Morrisons Cafe in Hertsmere

Food not particularly good and the free childs food offered with adult order wouldn't be enough to feed a mouse. Just 3 small items.

Breakfast was amazing. so was Mia she is so lovely and kind I had egg on toast with baked beans so delicious It’s my favourite stop over when ever I go to see clients All the staff behind the scene are so good as well. Can’t praise the staff enough I have not been here for a while so it was good to be back. Mia made my day

Oh my, just a poor quality set up. Food very processed, microwaved heated up, just limp and tasteless. Had the breakfast..... dire.

The employee's were lovely but, the service was so slow. It took so long to finally order the food as the machine to order was broken and no one was around for a while to help. Unfortunately the cafe was very unclean, the food I ordered for myself was so bad I couldn't eat it.(which says a lot as I'm not fussy). My sons food looked fine. Won't be returning, more so for how unclean it was, as I wouldn't mind going back for a tea and a slice of cake with the kids.. I couldn't with how unclean it was.

The chef was shouting all the time at people that did not understand the machine to order food we found it hard but we had our son with us and his 9 year old daughter who found it quite upsetting to listen to.he also shouted at a elderly lady who could not use the machine he was waving his arms at her telling her to use the machine she went and got help in the store and a lovely man came and helped her and the chef was shouting at him it's disgusting Morrisons need to sort this , we had no problems with the food it was lovely but we do not want to see customers upset like this

Apparently all automated . No human interface as staff have no time to deal with you. Those that do are rude so walked out

i go with friends to morrisons regularly for fish & chips we also use morrisons in the Hyde Edgeware road and find the food very very good if you find something wrong complain i have found they ate very helpful

Went for a bacon roll and tea quick stopover when travelling back from. London to cleethorpes. This review is not aimed at the lady that served us after a very long wait for service as she was clearing tables, bringing out food and serving on till too much for 1 person to do the queue waiting for her to come back to the till was horrendous. The knives were dirty and coated with old food residue and when our food came out the bacon was stone cold. Management you need to address this and put more staff in cafe.

had ham egg and cold chips.yiu dont expect much.its a cafe though .they could not care less about service just going through the motions of the job

This place not deserve any star, walked in Saturday morning after shopping, first, notice unable to order on the self service computer, asked the till lady, ’Yeah, it's not working’, great, not even a note display, when I ordered big breakfast, she said 30 minutes waiting time, then I noticed ketchup box was empty, I have asked, she said there's bottles available somewhere on the tables, really? Her face shows ’ do I care ? ’ , officially, no ketchup anywhere, I do think she needs to go to specsaver, after waited 50 minutes, my breakfast turn up but it's all cold! This is highly not recommend, if I know it's so rubbish, I rather going to local cafe or McDonald's! I hope one day that till lady will get the same service and food whatever she visit. Awful! Never ever going back.

Good menu with most snacks, sandwiches, drinks and variety of foods, staff are polite and helpful, good place to spend time

We went to the cafe about 2.45 on a Friday and they had already run out of several of the main courses. Member of staff didn't know what the soup of the day was and told us to check the pot..However the food we had was served quickly and was tasty and good value for money. Cafe was clean, staff were pleasant prices reasonable.

We have used Morrisons cafes regularly across England as you always get a good breakfast. This time it was for morning coffee. Good service,friendly staff and good coffee.

I have returned food twice in this restaurant because of the measly portions in comparison with prices charged. Just too mean

called in to this restaurant with my wife on way back from a family trip plenty of parking right on the bottom end of the A1 around 10 am this morning . friendly staff we ordered 2 big breakfast £ 4.95 extra egg toast and coffee £14.50 the lot a bargain . very fast service hot and high quality we will be going again

I LOVE THE FOOD IN THIS CAFE, THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY, VERY HELPFUL, AND ACCOMODATING TOO. I,ve always enjoyed the meals, and sandwich packs, they are very enjoyable to eat. I have disabilities, so having the extra wide aisles are a big bonus for me.

Morrisons can usually be relied on for a half decent breakfast, but not this one. I ordered porridge from the new porridge menu but told they were waiting for a delivery. Plenty of Quaker oats on the shelves in the supermarket so why not make some? I then ordered poached eggs on toast. It was all cold and the eggs were more like hard boiled than poached. I wish we hadn't bothered. The staff were totally uninterested when I told them it was cold.

Typical supermarket cafe with plenty of parking and cheap food. You can park your trolley inside and do your shopping as well.
