Don't waste your money here, only thing worth buying is a bottle of water. Absolutely terrible café

I haven’t eaten in Morrisons for a little while and it’s changed! And not for the better! order on a screen, get your own drink, if you can find a clean cup, wipe your own table and almost no staff, though the guy who brought the food over was very polite, as for the food, it was just edible, think of the bare minimum food standards and its bang on there. It was meh at best but thanks anyway :-)

Worst experience ever! Cutlery were damn smelly! Literally feel like to vomit while trying to have food Everything comes in small portions. Very bad food and not neat

Reasonable selection of food..it was served fairly quickly.. but most if it cold.. and also a very miserable old guy serving with his thumbs on your plate..had to wipe the edges before eating..wouldn't go back.

i didnt receive all my items i paid extra for and got scrambled egg and not a fried egg which again was stipulated. packaging used needs to be rethought as everything was all mushed together. taste was okay. not sure id get delivery again which is a shame as jn store it tastes great.

I ordered black pudding but it was not included with my order. but I have still been charged for it.

That was unfortunately the worst breakfast I’ve ever ordered. The toast was soggy and stone cold, we were missing 2 portions of avocado, we were also missing 3 sausages from the ultimate breakfast, the bacon was grey and disgusting, we ate a few mouthfuls and gave the rest to the dogs. First time ordering from this cafe and definitely wouldn’t order again.

yet again the delivery driver goes to the wrong place 5 times lately used just eat only 1 delivered

food was stone cold, needed microwaving.

Baby portion. I only had half slice of bacon in my box and the food was ice cold too. Definitely won’t order again considering how small the portion is for the price.

Never again I’m not one to leave reviews I ordered the ultimate breakfast and I received two sausages one toast mushroom that wasn’t even cooked and mushy peas !! Mushy peas on a breakfast not what I ordered at all no hash browns no bacon nothing no egg after clearly stated I ordered ultimate breakfast and selected scrambled egg !!

Couldn’t rate the food since it was so difficult to order and gave up. It’s all self service in that you have to input what you want by choosing from a screen. Lots of options, not easy to navigate it. All the coffee and tea comes out of machines and the only humans that appear bring out the cooked food. It was fairly early on a Friday afternoon and they’d also stopped doing hot food. It made me wonder if what they save in not employing people is lost when potential customers just walk away from the cafe?

Driver marked order as delivered 20 minutes before it arrived. Food was cold.

I would give no stars but that's not an option. I never recieved my order although it says delivered. Can get a refund and when called the restaurant they were very rude. Just eat are no help what so ever.

I just needed a quick breakfast. Didn’t expect much. I ordered a full breakfast with poached eggs. After 10 minutes a gentleman came out and informed me “we’ve run out of poached eggs but can make you fried eggs instead if you like”. Not really sure how you can run out of poached eggs yet can fry one. Standard food but good for the price.

The fries from the nuggets and fries was missing not happy want a refund for the item

Beautiful food I recommend sausage & omelette bagel and chips 5 stars! Definitely come back! Great customer service a round!

All there, just woah you could swap fried bread for toast because fried bread is 'orrid.

I would not have bothered to order it in the first place if I’d known they were going to charge me and not send it. But it was on time and the delivery driver was very friendly

Cold food, missing an order and food

I’ve been here on and off over the last few years. My kids love it either a big breakfast or the fish and chips. Service was very quick last time.

Worst breakfast ever! Sausage was cold and old, (they kept warm since who knows)fried bread was full of oil (when we squeezed oil running for a while)bacon was cold and wasn’t cooked, egg is the same! Hash browns was dry and cold! Only 1 star as I can not leave 0

Had the fish and chips and it was horrible It had a sour fishy smell chips in a tin were cold please were three colours and not drained of water coffee was great but not a full cup dispensed

Not a great experience. 5 adults went in 4 of our initial food choices out of stock, two further second choices out of stock. To be fair they were polite and did go to get a bread roll especially for one of the orders. Final straw though was one of the sandwiches had a sharp bit of plastic inside. Must do better Morrisons!

Just sat there for 35mins waiting on a veggie breakfast, after watching everyone who came in after me get served, finish and leave, I gave up. Didn’t even get an apology from the particularly awful lady at the til. Don’t waist your time

Terrible terrible breakfast after a 40min wait, very confused bunch of staff looking for tables that are mixed and all over the place.

I took my grandchildren back today for lunch ..First time since lockdown so really over a year ..suffice to say we won't ever be going back again.i really think they're done they've nothing left to offer ..it was the worst meal we've had eating out absolutely dire ...they gave my youngest child a free meal so I thought "can't be bad" but not drink or peice of fruit they used to get 3 chicken nuggets and 6 chips ..he was happy enough . No deserts because of covid..I'm puzzled by this excuse it was ice cream so there would be no more handling than plateing our meals up.. i had fish n chips with mushy peas ..I asked for mushy peas an was told they only do mushy peas now with fish...out it came with garden peas or something similar when I mentioned this to the lovely lad waiting tables he said we havnt got anything else there's no mushy peas...fish was awful dried up an unappetising. The other meal my grandchildren had was a breakfast toast was delish they said the bacon could sole ur shoe ...it was nothing like pictures I think they went to a different restaurant to take those pix!! ..we went home deflated n disappointed . I dont think they care anymore staff were OK ish but it really looked as though they can't be bothered....so we're done dusted finito won't be back my advise if ur thinking of using their cafe at morrisons ....Dont.

We all had cooked breakfasts and were all very disappointed and will not come back again . The food was cold , toast burnt , fried egg over cooked , tomato uncooked. The mushrooms were like rubber , not edible and looked like they were cooked a year ago. Overall very disappointing .

not impressed food is ok for the price but never open on time at the Northampton store website says 08:00 but have been twice now and never opens till at least 8:20

Food cheap and good value but simple things like customer service lacking like no sugar out then made to feel like it was an issue I asked then 5 mins later still none bought out so had to go and ask again, to be told they don’t normally work there and supposed to be serving. Etc

The food is reasonably cheap, and filling. The coffee is very nice. However, it is a cafe in a supermarket, and therefore it has the exact atmosphere of a cafe in a supermarket. In summary, it's fine if you want something to eat when you are at the supermarket, but it's not worth making a special journey for. Update: March 2020 On a few visits recently service has been really slow, tables have not been cleaned, and cutlery has been washed, but not well (I suspect the dishwasher is on the wrong setting). As this has happened on a few occasions, I have changed my rating from 4 stars to 2.

I used to visit here for scrambled eggs on toast for my Sunday breakfast, but the eggs are always watery and soak the toast, making it soggy, despite my complaining. I will not be using this cafe again and can not recommend it as the cutlery always needs cleaning before using and their food is below par.

It was a large breakfast service was quick but the food was very dry even the baked beans and poached eggs. Makes me think if it is all precooked and kept then placed on the plates to order? For £8 its a good size breakfast but far too dry to enjoy.

I dish like it my brother which has problems with having suger free drinks and it send him hyper and some of my diner fell cold and the staf were lovely but the food was just bad

I ordered a breakfast, the food was cold the cafe is always cold and the plate was full of grease.

Once tried never forgotten. Slow surly service of lukewarm food at prices that do not reflect the quality or quantity on the plate. Dirty tea cup didn't thrill me either!

Food was good, new automated order and pay is a good idea. However one member of staff was very rude when told the side salads had run out and slammed the replacement down onto our table. Her attitude got worse when they forgot an item from our order and I went over to tell her that too!

Friendly staff who always have a smile for me, always helpful too. Food is always cooked well and presented nicely, although I would say it is basic food with no frills. Overall a good experience and I enjoy going.

The cafe needs to sort there breakfast out been once would not go again .the breakfast was undercooked you pay £6 you want a cooked breakfast properly cooked the bacon was discussing aswell has the sausage .

Feel sorry for the cafe now Morrisons have decided to have a McDonald's in the car park i just don't get it.

Went for breakfast this morning, as we had a appointment at Kettering hospital.The breakfast was very poor and also not very hot.Everything was just piled on top of everything and it all tasted the same.Awful.The presentation also left a lot to be desired.

Awfull don't know why they don't close this one.. No ice cream all they're chips are black it's dreadful we are definately done!!! Kids get really disappointed.

Lovely little play area for small kids. Cheap and cheerful food. Nice decor since updated couple of years ago. Convenient.

Wasn't any large cups for the coke told they have ran out so went to get a small one and was flat told a member of staff and was told they had no gas gave up

A decent selection is sandwiches and wraps. But an excellent selection of pastries and cakes. I had some tea, a tuna panini and a slice of cake for lunch. All of it was good and decently priced.
