My sister and I decided to check out the Mother's day afternoon tea. I can't believe I'm saying this about Morrisons cafe but it was very good. The gentleman who served us around lunch time today (sorry I didn't get his name) he was new havnt seen him before. He was excellent and went that extra mile to get the sandwiches we needed. Never known staff in the cafe to be so kind and go out their way the way he did. We received a tray of sandwiches , scone with jam and clotted cream and some delicious cakes. All for £12 for 2 people excellent value for money as it was so fresh and tasty. What would have made it even more special had it been presented on nice dishes or a cake stand. Well done Morrison we were really impressed. 👏

I dropped someone off at the airport and needed some breakfast and food shopping so went in to Morrisons at The Gyle. Being a Coeliac, I couldn't order from the menu and had to build my own breakfast. Firstly, I was chased away from the till to order at the terminal which is fairly simple to use except you only find out you need a table number at the end of the process. I found an empty table and started again. Each item cost £1 plus tea £1.50. The food came very quickly. The bacon was cooked to death, the egg cold and small portion of beans tepid. I had been up since early so hoovered it down but won't be rushing back.

Ordered two meals and a children’s meal. We were informed rather abruptly that the ‘free’ meal would be provided only if we purchased enough and the child bought a drink. This was at 1pm, we waited until 1.25pm then approached a waitress. She said she would check- the order was delivered 5 minutes later. Two meals were fine but my small breakfast was more than that! One sausage, one slice of bread, one small pot of beans, a quarter of a tomato. Some shrivelled up piece of bacon and a smashed up fried egg (perfectly congealed). The waitress said she would make sure I got another piece of bacon and a fresh egg - I’m still waiting. I don’t know why we went there for our meal, we had been before with similar inferior results.

Horrendous. Really cold to sit (everyone in coats), the food was fatty and barely lukewarm, and the place was just grimy. Never again.

It is always sad to write a bad review especially when some staff work hard but the quality of service is poor taking 15 minutes to stand in queue waiting 20 for to arrive then arrive cold definitely needs more tills in restaurant one till is not enough for 20 people standing in queue to order food if bosses are keeping a eye on reviews grossly under staffed

Poor ingridients. Philly steak just with super dry beef and few red peppers. Server been mixing tongs(good luck for allergic people) touching makibgg subs with gloves and touching spotty face by her gloves. Disgusting. Dirty apron into sandwich whike picking other ingridients. Definetly never back there again.

They asking to bring passports size photos, but redirecting to their photo counter claiming that face is not big enough, presented same photos which used for the UK visa, Requesting insurance coverage for entire EU Region, even visiting a single country, Other than that good customer service….
