Chicken in burger really small and thin. Very expensive compared to other chicken burgers available. No drink with meal just fries. Tasty though

There was a guy with blonde dreadlocks serving us who was extremely rude and impatient. Took a few minutes to find my card in my handbag, whilst doing so he kissed his teeth at me and told me to hurry up. Food was nice but very disappointing customer service!!!

I was in London for the day and needed somewhere to eat in Islington. A friend recommended Mother Clucker and I thought why not, I'd seen their food trucks before but just never given it a go. First off, the place is immaculate, its so clean and its nice to walk into a place where the people take pride in how it looks. There are order touch screens where you can put through your order or just go to the counter and order. We got some chicken strips/tenders, two hot chicken burgers (Cluckin' Hot I think) and some cajun fries. Was about a 20 minute wait and we collected our order. The chicken...is the juiciest fried chicken I'd ever had. It was unreal, I just couldn't believe how good it was. It was a messy burger and given I needed to stay clean, that was a little annoying and yet at the same time, I loved how messy it was, just a good munch. I would say, I don't know if i missed it but the hot sauce could be slightly hotter, I am from a background where the food is more spicy but this lacked a little. The tenders again were super juicy and yet they weren't soggy, they were crispy and smelt delicious. I will say on this, I don't know if the batter is made every day but it felt like these needed a little more salt. Again person taste buds, not knocking the quality at all, unreal on that side. Cajun fries were ok, standard fries, feel like if the fries were better this would've made things a 10/10. But....the focus in this place is the chicken and the chicken is the hero, its so good, I can't stop saying it. Other things to note, I made a mistake with my order and the staff were kind enough to give me a drink on the house, its a small thing but it makes a world of difference, the vibe in there is great. The theme is on point, everything is great and considering the food trucks is where it started and now to see a permanent shop open, I'm so happy for the owners and staff, hopefully they have success for a long time. I'll definitely be back. :)

I’ve come here before and enjoyed my coffees, so thought I’d bring a friend to try it out. For some reason the servers kept swapping around, allowing lots of other people to jump the queue… we ended up leaving.. shame

Ordered for delivery a best of both worlds meal deal and a pastrami steak box. Turned up stond cold and the pastrami in the combo was miniscule compared with the other. Considering it cost 24 pounds for a single burger chips and a tiny little piece of pastrami I feel ripped off and disappointed. Wont be returning.

I went for lunch to Kitchin today and I must say its been a while since I had such awful poorly cooked food. Unless they change their chefs, I don't think its going to get any better. Every food I tried was sub standard and I tried all 3 cuisines they had. I hope I don't get food poisoned.

Gorgeous vegan food! One of my favourite restaurants, would definitely go back again!

Completely dead despite it being a busy night out. Menu prices are only visible if you hold the page at a certain angle that catches the light - maybe that's why it was an £80+ meal for one?? Food completely underwhelming- starter calamari (three rings) rubbery and a dip that was way too glutinous....for nine quid!! Main course steak served on a cold plate - tasteless and uninspiring. Blue cheese sauce like nothing blue cheese related that I've seen before...I think it's out of an Aldi squeezy bottle of 'blue cheese sauce'. Also really glutinous and unappetising. Wine was mediocre, cocktail was meh, service good but felt like they wanted me out asap. No surprise it was so devoid of customers.
