This is the bee knees i have walked passed this bar and in summer is full to the brim it quieter in the down season

Friday night was banging out of season can be a little quiet but we like this pluse it was my birthday on the 1st November so we came in 30th checked out on 4th

called in one Saturday afternoon , weather was very sunny and warm and all outside seats taken so sat inside at first, staff very busy and never stopped serving while we were there big screen tv plus quite a few other tv,s were showing the rugby, also bingo we got a seat outside after our first drink and a singer was on also good family pub , staff very hard working

Waited an hour and a half for this most basic food. Asked how long the food would be after 40 mins, asked to speak to a manager after an hour and a half. No one came to speak to me. Would have been nice as a courtesy to speak to a manager. Clearly no one was managing the food service as it was so slow. Poorly run. Didn't even bother asking for a refund as the people that paid had left already. The poor girl who was running the food was so confused their were 2 condiment baskets she wouldn't bring the food out. It was explained numerous times that the person who took the table number from the other basket left that basket as there were so many of us (7). She couldn't understand. Resulted in an even longer wait as it took her so long to understand why there were 2 baskets and 1 number. In hindsight, should have put the other basket on the chair so as not to further confuse her. I'm mostly irritated because 2 of the people eating, it was their birthdays and we were stuck waiting on food. Really go somewhere else, there's so many places to eat. Don't waste your holiday time here.

Always had good food here for years however this summer ordered 2 tuna mayo sandwiches and tuna must of had a gallon of mayo mixed in it so it dripped off the butty, extra mayo or marg slathered on the already soggy bread,(sandwich tasted more of mayo than tuna) salad was dried up and inedible, a splodge of carrotless coleslaw was on the side following the theme of a gallon of mayo mixed in. Had to use knife and fork as it was so sloppy, felt like a liquid lunch, never again. Tomato sauce for kids meals was all over the bottles, had to clean them before use. The new design bar was great although very slow bar service by pleasant staff. Great bar but let down by food, will eat elsewhere in future trips.

Great family friendly pub in a good location. The decor is amazing especially since the refurbishment. The outdoor entertainment was spot on and you can play bingo outside too. The only downside is the service at the bar was really slow. It was really busy though as the football was on. A couple of people walked out as they’d been waiting so long. Other than that, a great place and definitely worth a visit.

Staff where lovely, cat kn the bar was really helpful! Downside we waited a whole for our food, it came cold, at that point most of us where that hungry we ate it. Disgusting the customer shouting at the staff though, no need. Was bank holiday weekend.

Called yesterday for a couple of pints to check out the revamp lovely they've done a smashing job highly recommend to all.

What a lovely friendly place! Furnished to a hight standard. Very well organised. Our party of 10 popped in yesterday fir lunch and drinks. We were seated at stunning booth with a fab table. I want one for my house! Food presented well and decent prices too. I would definitely return here.

Don't get how anyone can give this place a bad review. It by far best pub in towyn it's ace for couples/families tbh anyone off any age, yes they do food from a cafe on same site. My children have had it and never complained so if they happy I am. If you are ever in the area try it u won't regret it⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me

The Morton arms is a good family pub has all the football on is children friendly there is cabaret and karaoke in the evening and even bingo every night. Food is served all day from breakfast to late in the evening. Prices are average for Towyn and the staff are friendly and efficient and work hard. I go here every year while on holiday would recommend a visit.

We went for Sunday dinner. I wouldn't recommend it. It was disgusting the meat was terrible chewy and fatty the veg looked like it had been warmed up for a week. Never go again

Service terrible, we waited ages to order. When our adult meals arrived we were told that the waitress had given our children's meals to another table by mistake. We then had to wait whilst the children were hungry and had to watch us eating ours....
