Coffee good and young lady serving very friendly and polite. Staff in the back preparing food with no gloves and getting orders missed or wrong but blaming others for their shortcomings

Lovely coffee shop. Good menu too. Quite busy it seems. One poor point is how staff seem to be treated. One young lady seemed to bear the brunt of this from other members of staff I felt so sorry for her. Should be teamwork not hard work! (Worked in hospitality 20+ years) She was doing a fabulous job with limited help.

Such a great place. The home cooked food is incredible, especially the soup. The staff are wonderful, friendly and courteous. Top marks!

We are regular visitors to this place, I can honestly say I rarely have a coffee that is hot but today it was barely tepid and the whole group commented the same!!! The radiators were stone cold and the room was very cold. There was no hot water to wash your hand after visiting the toilet. Terrible state of affairs. We did complain to a member of staff who said oh I’ll turn it up. Turn it on might help!!

Great Coffee, food and excellent service. Welcoming friendly service and good atmosphere with some really good home made cakes of generous portions. Really good coffee and a good place to catch up with friends in comfortable surroundings.

Absolutely spot on with the breakfast. Spot on service and lovely staff! Would recommend. Nothing was a problem. Everywhere clean and nothings too much trouble!!!

Nipped in to get some breakfast with my family. We waited about 5 minutes for our breakfast to come, breakfast arrived then few minutes later the toast came which we were already eating, toast was cold my daughter waited 10 minutes after our breakfast had arrived so she sat at the table with no food. She started eating and found a hair in her breakfast which was not nice I gave my daughter half of my breakfast. Nobody asked if everything was ok and I not a person to complain 🤷 I did ask where was my daughters breakfast!! I will not return to eat here again.

I have enjoyed my experiences of Moshi over the years but my last visit was disappointing and spoilt by a curt, abrassive speaking waitress. The ciabata tuna melt was OK although a small side salad would have made it appear as though the business cared about it's customers experience. Everything seemed a bit slap dash and quite honestly depressing with a very slow service. It was however clean and tidy and the cakes looked delicious. Unfortunately I wouldn't go again due to the service.

Literally nowhere in cheadle can cook a English breakfast with a perfect egg , it was delicious, I never finish a meal as I’m not a big eater but this was polished off… yum yum

Staff were polite but poor service half hour wait for one toasted sandwich .Yes I had tea and cake but did not want cake before sandwich When I asked if I had been forgotten the look said it all and i still had to wait ! Sadly won't return 😥 May be it was just a bad day for staff they were not overally busy.

Visited here with a friend for a chat and a catch up. Not been in for a very very long time but these owners have put this lovely little cafe back up there. Pleasant surroundings and sumptuous cakes. Lovely staffs. Thank you.

Bacon, brie and cranberry panini was to die for. Delicious. We've eaten and sat drinking lattes here a few times and will be back to this this nice clean little place on Cheadle high street.

We were visiting Cheadle for the first time. Had never experienced the local oatcakes - absolutely delicious. Excellent selection of cakes. V good coffee and the lovely man who served us wrote some ideas for places for us to go on a post-it, without even being asked - service above and beyond!!

Called in while passing though the town with my wife a couple of weeks ago after recommendation from a friend who visits regular. It was even better than I expected. Great choice, fantastic service and beautiful food. Friendly and helpful staff. Don’t live locally (opposite end of stoke) but will definitely be making the trip to cheadle just to visit this place again! Highly recommended!

Moshi can give the large coffee shop chains a run for their money. They serve a lovely cup of coffee and a very large portion of their cakes are homemade. The soups are superb and again these are made by the owner. The sandwiches both hot and cold are all done fresh, not sitting in a chiller. Moshi now offers a card machine so cash isn’t necessary. If you’re visiting Cheadle or just passing through on your way to Alton Towers why not call in. They are open early, 8.00 I think. The breakfasts are good too.

Moshi is a lovely little cafe in the heart of Cheadle, Staffordshire. The staff are very friendly and it has a very relaxed atmosphere. Plus, they make delicious coffee, and have a range of sweet snacks, cakes and sandwiches, as well as hot, fresh food upon order. The homemade soup is particularly delicious.

I came here on Friday and I observed that it's a quiet cafe. The decor is fine, but I think they could do with multicoloured plates, cups and bowls.

Tried a monster shake today. We weren't disappointed. Lovely to see kiddies versions available. Lovely, clean place to relax and enjoy our drinks. Homemade cakes looked yummy and will hopefully try one next time.

Always pop in here for a cappuccino, which comes with a free tea cake before 10 am. Two drinks and two teacakes for a fiver while watching the world whiz by outside, who can beat it? Okay, this is Cheadle, maybe whiz is not the right word....

Nice independent small business in the high street. Great for a quick coffee and they have a good quick cafe style menu.

We (the wife & I) had good coffee with a fair selection of cakes within a clean environment and with efficient service handily in the middle of town.

Superb place to meet friends for a good coffee. The new mash ups are a must. The staff are great. The owner has a wonderful sense of humour. All sandwiches are done fresh to order or no more soggy bread. The ginger cake is beautiful and is gluten free!

If I go up town early enough I will sometimes nip in for an Americano Coffee and a breakfast, saves messing about at home especially if I've things to do! Decent food and nice to sit and watch the world go buy.

I always try to support the small local businesses so with two kids in tow we found ourselves in Moshi, Cheadle after a quick shop.

Can't comment on food as we didn't eat here, but good selection of coffees and other hot beverages at reasonable prices. TIP: Bring cash as cards not accepted

Regular meeting place for our friendship group. The staff are friendly and helpful and tge drinks menu is extensive. Homemade cakes and fresh food are readily available and the Black Forest hot chocolate comes highly recommended. Love this place!

My wife and I popped in here because we had half an hour to waste and, also, that's all the parking restrictions would let us stay on the high street for.

Modern Starbucks/Costa style coffee house. Good food if limited range. Slightly pricey but comfy, friendly and always guaranteed to meet people you know!
