Very busy when visited on Friday lunchtime. Didn't eat so can't comment on food.

Missing eggs of dinner, when pointed it out to the guy giving them to us he just shrugged and said there's an egg shortage and if we hadn't of said anything he'd not have said anything either. We did get sausages to make up. The pork had been taken beyond cooked and into the realms of shoe leather. No-one came to check if the food was OK or even ask how it was when cleaning the plates. I pointed out the inedible pork and got the most insincere sorry and shrug I think I've ever had in a restraunt. I eat at Wetherspoons a couple times a week and it is what it is, you don't expect the world but its a good basic and they put the mistakes right. The service at this particular Wetherspoons is abysmal. Will avoid in future.

Ordered large breakfast. Nothing on the app to say that eggs were not available. Breakfast comes with two eggs normally. No eggs arrived, pointed out to waitress who had to go and ask before returning to say that no eggs were available and that I should have had an extra hash brown provided instead. Well, I didn't, just two missing eggs, no extras, no information, walked off before I had finished the conversation. No offer to refund or discount or provide something else in its place. Won't bother going there again when the Penny Black is about the same price, cleaner and has better food.

Went there for a meal on Thursday curry night, when ordering the food on the app there was very little available, no curry, no chips very little else, who ever is in charge of ordering needs to be sacked

The fish was the smallest fish i have ever seen served and when mentioned the waiter said there is nothing I can do about it

Classic spoons. A well fitted out, clean outlet. Disabled access is via the back gate. There's an internal lift from the raised conservatory down to the bar area. 18/02/25 clean, helpful staff, great food. Visited for Steak Night.

I was celebrating a friend's birthday and two of her friends ordered the mormet steak, they both said it was really salty, and when I tasted it I agreed, one of them told a member of staff and he was really rude and said " there is nothing I can do, if you don't like it don't order it again " what kind of a place is this, I should have asked to speak to the manager and stood up for the girls but on past experience they would have called me a trouble maker and got there security to tell me to get out, what a terrible place, they should have got there money back but I let it go because I would have been seen as the aggressor.

Cheap beer and food. The food is ok but it is never very hot.

Very busy. Staff seemed under pressure and didn't have enough time to clear messy tables. Pleasant service but didn't enjoy the experience due to it being so busy and noisy.

A huge Spoons - maybe one for the App when it’s busy 🤔Some interesting cask ales on sale but many are too strong for drinking in the afternoon. Strangely 30% more expensive than the Lord Burton for cask ales.

Was a little to loud when we first arrived but to be expected on a Saturday evening but noise levels went down after a while

Good Wetherspoon's pub about ten minutes walk from Tamworth Railway Station. Nine cask beers on handpump when I visited including two stouts and an old ale. Lots of outdoor seating some of it covered. Very busy before the Spurs FA Cup game at the Lamb Ground.

Staff are what makes this place. Friendly.

Dependable, decent value weatherspoons. This is a large bar with lots od seating available inside & some outside too. It does get busy & a little bit crazy.

Our second visit here. The first time we discovered the pizza 🍕 selection, which was an added win, our local Wetherspoons doesn't have pizzas on the menu. This time, the sun was out, and we discovered right at the far end a lovely secluded beer garden. We will be back.

Went into weatherspoons tamworth for lunch, staff unfriendly and when food served basket of onion rings were balanced across the food on the other plate which is so unhygienic. The baskets are left on services probably not washed and themln balanced on food your about to eat, when you complain the staff don't seem to really care and then make you feel bad for complains. Eggs were rock hard both times and chips over cooked poor food and service

Tried the turkey christmas dinner and it was quite nice for a spoons meal. The service was a bit slow but it was busy so I understand

It's a spoons, great for the price. The food was nice. Shows how cheap the UK pub scene can actually run at and make a profit. No beer mats, tho.... nothing worse than having your table drenched.

Christmas dinner pretty good but quite expensive £13.49 with a pint.

Honestly some of the best toilets I’ve ever seen, atmosphere was electric walked in and saw 2 guys sharing a bag and even offered me some honestly would go again.👍🏼

The comments from staff after complaining were, " You don't always get everything you're promised in life, do you" miserable staff and poor food.

Didn't have food so can't comment, tried the brew 61 @ £1.99 a pint, not the best so had a brewdog to make up for it. The locals Infront were better entertainment than the TV

If this was my first Wetherspoon experience then it would put me off going to any others. Improved slightly by a recent extension. Tables and toilets are not cleaned often enough when I've, begrudgingly, visited. Often there have been unsupervised children running around or crawling about on the floor. It's a pity Wetherspoons do not have a 'family friendly' area. Food can be a bit hit and miss. I have had meals where, some of the items on my plate have been cold, possibly because plates are not warmed. Certain areas it appears there are too many tables so a bit tight for 4 people. As always, cheap booze...

Remberance Sunday lunch time. Was going to try the Globe but stopped here. Always good. Parking is free on Sunday so there's no excuse to not take your friends out in Tamworth. 5 stars all the way.

Horrible absolutely terrible cold food , horrible and rude staff ,terrible service just don’t go it’s not worth it if you visit hungry it will not change rather have no food than eat here

The food came quickly but was a little bit cold, however service was great.

Can any manager sort out the attitude of the guy serving begging the bar in an apron. Absolutely disgusting attitude when trying to address the state of the ladies toilets.Refused to give his name to me but one of the waitresses said it was Jack and he is always grumpy. Have used this Wetherspoons before and it seems to be going downhill which is a shame as my mother likes to go there when we are visiting Tamworth. Not the first time I’ve had to give a bad review might have to deal with Wetherspoons direct.

Had a lovely birthday meal here with the family. Food was excellent and served on hot plates which makes a change from some places. Service was excellent as well.

Nice Wetherspoons. Always a wide choice of interesting guest ales on my once yearly visits (up in Tamworth for the beer festival). Nice and light, airy atrium area leading to the garden. Managed several visits over my three days in Tamworth. Travelodge is nearby max 5 mins walk 👍

Bit slow for food service, tables were dirty, server started arguing we hadn't ordered our sons food which we had to prove with the receipt. No apology given. Typical ding ding microwave food. After All it's wetherspoons.

Came here on a Thursday afternoon and they had hardly anything on tap, no Guinness 😱 so settled for a Carlsberg, my mate got some nachos too which were not the best.

Nice spoons visited on a Wednesday early evening it was busy the weather was nice for sitting outside had some nice ales on.

Large pub on edge of town centre. Plenty of seating and was not too busy on a Monday lunch time. Massive selection of beers to choose from especially the guest ales.

What you would expect from a spoons, fairly helpful staff and yummy food, bit loud crowd and not many places to sit to be able to talk and hear, but it was after work time on a friday.

Food was amazing! Chicken was so juicy, melting in my mouth. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Very busy,service was good,but the food wasn't up to much,my burger was OK,but my wife's cheese and tomato penne lacked cheese.

Called in for coffee, as expected and good value. Free refills what more could you want.

Missed 2 onion rings off 12 onion rings. When I told the server we only had 10 onion rings, she said I think that's how many you get. Otherwise food was lovely.

Popped in for a breakfast. This was good value with unlimited hot drinks too.

Typical wetherspoons. There were some rather noisy children but the food was alright
