Used the air pump that then deflated my tyre. Reported it staff and they said that there is a known fault but it's not their responsibility. Called Air-Serv and they blamed Moto. I am now stranded with a deflated tyre and no Fs given by Moto. Avoid

Very good service station, with lots of parking space. Toilets were clean and was the concourse. Greggs was relatively good at the service station

Well I'm a Truck driver who spends eye watering amounts on fuel there. I was in the South bound garage and was told the pumps are down. Ok things happen. I made a 6 second video to show the day driver I tried to fuel ,anyway the lady behind the counter told me not to film her. I said I haven't then she starts going on about its illegal. Then said lady asked me to leave she wants to lock up. Omg so rude I hadn't finished in the shop I'm 58 years old been going there since I was a child. The standards there are awful no manners at all be giving Hilton Park a pass from now on. Welldone

not a good place to pop in if you need the loo quick as it’s up the stairs in the back of the area, having said that it was clean and tidy up there

Has a prayer room on Southbound section junction 10a. This can be accessed from Northbound section by crossing the bridge. The prayer room is located just after the WHSmith, to the left, before you climb the stairs for the bridge. The prayer room has wudhu facilities too. There was a ceiling leak in the prayer room, with a bucket catching the drip drip leak, which needs urgent fixing.

Smells funny, grubby and the advertised times aren't right.

One plus shower, for £3 with surcharge you will only buy chocolate and at Burger King you won’t buy food like on other Motos

It's a motorway services you know what to expect, toilets are clean, parking was good and lots of choices for food and drink.

You will find everything you'd expect from motorway services. I was impressed by the number of ev charging posts provided. But the place looks old and shabby, although holding on to a good level of maintenance and cleaning.

Toilets not well serviced, automatic water taps either not working or very hot.

This really is horrible. Stained furniture. Dim lighting. Cold. The only consolation was Greggs and a steak bake. There are far better services on the M6 so this is the last resort for the desperate.

We popped in for a cuppa and a break, nice and clean, staff are friendly. A welcome break from the traffic.

One of the shabbiest service stations in the UK. A bridge over the motorway connecting shops with toilets upstairs. Stopped one evening and it was empty. Think most travellers must avoid this place. Not god. 🙁

Kyle who served us at KFC was polite & patient, going above and beyond with a large order. Really pleased with his overall service 😊 likewise Devon & Jade working at Costa were so polite & helpful. Really appreciated their kind and generous service. Absolutely brilliant. Amazing staff.

Burger king they started all of them not have sauces but they have with extra changes is really annoying 😒

Ok service place, clean and plenty of options

Car park full of pot holes and cracked tarmac. Litter everywhere. Unpleasant facilities. Cracked tiles, dirty walls, ceilings and floors, etc. Lighting excessively bright but place feels dingy. Toilets old and don't feel well maintained - new driers and sensor flushes & taps but no sign warning of extremely hot water and half the taps and soap dispensers not working. Locks on toilet doors broken, toilet roll missing out dispensers broken. Toilets are also miles away from car park and upstairs. No toilet in either baby change so still need to take baby in the grotty toilets with you if you're a lone parent. No lock on baby change doors and upstairs baby change is directly accessible to a staff only room. Accessible ground floor toilets accessed by radar key only. Couldn't find any refillable water bottle taps.

Female shower drain is blocked. Pointless wearing sliders to protect your feet from any nasty stuff. Water runs out to the changing area which made it nearly impossible to get dry and dressed

Bloody awful! Dirty, impersonal, smelly & expensive. An arrogant ‘capture market’ by the owners I suspect!!

Broke down and was towed there today, was met by some of the kindest people. They really took pity on a single mum with three kids. Special thank you too the lovely women from Greggs, Costa and WH Smith for feeding us and making sure my phone didn’t die. You all made such a rubbish situation, so much better for my family. I am very grateful.

Not one of the best services on the motorway, seems old and run down

The only downside to this service station is the ladies toilets. Dirty and no soap was available in any of the dispensers. Good selection of shops to get food and drink.

Good point to stop at lots of charges

Very limited choice of food. The dining chairs were stained and the floors were marked. The whole building was drab and needed a deep clean and refurb. Wish we'd not stopped here!

Went to the multi-faith room to pray to the one, true, living God, and put a Good News Bible in the cabinet for fellow Christian travellers to use. Also, I went over the bridge to the North bound services, which offers similar facilities to the South bound services. See review of the North bound services, for the South bound services review. Respect to the other faiths using this room 🙏 UPDATES: May 2023: 2 Bibles still there. July 2023: 1 Bible is missing - I pray it has been taken by one searching for the only God and the only source of Hope, Love, Righteousness, Truth and Wisdom. November 2023: 1 Bible added to the cabinet on the left (and there is 1 Bible in the cabinet on the right). January 2024: 1 New Testament Bible added to cabinet on left. 2 Bibles in cabinet on right. Therefore, there are now 3 Bibles in this multi-faith room. May 2024: 2 Bibles in the right cabinet. None in the wrong cabinet. July 2024: Bibles now in the left cabinet but on the bottom shelf. In the name of Jesus Christ - the Son of the only God that exists, who overcame death so we can have the certain hope of eternal life through Him. Has motorcycle parking so 5 stars.

It's a run-down service station, and the facilities are a little off-putting (grubby).

It is disgusting and ridiculous at the same time that in the 21st century year 2024 the soap for washing hands in the toilet service was mixed with water!!!

Odd layout, toilets upstairs. M&S is up 2 flights of stairs, across the bridge, then down 2 flights of stairs.

For a first visit to this service station, found it clean, easy to navigate and a variable range of food options.

The men's toilet stalls are lined with stainless steel and are disgustingly stained and dirty. They are long overdue a deep clean.

Visited today but couldn't stay as the smell was awful. Couldn't put our finger on what it was but there was no way we could stay for food. Hand to hold my sleeve over my nose most the time. Feel sorry for the staff having to work with that smell. Honestly awful. Stop somewhere else if you have a choice.

Place needs knocking down and rebuilding. No investment for a long time. HGV parking area has massive potholes. Place is very dirty on outside and inside about ok. Government gave millions away to be invested in better truck driver facilities but none made its way here.

Staff have been amazing, Lady from costa replenished the dog water bowl for us, Burger King were super friendly and very helpful and WHSmith staff were also very helpful and friendly. Id happily recommend this service station to anyone using the m6. Sun 19th May 24 16:00

It needs a facelift. Lifts are out of order so people with mobility difficulties have to struggle up stairs. Old and worn out - me too

What the hell js that smell! All the money you take on a daily basis and you can’t even do the basics like keep the place clean. You walk through the front doors and the smell just hits you how on earth people are sitting and eating inside this grubby place is beyond anyone’s guess! **Moto please don’t leave a stupid generic response as you always do just do nothing like you do with your service buildings**

Very rundown, seen better days, but as I was only standing on the car park waiting for my taxi it was alright.

Parked here on a Sunday night so no problem getting a parking space. Good choice of food drinks ect. Showers and toilets clean. Nice coffee from Costa.

Pretty dire services. You are struck with a dirty drainage smell on entering the building which is so tired and worn out. The stairs to the loos are knackered as are the loos sadly.

Quite a rundown motorway services. Needs a lot of improvement and updating. Facilities dirty and in disrepair. Feels old, dated and in need of attention.

Hi there we were on a coach journey to Torquay and a stop was required for the passengers and the driver. Having travelled the M6 many times I found the premises were looking very tired and could certainly do with a good spruce up. Actually I was quite disappointed. Also on looking around I could see a good number of passengers had the same opinion.
