Mother Hubbards - Finning Park in Glasgow City

El lugar era encantador y acogedor, con personal muy atento, tenía mucha hambre, así que llenó para el eglefino xxxl y patatas fritas y no decepcionó, vaya, qué bien cocinado y sabroso pedazo de eglefino y las patatas fritas eran increíbles, si te gusta su pescado y patatas fritas llegar a ti mismo a Mother Hubbards.

Familia de 4 personas visitando Glasgow durante 1 tiempo en la calle, apareció en Mother Hubbards antes de visitar el cine, precioso pescado con patatas fritas, tenía tamaño estándar y era más de lo que podíamos manejar. A los niños les encantó la comida de nuggets. En general, una buena experiencia, el personal era servicial.

Pérdida de tiempo y dinero, el pescado sabía podrido, lo devolvió y nunca recibió ningún reembolso ni nada. El servicio estaba podrido como el pescado.

Bueno lo primero grande es el eglefino, en el menú interior y en línea dice PESCADO (BATEADO) PANKO PANQUEQUEQUE PECES SUPER JUMBO (XXXL) Dije que dices que es eglefino, pero los menús no y simplemente me miran y dicen que es eglefino. Así que ni idea de lo que hay haciendo con el menú. El pescado es muy grande y de buena calidad, pero la masa es muy seca y carece de sabor. El personal realmente no habla con usted aparte de efectivo o tarjeta. Realmente abrumado como patatas fritas y salsa de curry

Went in tonight place was empty while I ordered food my partner sat down and was instantly told rather rudely that he could not sit there as it was a family table ( had I mentioned the place was empty ) I asked why we couldn’t sit there was told it was family’s only again place was empty I asked when there is no one in the restaurant did it matter where we sat as we were paying customers ?? Luckily I hadn’t ordered so we left this left a very bad taste in my mouth the rudeness and the stupidness of this place and its staff so much for a warm Yorkshire welcome will not be back will not recommend to anyone shame as being from Yorkshire I remember what a lovely place motherhubbards used to be but obviously the family that own it now have no respect for it heritage there now all about the money terrible service terrible staff absolutely no customer care what so ever

Got delivery of two large fish and two portions of fritters. Fish were enormous -at least foot long and absolutely delicious. Fritters a bit thin, over cooked and greasy. Might order fish again with chips as I'm curious how big Jumbo size fish is.

Great food; love the gravy and peas and traditional chips. The batter on the fish is crunchy!! Will visit again soon in shaaALLAH

We popped in here for the first time and we weren't disappointed, although ordering was a little bit confusing, as the menu on the self service machines was different to the table menu and we waited for what felt like forever and it wasnt even busy, the food was delicious and well worth waiting for, everything was cooked fresh to order and tastied delicious. The portions were a great size too, we will definitely be returning soon!

So crispy and not greasy. Defo worth the money! Peas and curry yum too. Sitting in was nice as the decor was fab and plenty of seating. Place was clean.

Terrible food and expensive. The fish was definitely not fresh as it was so dry. The chips were disgusting it was a complete waste of money.

Mono sodium glutamate beware! Food was great, fresh cooked, ate in. Restaurant clean and pleasant handy for our hotel. But mono sodium glutamate was somewhere in the food. Suspect in the gravy, curry or maybe mushy peas. Had a shocking nice feeling quite ill from the effects. Didn’t it on the menu would have avoided it if I had.

Brilliant fish n chips,staff friendly. Great portion sizes ,great value for money. Toilets were spotless as was restaurant. Quick service . Cant fault this place will be back.

My first time and I was not disappointed. Staff made me aware of the offers and saved me cash on my order. Staff were lovely and welcoming even when it was busy. Clean and tidy seating areas. Recommend for family, couples, business and solo customers. Offers Halal options too!
