Afternoon tea menu which is available online needs updating as it is currently out of date and different to the one which was offered when I went.

I had the club sandwich here for a late afternoon snack. It was delicious. I was also very impressed by the professional service provided by Gitika. She was prompt and explained the breakfast menu also when I was enquired. Ideal place if you are looking to get away from the noise of the City. I will be back.

I went for the afternoon tea aptly titled “Christmas in the woods” and one word for it would be stunning. The selection of finger sandwiches was delightful but what stood out was the thoughtfully curated cakes. They all looked amazing and tasted delicious. Specially the chocolate brownie pine cone and the little chocolate fox which was too cute to eat. The selection of teas was outstanding(I went for a coffee first) and the scones were hot and fluffy. Honestly can’t fault anything as the service was great. The hotel was very beautifully decorated, much better than many other London decorations. I would highly recommend.

We went to the festive afternoon tea and it was absolutely amazing! From staff hospitality to food service and taste the whole experience was great! We will definitely be back.

The service at the hotel and restaurant was amazing. We had the afternoon tea for two adults and two children. Was a lovely treat just before Christmas.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this restaurant enjoying the festive afternoon tea! All the food served was amazing particularly loved the finger sandwiches and the pastries (they were so cute and festive). Atmosphere is lovely. Definitely a great place to have a catch up with friends or family and service was amazing. Definitely would recommend and can’t wait to come back.

What's the best experience to do in London? An afternoon tea, of course. I went to the Westin London city hotel and I absolutely loved the Christmas in the woods afternoon tea. Special mention to the citrus and dill mayonnaise infused cornish crab on a mini bun and the scones freshly baked. The hotel was son nice with the christmas decorations. The tea was delicious as well and the staff were so attentive and helpful.

Came after the spa, great food. I had burgers and fries and tea. Service was great and a little pricey but as being in a hotel high price was expected.

I had a great experience at Mosaic’s Christmas in the Woods Afternoon Tea at The Westin London City. The festive decorations were stunning, creating a cozy winter wonderland atmosphere. The finger sandwiches and pastries were absolutely delicious.The service was excellent, and everything felt so thoughtful and festive. A perfect holiday treat – highly recommend!

I went for the Christmas in the wood afternoon tea experience and it was absolutely fantastic! The general manager Bruno was amazing ! Very attentive, helpful and friendly just as well as the staff. I will surely be visiting again !

Enjoyed a lovely meal here after a fantastic spa day. My friend had the traditional and I had the vegan afternoon tea. Both were fabulous. The lemon curd for the scones was perfection. Was as happy with my vegan options as she was, in fact I liked mine better! The sandwiches were all flavoured really well and the service was great. The ambiance is a lil clinical but would definitely come back again.

Really enjoyed the half-meal options in their Eat Well menu. Perfect for a pre- or post- workout meal. The set menu that they offer for dinner is great value, as it comes with house wine and soft drinks and considering the location of the restaurant. Only gripe is the unusually expensive coffee (£6++)!

A little sterile but the food was good and they do half healthy portions which is a great idea

Let me preface this by saying we are Americans and maybe have a little different expectations for a high end restaurant that is this expensive. The food was absolutely bland and not to mention the portions were unbelievably tiny. Keeping in mind we have larger portions in the US this was just mockery of our dinner. I won't comment on the rest of my family's meal but my Rack of Lamb was not only not a rack but as you will see in the picture but it was about 60% fat. All in all overpriced and I would never eat here again.

On the fourth floor of the Westin Hotel, the food is good and the service is also very good. At the end of the menu, there are half-portion meals for guests who don’t want too big a portion. There are two prices for afternoon tea, 45 and 50. The 50 price comes with a glass of wine. Plus 12.5% ​​service charge. You don’t need to tip extra, of course you can tip more if you want.

The food is absolutely deliciously !! Price is so reasonable !!

Disappointing afternoon tea. Staff had no knowledge of what they were serving us. Food was just left on the table without explaining what is what

Terrible service and food. Soup was bland. Sandwich came with a salad that had a lump of mud in it. Nobody asked how my meal was. When I complained they took it away, and still wanted to charge full price. Ridiculous!

A nice little restaurant. Service staff were polite and really tried hard to provide the right level of service but unfortunately fell short of what you'd expect from an establishemnt like this. Food, however, was very good. Both the Christmas menu and the normal menu meals were well proportioned and generally good value, based on London prices.

I’d definetely recommend this restaurant. The service was amazing. Nikola took good care of us and he deserves over 5 stars. The food was also delicious and not even expensive.

£45 pax for afternoon tea (without bubbles) and no complimentary refills on any of the food. Most decent hotels do refills, especially if they are 5-star. Not surprised as Westin’s parent company, Marriott, is American - they will “nickel and dime” you. Hope this strategy is reconsidered.

Solid restaurant inside the Westin. I had 2 brealfasts, a lunch and 2 dinners there during my stay this week. Service from the staff is friendly and efficient. Two of the meals, the food came out excruciatingly slow and one meal my steak was way undercooked. The breakfast buffet is plentiful was a good selection. I enjoyed the food and experience.
