Mother Nature in Cardiff

Atmosphere is wonderful and very peaceful, food is passable. Staff are quiet and helpful. Ordering process is uniquely hands off. I had some nice banana pancakes for a late breakfast; however my review is necessarily poor because after my last visit ended I was violently ill when I got home for roughly 20 minutes, and then voided my bowels for another 10. As such I can’t recommend you eat here.

Staff are so lovely and attentive, food is incredible and service was brilliant! Even if you aren’t vegan, I highly recommend visiting! Can’t wait to go back after lockdown

Delicioso almuerzo de domingo hoy, de hecho, uno de los mejores que he tenido. Mucha salsa, verduras y una porción generosa, super abundante. Tenía un jugo de acompañamiento que era igualmente delicioso. Y agradable sentarse y relajarse afuera en los Arcades mientras lo disfrutaba. ¿Lo recomendaría altamente?

drooooooooooool. la comida aquí es increíble. punto final. pequeño y acogedor espacio para comer en la planta baja, deliciosos pasteles recién hechos y excelentes cafés. también estaban muy limpios y mantenían a todos a salvo durante los tiempos de covid.

Llegué a almorzar hace un tiempo para comer algo rápido. ¿El propietario kai? fue super amable y la comida fue increíble! Definitivamente volveremos.

Can't fault this place whatsoever. Food was amazing. Service was brilliant. Restaurant continuously cleaned and sanitised. I had the Cashew Carbonara, and it tastes just like I remember it used to be - but better! There is something for everyone here, and the Vg Philly Cheesesteak is the next thing on my list to try! Please, please go visit. Support incredible local businesses like Mother Nature during these difficult times. If you're in the city centre, you won't regret visiting.

Went with a friend for lunch but have visited before, the staff are so lovely and helpful and the food is a dream! 100% recommend, even my non vegan family loved it !

We had a large family meal at this new addition to Cardiff's vegan set. And what an outstanding restaurant/cafe it is! The burgers were to die for, Philly Cheesesteaks amazing (and I've had the real thing in Philadelphia) Cashewnut Carbonara wonderful and the nachos were the best I've had anywhere! A special mention for the vegan cheese, it was delicious, you wouldn't no the difference. The young staff team are delightful led by Kai & his Specialist Vegan Chef and you can tell, it was finger licking good. Charming location in St David's Arcade just 2 doors down from a vintage clothes shop providing a urban hip vibe to the Arcade. Seats outside, upstairs and a cosy space downstairs for bigger groups. I wish this young venture well I've eaten vegan food around the globe & this was utterly charming & delicious. Check it out, you would be foolish not to.

My partner and I recently visited as a treat for her birthday, however, we won't be waiting for a special occasion to go back. I had their home made "philly cheesesteak", which was delicious. I was blown away by how cheesey it tasted considering it is vegan. My partner had the big poppa burger which evidently was amazing, as I didn't get a chance to taste it before it was gone. We also got a side of the salt n peppa fries, which were absolutely incredible. As any vegan will tell you "nooch" is a flavour godsend, and they utilised it perfectly for taking the fries up a notch. Can't wait to go back soon.
