Absolute reeks of p1sh. Stopped in here on way home from Pitlochry and could smell the toilets from the Costa store at front of building. Horrible. Feel bad for those working there and anyone stopping for food/drink

I stopped off on the way to a business meeting in Stirling. I had lunch, caught up with phone calls etc and left after 4 hrs. Then two weeks later I receive a bill for GBP60 for staying in the car park longer than 2 hrs. I had a rental car so they billed me 40 GBP for admin. I called the MOTO to ask that they 60 GBP be waived and instead charge we the normal GBP 15 and had a "tough you stayed more than 2hr" type response. I asked that the manager call me back, they never did. I had no idea that I had to pay for parking. All in all a terrible experience, it feels like a scam, designed to catch people out who don't know about the 2hr free parking limit. Apparently there is a sign that tells you this. I have no idea where it might be, I certainly didn't see it. I will never visit a MOTO again and plan to tell everyone that will listen about the manner in which they do business.

Stopped for a toilet break and fancied icecream/icelolly the shop freezer was empty no notice of apology on it. Burgerking had a small tub of oreo ice cream £2.45!!! left without. Everytime we stop here it's not the best.

The place is ok, toilets clean enough, food selection is good but they seriously need to install more charging points and more than 1 high speed CCS charger. 4 x bays at 11kw isn’t the best for a motor way services as I don’t have 4hrs to wait for my car to get to 80% charge

I called as usual on our way north to use the facilities. Very disappointed. They weren’t dirty - just extremely tired and run down. Push down tap that stopped the second you lifted your hand so you couldn’t rinse your hands properly. No hot water!! Nothing has been updated since we started driving north some 15+ years ago.

Stopped off here to answer nature's call. The stench of urine in the ladies toilets was spot on if trying to emulate a horror movie, the toilet seat I used was barely attached to the bowl, and the general atmosphere was one of despair and uncleanliness. Thank goodness the flusher was automatic so I didn't need to touch anything more than the door and sink. Manky. Hold it in if you can.

Stopped for lunch midway through a long drive as previous times. This place is now in a rundown state. It is small with several franchises crammed into it. There was a smell that was like that of a public toilet/phone box that put us off staying there for any kind of food. This is a pity as it was once a nice place to take a break . Sorry won't be back.

I've just received a notice for parking charges more than a year after being - according to their measurements - which I dispute - a few minutes over their 2 hours parking time. It's a ridiculous amount . Moto 'hospitality' doesn't seem a good name .

Tatty so hard to see if clean. Staff pleasant but nowhere to sit. Was told this was due to legislation yet other services in Scotland had places to sit. I’m not going to sit outside in October

Stopped here with my husband and elderly parents on Sunday and just felt that measures were a token gesture. There was sanitiser at the entrance. No one was checking that people used it. There was a one way system in place at the entrance/exit and, strangely, to separate men and women entering the respective toilets. However, no one was ensuring that this was all followed. There was a QR code system for contact tracing. Again, no one was checking. Nor was any member of staff challenging people who weren’t wearing masks. I saw one couple waiting and being served at Burger King. Other customers were clearly uncomfortable and trying to keep their distance. They seemed to find this funny. No member of staff challenged them. They then made their way across to the Moto counter and were again served without being challenged before leaving via the entrance. I know there are people who are exempt but, apart from the fact that it would be unusual for a couple, their whole demeanour suggested they were doing it deliberately. There was another single guy walking about in random directions - with his mask round his neck- also waiting in queues and being served. People like that are objectionable and offensive. My elderly father really struggles with the mask. It affects his vision and pulls out his hearing aids- but he does it. So why are they not following rules. More importantly, why is this service station not enforcing the rules. You need better security here- even if it is a Sunday. Literally hundreds of people will stop here in a day and with this inaction this service station is a very unsafe place to visit. I haven’t seen complacency like this anywhere else.

Considering the current situation the services were doing the utmost to segregate people. Impressive. Everything was as neat and clean as possible for a services. Not huge but adequate

7pm on a Saturday evening - Greggs is closed and the whole place is full of Burger King wrappers and cups. Thank goodness there’s an M&S to get some actual food - I’m not against Burger King but the only gluten free item on their menu is fries!! Wishing it wasn’t so far to Tebay Services....

These services are well located but quite small. There are relatively few facilities available - but enough. We bought coffee from Greggs and it was fine, though pricey

We were heading from England to Aberdeenshire and decided to stop at these services after getting past Glasgow. A central stop off between M9 & M80, just outside Stirling. Quite a tight entrance/exit for even cars into the main carpark. Everything in the main building was clean and tidy. Ample choices of food/drink purchase. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hot chocolate was luke warm. The waiting time was 35 minutes for the food we ordered which was one serving of two slices of French Toast & one serving of the new Yorkshire Pudding meal both of which were almost cold by the time they arrived at the table. The Stirling Bob & Berts has very sadly gone down hill this year. It used to be very good. We will not be eating there again until it improves

Lovely cafe with amazing home made food and cakes. The steak sandwich was cooked to perfection and the Mac and cheese was delicious. So much so for young kids and the added bonus of a large dog field for walkers etc. will definitely be back

I ordered the venison burger, it was really awful. If one part of the meal was not good i would of mentioned it and given them the chance to sort it. But due to so many parts of the meal being really bad it made more sense to write a bad review. The food was what the food was. Chips were sickly pale and undercooked, onion rings were undercooked in oil not hot enough leaving it thick and soaked through the batter, oil was also not clean, it had black bits throughout. The burger bun was dry and freezer burned, either stale or hard at edges from being microwaved. The venison burger had been frozen and defrosted in the microwave, but too long in the microwave so it was dry and solid like a hockey puck. The woman at the bar was not particularly friendly either, not the younger girl, the older one. We spend £45 in there, we were extremely hungry from climbing so we ate it all but it really really was terrible and just to fill a hole.

Like everyone else had coffee and left with a 100£ "parking notice" :))) no way to keep business. Will not be back and will stray others away.

Open and very public space. Very pleasant staff all local girls. Pity about the loud foul language of some customers.
