Best pizza I have ever had, and that is saying something! The service is fantastic, staff are always friendly and welcoming and they are happy to help with allergies you may have. I cannot give Moto a higher praise if I tried! Make sure you try the Spinach, goat cheese and onion chutney pizza!

Amazing place to eat. £18.50 per person all the pizza you can eat every slice was different and each one tasted great. Definitely somewhere we'll be going again.

Went here for the first time with my husband Saturday night. You can't prebook a table for less than 5 people but they take your number and text when there is a table free so you can pop to the pub next door while you wait. Once at our table we were told how it works and then all the different pizzas appears at your table frequently, every pizza I tried was delicious. My husband had a Aperol spritz which is never cheap, but this one was a good size and apparently very nice. There is water on the table without having to ask which is always a nice touch and it was topped up without asking as well. The staff were all brilliant and we will 100% be back!!

You’re not going to please everyone with every single pizza with so many varieties on offer (no goats cheese for me but that’s personal preference) BUT the pizza here is top notch. Concept works well and staff are on the ball. Smashed out around 20 slices so walked out stuffed the gunnels! Would definitely go back.

Wow, the pizza is unreal, the staff are amazing, the atmosphere is great. You cannot go wrong here! The only downside is the wait to be seated at peak times but I think that just shows how popular they are! You must visit if you haven't already! Recommend the mushroom & honey chilli, mushroom & truffle oil and also the spicy meats pizzas 🤤🤤🤤

The quality of the food, the service, and the way it works here is excellent. Friendly staff keep bringing different pizzas to the table every couple of minutes or so. There must have been around 20 different ones. So, it gives you the opportunity to try lots of different toppings, and because it's only one slice at a time, you don't feel intimidated or concerned about wastage. Plus, you can pause for breaks if needed. A great experience. Highly recommended.

Everything about this place was awesome 💯. The service was so friendly and chilled. The pizza was amazing with so many different varieties. Fun to turn the light on to indicate 'more pizza please'. Only one suggestion that sweet pizzas be included in the fixed price. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

I love Moto pizza. I have been visiting since it first opened and I can honestly say that I’ve never had a bad meal. Pizzas are super tasty with great quality ingredients. Can’t go wrong with it. Some of their flavours are simply amazing!! My only comment is about the way they serve. It’s quite often they’d start with specific tables that would always get first choice and would finish their rotation to specific tables with only having 1 slice left. Not saying this is the case every time but we have noticed that sitting in specific tables, we would only be offered the last slice.

Wish more people would embrace the idea of no menus!

Food absolutely brilliant, pizzas brought on point again and again but not vegetarian, no margarita available. Very disappointing on that aspect so not value for money. If veggie then not a place for you. Staff go out for smoke and leave the door open, draft left open on your legs if you are sitting in the area. Toilet soooo cold, hole in the door and paint spattered over walls and ceiling. Wanted to like this place so much but very disappointed. Bigged up but an absolute disappointment.

Didn't really expect much from a pizza place, but it was actually really good, great pizzas and fast service.

Dined in for dinner on 23/01/24. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were very friendly. We were not able to book in advance as to do that required a party of 5 or more, and as a result we had to wait 45 minutes for a free table on a Tuesday night. Once sat the food arrived quickly, which you could control with a green lamp on your table that you turn on if you want the waiters to keep bringing you food, or turn off when you wanted them to stop. We were not offered drinks and I had to approach a waiter to order them. We had a large table next to us which the waiters brought pizza around to first, meaning that some of the better pizzas were all gone before the waiters arrived at our table. When the pizza arrived it was very tasty and they had a wide range of both conventional and unusual toppings. I dined in with two children, who were the only kids in the restaurant. They enjoyed the food, but some of the pizza options were a bit too adventurous for my 7 and 9 year old. Staff catered to allergy and dietary requirements. Overall, I would recommend!

Amazing pizza, staff are really nice and friendly. The restaurant was a bit noisy, music was louder then it maybe needed to be when the restaurant was so full but other then that can’t fault the restaurant or food. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Was great. Only gripes were that you couldn’t take leftovers home and that their t-shirts weren’t on sale.

I get the concept, but a 2 hour wait for a table, with little effort to make us welcome is a bit rough. In the end we got take out...Pizza was nice enough but I'm not convinced it would have been worth the wait.

Very authentic Italian pizza. However, some of the flavours offered are not from Italy but they are well accepted by other countries (e.g. chicken, or turkey). Highly suggested.

Stopped for a quick meal as I was staying overnight in Chelmsford. Great pizzas, service and atmosphere would really recommend, good value too.

This was such a nice experience. Love the concept and a great range of pizzas were on offer. It's a lovely setting and feels like an authentic experience. The pizzas themselves were so tasty, the crust was so light and fluffy and we particularly loved the chilli honey chicken pizza. We recommend ordering a dip or two for the crusts, meant we didn't waste a crumb (chilli honey dip was insane!) A lovely mix of classic pizzas and some unique combinations too and it's nice to see them being made in the pizza oven. Service was perfect throughout and great value overall. We would recommend and return without doubt!

Moto pizza is my favourite restaurant. My partner and I keep coming back because the experience is just so good. The pizza is freshly made and served right to your table, and the multiple options keep things fresh and interesting. The price you pay for the food and service you get is unparalleled, and the staff are also all excellent (and you might get a compliment if you wear a specific musicians shirt). I cannot recommend this place enough!

Never been until last month really great idea pizza by the slice can try so many different ones great service will be going back with family next time

Came in as a group of 3 just before 6 with plenty of seats available (which quickly filled up over the next couple of hours). Have not visited Moto Pizza before (almost walked past as the sign is quite overshadowed by the Spa Therapy sign for the premises above!) The server quickly explained the system of the green light to keep bringing pizza over and that was that! Many many slices later and I was rolling out of the premises. These were not the typical margherita, pepperoni, Hawaiian, but in fact, bolognese, carbonara, nduja, broccoli and mascarpone, mushrooms and truffle, etc Absolutely delicious!! Servers were very friendly and the atmosphere was great - nicely decorated, music at a good level, premises were very clean! Soft drinks I thought were a bit pricey at £3.20 but the all you can eat pizza at £17.50 for the quality of the food was very reasonable!

I absolutely LOVE this place (enough to be recognised by staff at this point😂)! Cannot get enough Moto Pizza. Always super friendly staff, and delicious pizzas and they are super accomodating to requests (I'm a picky eater). Good selection of veggie pizzas and were able to accommodate for my vegan friend. Recommend anything with the chilli honey on. I recommend this place to all my friends and it's always my first suggestion when there's talk of dinner/lunch out :)

They say too much of a good thing is bad for you, so, Is this pizza hell or heaven? because I can not tell you, as you will drown in pizza until you pass out. Went this evening, unfortunately our meal was cut short but we definitely could if kept eating all the deliciousness that was being served frequently. Can't wait to go again. Food was almost as amazing as their service, I have never felt so catered for in a restaurant, massive props to the staff and chefs. I always have some anxiety going to buffet style/ all you can eat places as a vegetarian, but I was put to ease as soon as we were seated, the staff made sure to ask about dietary requirements immediately and within minutes it seemed as though every member of staff had been made aware and I was even given some extra slices of my fave pesto and tomato pizza to take away. Staff really went above and beyond and I would recommend this establishment to anybody wanting to try something new!!

Went here for the first time with my son on the off chance. Was originally looking for a Pizza Hut but got recommended here, I was a bit apprehensive as I’d not heard of it but my son desperately wanted pizza so thought iid give it a go and I’m so glad I did. Fantastic concept delicious pizza and friendly accommodating staff. My son was more than happy and so was I albeit completely stuffed. Will definitely be back with the rest of the family, can’t believe I didn’t know about this place but glad I know now.

I can never stop raving about moto pizza, anyone who hasn’t been needs to go! Be warned the ‘queue’ can be quite long, but they just take your number & text you when your table is ready! It’s such a good concept, which could fall down on the quality of the food, but they execute it so well!! The actual Pizza is incredible wood fired with a stunning chewy crust, and so many topping options and varieties, the excitement of what’s next makes it like a fun game too! Decor is lovely, staff always friendly & attentive. Such good value for money £17.50 is comparable to other pizza chains, but Moto quality is miles ahead. Last time I went they even asked if our table had any requests which I didn’t know was a thing, such a personal touch. Could keep going on and on, but just take a visit, you won’t be disappointed!

'Taste of Italy' pales in comparison, lacking both energy and quality ingredients. From families to hipsters, couples to suits, all find a home here. Prices have inched up due to energy costs, but the quality still reigns supreme. Had pizza in Naples at 50 Kalò and we were instantly reminded of Moto. Always lively, quick and friendly service, and an expanded drink selection. Family or friends, they all rave. Parking's a breeze nearby. And don't miss the new pizza gin – it's a hit. Personal favourites: 'Mascarpone and Speck,' 'Mixed Meats,' and 'Mushroom and Truffle Oil.' For £9 more, try the 'Biscoff' and white chocolate pizza. Unbeatable. Can't wait for the Nutella pizza next time. And that £1.50 garlic mayo dip for your crust? A must. Two suggestions: free pizza for kids under 6 and bottomless soft drinks. Cheers!

Truly the best pizza we’ve ever had! And it’s bottomless, even better!!

I’m a regular customer here and absolutely love the place. Great value for money, pizza is amazing, staff are incredibly friendly and is an all round great place to go. Never had a bad experience. Best and most consistent customer service I’ve ever experienced in hospitality, feel so relaxed and welcome. Please don’t pay attention to everyone moaning about the wait times, you just put your name and number down, go for a drink at the millions of other places there are on the high street and they’ll text you when your table is ready. It really isn’t a problem if you’re a reasonable person (I notice there is a certain demographic of people complaining!) Peak times do get busy (understandably) so best to plan around this and get there earlier to put your name down, that’s what we do.

What a bizarre idea. Turn up at 5.30pm and you can't book or reserve a table for 6pm. So my family are heading in on the off chance that there might be a table free. Don't care how good the pizza is, it's not worth the hassle.

I went for bottomless brunch with a few girls, group of four. We booked a table and good thing too because it was packed! The pizza was amazing. Not short of variety. It was expensive in my opinion but I would do it again 😅. I had one of the mocktails and that was lovely too :). Friendly staff, clean cutlery. Can't complain! However, I do wish the tables were spread out a bit more as it was very tight in there but considering how busy they are I guess it can't be helped but that would have made me feel more comfortable.

Really nice pizza, super quick and friendly staff, and a cool vibe. Went with kids for a late lunch, we waited about 5 mins for a table, and then had loads of pizza. Water filled up without asking, and staff were attentive but not intrusive. Great grub 👍

For dessert a couple of us shared a Triple Salted Caramel Cheesecake (which is served with gelato and toasted popcorn).

Enjoyed the appearance & the diverse service. The pizzas were average. They were clever serving them whenever we wanted one, which is being good for the environment & wasting less. Finally, the desserts were creative making pizzas with non-savoury but sweet decorations on them (ie: Nutella & marshmellos). Beside the decorations/flavours, their pizza bases taste great

Really good quality pizza, and as much of it as you can eat! Amazing! The service was fantastic too, didn’t seem too busy at lunch time although I understand it does get very busy in the evening. I recommend going for lunch, you won’t need to eat dinner I can assure you. Great place, will definitely go back.

On paper, bottomless pizza wouldn't be my thing, but I went here with a friend visiting me in town since *everybody* mentioned this place as a good spot. As the other reviews suggest, they were absolutely correct - the pizzas are great, and there is some really fun variety in toppings. Get anything that has the chilli honey or mascarpone on it, but to be honest...I didn't have a single bad slice. My friend is vegetarian so once we let the waitress know, they started making a variety of veggie-suitable pizzas as well. The dips you can order for the side were excellent too-/ - again, some more interesting options than just the plain old garlic mayo or ranch. It was a great meal, and honestly, I imagine I'll be back.

First time visiter and it was excellent, luckily got in without any fuss for a table of 2. Plenty of good options for the pizza when it came around and drinks choice. The whole process was explained well and I'll definitely be going back again.
