Don't know when my lunch had been cooked but it was just about warm except for the egg which was freshly fried. Baked beans had a skin on top, bacon was dry and inedible, sausages were such poor quality and are mainly mechanically recovered meat and rusk. Won't bother again as there are plenty of cafes in the area which show more respect to the food and the customers.

After many months of so much rudeness from one female member of staff we've had enough! Thin woman with hard, witch-like face, she'd make comments towards me & my two grandchildren as we sat either having a drink or children's meal deal. I've been told this awful woman has more complaints made against her than all other staff put together! She seems to enjoy nitpicking, we mustn't do this or that, 'Have you paid for those drinks?,' she'd shout in a loud voice for everyone to hear, & stern rebukes if any of us asked for even one extra sauce sachet or used the wrong type of cup etc etc. I should add, the rest of the catering staff are always polite & friendly.

Went shopping this evening and when we got to the tills, there were ony three tills open and half the self service tills weren't working. Queues for the checkouts were up the Isles, baskets and trolleys were abandoned with the one or two poor staff trying to put abandoned shopping back on the shelves and into the fridges and freezers. Unfortunately this store has become a joke. I feel sorry for the staff.

The staff are amazeballs. The decor is awesome. They also have EV charging. Hopper bus goes to town. And they have cheaper booze than the co-op.

Wouldn't recommend. Waited 40 minutes for food even though it wasn't busy and when it did finally arrive it was Luke warm. Staff slow and unapologetic

Only two other customers in this large cafe, yet every table full of left overs and used crockery. Floor felt like it had just had a coating of vegetable oil. Self service and payment and yet the staff then come from the back to check you've paid. Then back and hide again. Go clean the tables for God's sake.

Morrisons is my only local decent supermarket or Aldi, no frills decent opening hours and petrol station as well, not sure why the 🤡 Stephen H is on about Nov 23 because I'm pretty sure he hasn't visited every morrisons supermarket in the country, probably 3 or 4 at the most to compare it to, like all the other 🤡s these days "awww best I have ever had" to a takeaway with a food hygiene certificate of 1*. But that is the world we live in

Honestly I never write reviews. BUT I am fuming with this place now. Iv had food from here over time and always been ok ,but twice now it has been a shambles. Ordered food one evening took my order said can I pay by card, yes that’s fine. Told me my order would be 45 mins and put the phone down on me. Rang them back to say u didn’t take my payment, Didn’t have a clue what they was doing and still didn’t take my payment I told them to cancel the order, 45 mins later The driver arrived with the food minus a bottle of pop ordered, said they didn’t take my payment he had to drive all the way back to the shop call me and take payment. Even he said the manager was on holiday and left clowns in charge what a way to run a business!! Then this evening needing a quick tea kids opted for a kebab. Food arrived 1 and half hours after I ordered it ordered it at 10.20pm, I Ordered chips no chips arrived at £2.50 ago couldn’t get the orders right asked for yougurt mint sauce just mint sauce slapped on top, all the meals looked like they were just wanged in there boxes. For 56 quid and a very rare tea time treat these days I will never waste my money here again. My advice is find somewhere else to get a decent kebab and the right order! You only have to look at the other reviews to see this place has no care for presentation or customer satisfaction

24 The OvalABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Soaking wet with grease COLD! Even tho they said that I had “fresh chips” The fish had a horrible Oader. I went back in to tell them this is not up to standers they told me they couldn’t replace the food and they couldn’t refund. I was very angry at this point it cost me £20.10 for fish, chips, curry sauce, lamb meat, chips and salad. I couldn’t believe it. They only gave me a refund for the meat £5.50. I can’t believe it. The safe were horrific rude. We will never be returning. This will be reported to trading standers. This food was very unpleasant. ********* VERY GRESY COLD MEAT WAS CERY DRY LIKE RUBBER AND COLD FISH SMELT

Commercial RoadI spotted the carpark attendant who had no visible ID of any sort. I asked what she was doing looking at the cars and taking photos of the registration numbers. Having previously receive a parking charge notice through the post after only 20 minutes parking. There is no information on the 20 minute limit on the signage board. This is no becoming a police state but this particular attendant is really viscious.

High StreetFirst time visit to Rasoi in Ross. Had a selection of starters, mains and Rice dishes. Collected the meal and ten minute walk back home the food was piping hot and delicious. All agreed an excellent meal with plenty left for breakfast. Will definately use again.
