We were impressed when we called in here for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff and a rapid service. Good coffee and tasty food with loads of choice. The whole place was very clean and tidy and the toilets 100% clean and well kept! Keep up the good work!

We called At Rugby Services M6 Southbound on Monday 9th September, 2024, on our way to our holiday. This establishment was new to us what a surprise it was. The building looked fairly new and turned out be be probably the best Motorway Services ever. It's very clean and bright, and is a very modern design. It has many eatery options and facilities for children. All Motorway Services should be like this. Cannot praise it enough and hope to return in the near future.

Stopped here at 10.45pm on Friday night all food outlets were closed except for Costa burger King stated opening hours are to 11 but refused to serve at 10.45 lots of customers trying to eat but couldn't even smiths and m,&s closed normally a good service area but will mow avoid at night N

this place is a scam the soft play was not open. i am very disappointed and so are my family. ruined my experience. would not recommend

Moto Rugby ~ Evening Pit Stop Location Quick 2200hrs pit stop at which on arriving most of the hot food locations were shut or shutting meaning no means for hot food, which would have suited me. The toilet rest area were all clean and welcoming to use, unlike many other locations. The car park offered plenty of spaces, and very easy to use. The inside appeared very modern with phone charging points in many of the table and relax pod areas.

Not the first time we have stopped here. First time was when it initially opened and we were impressed then. Normally these areas go downhill but not in this case. Still bright and breezy and, importantly, very clean. Cleaners always wandering around cleaning up, getting rid of waste. OK, next time on this way we will pop in again. Stay as you are, please.

Stopped off here today on the way home. Very clean and tidy welcoming services with decent food options and shops. With a great addition of a park area for walking your dogs.

Fantastic dog exercise area. Clean facilities. Wish more services were like this one. Wanted to stop earlier but decided to drive another 30 miles to try Rugby Moto, as the reviews were so good. Well worth the wait.

If you come here at night like I have for a electric car charge… be prepared to see plenty of rats everywhere! I’ve seen 4 in 5 mins of sitting in my car!! Never seen anything like this at any other charging station - gross

The Place Is Awesome For The Service And The Tesla Supercharger Have 320W It’s A Good Service And They Added More Chargers!

One of the best service stations in the uk. Plenty of charging stations for electric cars. Super clean toilets. Good variety of food and great entertainment for kids.

Thought we would stop at this service station as it is quite new. The first sight of the building was quite impressive, upon walking from our car found the small garden areas totally neglected and absolutely full of weeds. It just got worse when we visited the toilets, they were absolutely disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for quite a while. We just wanted to get out of the service station as soon as possible and will certainly not stop there again.

We waited over 25 minutes for a simple lunchtime meal at KFC. The counter staff were horrendously slow, staring into space at the crowd of people waiting for their order and it felt as if something had gone wrong as the Burger King next door had promptly closed during our visit. When our number was finally called the order had items missing and the food was lukewarm. The only praise I can give is to the girl in the white hat who was doing her best to get drinks ready and at least offered an apology.

This is a superb service area, one of the best I have been to. Everything is clean and sparkly and you have a good choice of places to stop for refreshments. The car park is well ordered, and there are many EV chargers.

As we were driving an all electric car we were a little concerned about getting on a charger as it was Bank Holiday Monday and quite busy,. All the EV charge points were taken, however the services had thought of this. There were 3 very friendly staff on duty to ensure a queuing system and all was very well organised. We waited no more than a couple of minutes before being able to hook up. There is a decent number of 350KW chargers and after brunch we were on our way with plenty of battery to get us back to North Essex. Great work indeed!!

This is perhaps the best motorway services that I have visited in the UK. Plenty of parking, a high atrium, spotlessly clean, pleasant and bright eating area, M&S plus all the usual suspects. Worth travelling a few more miles to reach.

Was a great surprise to find services where your dog is allowed inside so wasnt forced to eat my burger king in the car!! Lovely services , clean and good selection of shops and eateries . The best services we have been to !

What a pleasure to visit this service station. Friendly staff , great facilities inside and outside lots of open space and so good to be able to take our dog inside , this will always be our midlands stop from now on as we travel from north to south.

Waited ages for our food (17 minutes). The front server seemed fine but what on earth were the kitchen staff doing? Have they even been trained? There were bags and boxes of food strewn all over the bit between kitchen and front desk. Only bother if you’re not in a hurry

Good choice of food with central or individual table areas. We used the Gregg's outlet for drinks and the staff were lovely. The toilets were clean and not crowded

Easy to find off the motorway. Modern and clean, with a open plan eating area and a separate children’s play area. Had a number of options for food and drink and enough staff to deal with the demand.

We often travel east to Norwich and stop at this service station for the following reasons 1. It’s got great play areas for our daughter to burn off some energy after sitting in the car for an hour or do. 2. The toilets are generally very clean or being cleaned. The family cubical are also a good size. 3. Ample parking. 4. The food selection is good. We like Costa, Burger King, KFC or Greggs. We mix it up a bit when we come in and generally the service is always good. The tv and music that is played adds a bit of life to the place and 5. It is always very clean inside and out. If you need a good place to stop near Rugby this is a great option. The only down side is that all dogs appear to be allowed inside. I’m personally not a fan of this.

Not to put down this service area, it looks amazing compared to some others, but just wanted to warn of a scam in the car park I experienced yesterday. Sitting in my camper with the door open, was approached by an Irish guy, shaved head...

This has to be one of the best Service station's we've ever stopped at, Spotless, clean and so much space, and a nice selection of eatery's to choose from and m&s and whSmith's. It also has a very good kids play area indoors and out...

We stopped here today out of necessity and stayed a little longer than originally planned. The well laid out services are light and airy and the franchises offered have a good range of goods and services.

Why can’t all motorway services be like this. This was spotless well laid out dog and child friendly motorway services with everything you needed. The dog walk area with picnic benches was a great hit with everyone whilst having lunch from the plentiful options inside....

This is the best Motorway services I've ever stopped st, it's even better than Gloucester. Spotlessly clean and modern, excellent design, great range of outlets including Pret and M&S. Stop here every time I pass by now.
