Morrisons Tewkesbury Cafe in Tewkesbury

Partly my fault for not reading the menu but I asked for a breakfast and opted for the ultimate because I wanted everything. What arrived was very poor, a pot of luke warm beans, 2 pieces of dry and cold fried bread, 2 small pieces of bacon, 3 very cheap tasting sausages, 2 dry cold slices of black pudding, a small pile of old mushrooms (could tell they were obviously old before cooking) 2 fried eggs (which were actually ok). I wasn't offered toast or bread and butter. The sausages were awful, I ate what I could because I was hungry but left feeling disappointed. Definitely would not recommend eating here and I definitely won't be returning for food. Which is a shame because I live locally and Morrisons Cafe used to serve an excellent breakfast but it's definitely taken a nose dive

Standard Morrison cafe with plenty of natural light so a nice atmosphere... food is made to a good standard and staff are friendly... fully recommend

The food seemed to have been around for ages & the mushrooms somehow tasted bitter. I've had breakfasts at other Morrison's (though admittedly not recently) and they were much better quality.

The food here is always of a high quality I had a vegetarian breakfast and it was delicious

Cafe was spot on. However, visited the toilets, and they just need a really good clean and a bit of TLC. Broken door..sinks front covers falling off and very smelly. To the Morrisons senior management. Please visit these facilities more often l, all that I have mentioned are easy fixes

Don't come to Morrisons café often, but each time I have, the staff have been exceptional: always professional, smiling, friendly and helpful. Thank you for brightening my day.

First of all, the staff are very friendly. Too many tables not cleaned well enough. Chips on my meal were cold. Baked beans looked like they had been kept warm for hours. Not recommended.

Having already checked out of my hotel in Tewkesbury, this seemed the ideal place for a decent breakfast. The staff were friendly, with the cafe not too busy to serve with a warm smile. My breakfast hit the spot, so there are complaints from me. As I was rather busy for the remainder of the day, this breakfast served its purpose until I had the time for a bite to eat that afternoon.

The coffee machine is now completely out of order and has had limited options available for some weeks. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. They provide a great customer service The cafe would benefit from heating in cooler weather

Lovely breakfast, very hot, cooked perfectly and the toast was lovely and thick. Service was great and great value. The cafe itself was very cold though and I do find the chairs uncomfortable

Coffee was from a machine & tasted terrible, food is mostly pre-made and not great. Tables & windows not clean.

Nice, tasty. Great chunky chips, and mushy peas accompanying a good sized portion of fish for the mini fish and chips. Went another time for fried eggs on toast. Simple but delicious. Great value.

Stopped with my Son as a treat and must say it was lovely and he is a hard 12 year old to please! Food was lovely hot and fresh service was also very good

Cracking value for money with the current half price Full Breakfast. Service is a little slow, but that's what you get when its an absolute cracking deal because its so busy! Well done Morrisons!

We didnt wait long and the food was very good.

Very nice food, staff are very nice but seem under pressure as workload was pretty heavy.

My wife and I regularly shop at Morrison's and eat at the cafe. The staff are always cheerful and helpful and the good is excellent value for money, well cooked and well presented on the plate. Service is also quite fast and you don't have to wait around kind to receive your meal.

Not a nice experience. Staff crashing around and banging plates, food was awful and annoying table selecting system. When you order you need to pick a table, so people at the till have to walk around and find a table number which was creating a long line at the till. The staff seem like they're in a competition as to who can make the loudest noise, hurling trays and clearing tables by banging plates together. As you would expect, the food was terrible. Microwave eggs and rank tea. Called in out of necessity, next time will just wait in the car!

The ultimate breakfast is very good but I'm a stickler for detail and the windows are dirty inside and the cob webs are quite gross and haven't been cleaned in a while.come on Mr morrison get those cleaners to clean properly,especially whilst serving food.

Friendly staff. Good choice on menu. Served quickly and pipping hot. Value for money. Tables set out well with screens. Tables wiped after every person. Only bad point is the screens need cleaning they have food and drink splashed on them.

Fish and chips chips cold fish cooked but batter over done mushy peas almost like sand Felt it was re heated have had alot better before

Absolutely disgraceful Customer service at counter in cafe!!! Three girls behind counter just did not have any interest in paying customers.....wearing nail varnish around food ! Hair messy ! Terrible food ... will not be returning 😩

A friendly supermarket cafe with a varied menu. The staff are very helpful and kind. The food is very sensibly priced, with seasonal changes. All food is cooked to order so it arrives hot and very tasty. Excellent value for money.

Does a good breakfast, but don't get their too early as the bacon can be a little over done. (Reheats?) The staff are pleasant and courteous

Had a great cooked breakfast in there staff were friendly etc etc. Only down side was waiting 20mins for my breakfast as they looked to be short staffed. £6 for coffee and breakfast with easy access and parking bargin
