Tables dirty and not cleared, nothing in the "take a number" at the screen. No staff to help you, no cutlery, food takes ages to come and isn't hot. Definitely would not recommend!

Do not eat here unless you want a £170 parking fine from the new militant parking company Morriosons have hired. We have disabilities and find it a struggle to shop and eat. Avoid and eat elsewhere, there are other places in Grantham where you can park without fear of getting a supreme court decision and threats of bailiffs.

Four of us went for an early breakfast before work. Arrived 10 minutes after they had opened. The cafe was cold. Ordered chips with 3 of the meals. The waitress came over and said she would have to give us our money back for 1 of them as they had run out of chips. No apology or anything, just a couldn’t care less attitude. Why they couldn’t fetch a bag of frozen chips from the supermarket I don’t know. The breakfasts were all stone cold and the bacon was so rock hard that it shattered when cut into. Only allowed 1 sachet of sauce each which wasn’t enough so we had to go and buy a bottle from the supermarket separately to use on our meal. Will not rush back here again in a hurry !

Steer clear!!! Disgusting all four meals were uneatable and the drinks were cold. The tables and floor were filthy and the toilets were even worse.

Stopped off on a road trip for a toastie which was very nice and served quickly. But ...the appearance of the cafe is dire, uncleared tables, no cups, coffee machines not working and a general poor ambience. We felt really sorry for the staff having to work in the place. Someone needs to take a lead.

Rude customer service. We paid using the self service grabbed all our bits then headed over to the till to give the lady the cheese toastie we had paid for. I said to her we have paid we just need this cheese toasted. She grabbed it and put it in the machine asking us to pay. I then said I have paid . She said well next time instead say that you want me to cook it. I walked away from her. The way she looked at me just made me feel really uncomfortable and this is the second visit. My first visit they wouldn’t let me in because I had shopping ?

Went here with my 80 year old mum for lunch. The food was fine but just the attitude of staff member bringing food out. It was as though we had really inconvenienced her having to do that. My mum noticed as well so not just me. But if customer service training needed I think!

Went into Grantham Café yesterday with my friend for a breakfast, this is a Saturday thing we do before he goes to work. We ordered two ultimate breakfasts on the Kiosk (did not print a receipt) with two coffees, however 15 minutes later only one breakfast came out, when we asked if the second one was coming we was told by the gentleman who was rude "Oh well if there was two breakfasts I would have brought two out wouldn't I, you cant have ordered two". When he went and checked he came back and said "Those breakfasts are £7 each and there is only one not two" little did we know that the kiosk had not registered the second breakfast. We asked for my friends to be sent back into the kitchen whilst we sorted out what had gone wrong. I went up to the lady on the till who was very nice and polite and she explained the kiosk had not registered the second breakfast, but we can pop it through now and bring them both out together. However a further 10 minutes later, only one breakfast came out again! the lady who brought this went into the kitchen and asked what had happened, she said "The kitchen staff were told you refused this because of the scrambled egg" (may I add my friend chose this kind of egg on the system) he did not refuse it at all, and people around us also said that we asked it to go into the kitchen until the problem was solved. Definitely not refused by any means. This took them a further 5 minutes to bring his out, as they said they had lost the meal, then said to "Oh sorry we lost it but it was down the other end just sat there". There has never been an issue, but we felt so poorly treated, no apologies nothing just attitude saying "well if there was two I would have brought them together, wouldn't I" Both the breakfasts came out burnt

I had a small breakfast, which was hot, cooked well and very nice . Nothing to dislike. The wait was about 10 minutes This was a Saturday morning about 9.45

Popped in for a cuppa, had go into the kitchen to find someone to serve us, while waiting I looked around and there was dropped food all over the floor. Once served went to get milk etc. No packs of sugar so they had put out one small container for the whole cafe and then there was no spoons of any size. This is a regular occurance. Some one needs to sort this place out

Called in here for a light lunch with my husband,fancied a salmon sandwich but they only had,Egg mayo,plain ham,cheese and tomato or Tuna Mayo so chose a Tuna Mayo sandwich,the bread was the cheapest brown bread very small slices and the Tuna,if you can call it that was spread on like paste,don't think there was more than a teaspoon full for the whole sandwich,very disappointed with it.

We needed a quick lunch whilst passing through Grantham today, 28/3/22, and popped in to Morrison's cafe. Ordering on screen was a bit ambiguous but we got there in the end. Nice all day breakfast and my wife enjoyed her jacket potato. Premises let down by the filthy disabled toilet. Wet all over the floor, filthy toilet and stank. Fortunately not experienced after eating.

I suppose you get what you pay for when you have food in a supermarket cafe, but it doesn’t hurt to have high standards, but Morrison’s failed in various areas as far as I am concerned. Staff didn’t make eye contact, not a smile looked like they lost the will to live. I only went in for something to tied me over as I had booked an evening meal at my hotel. I have a baked potato and tuna with salad and coleslaw. The baked Potato looked like it had been cooked days ago and the tuna Mayo was more Mayo than tuna. The salad was good, as was the coleslaw which was homemade. Overall I think Morrison’s cafe rather than having an attitude of ‘it will do’ mentality it needs to offer its customers the best possible service and quality every time, and take a bit of pride in what it does !!

Miss the egg sarnys they were so scrummy and moist x canny wait to go it soon with me nan love u morrison’s

I will include a picture of the till receipt.Ordered X2 fish & chips.Asked for beans instead of mushy peas,Was told we could not do this so had to pay for a seperate portion of beans.Asked for bread & butter.Told this was not on menu so was sold X2 portion of toast@ £1.75p a portion,Came as bread & butter. Food arrived & had to ask for missing portion of mushy peas.The bill for X2 meals & a pot of Tea for One,£17.50p.Not value for money.

yes you are now allowed to sit in cafes, restaurants and Pubs to have a meal though it as bean a very long time waiting to sit down and have a meal but it is back and so it is much better the food we had was nice and hot and it was a good feeling while having your meal in a very good CONVID-19safe place the tables today we found was emptied near as soon as the people left it is always nice to come hear for a meal and yes we will be back soon

this is a well set out with tables and chairs nice and clean and as soon as people got up and left the tables they were given a very good wipe down (ect) the food was bought to your shown table nice and hot we found the staff very good and help full and you had a feeling of being safe while you had your meal and yes we will be back very soon

At 1.24 I placed an order at Morrison Cortonwood site. At 2.13 we received our rather tepid meal. Only seemed to be 2 people around. One girl allocating tables and one man on the till taking the orders and payment. Tables not being cleared. In fact we sat and watched one member of staff come out of the kitchen walk round the cafe. Seems she was looking for a cake stand for the afternoon tea. She then went onto take the dirty plates off the cake stand and leave them piled onto the table and just walked off with the cake stand. Very dissatisfied with the service and standard of food.

ok for a change i thought lets go to Grantham so off we went quite a good drive from Spalding we had a good look around the town centre shops (ect) and then time for dinner so as i like if possible to stick to the places we know it was again Morrisons ok now i put how we find the restaurants/cafes on the day we are there today we found it quite busey both in the suppermarket and the resturant the staff are very obliging and the tables was soon cleared it is a very clean place food fresh and we will be back soon

We popped in for coffee and cake whilst in the town and were pleased by the smooth running of this cafe. Tables were regularly cleared and cleaned and the flow of customers through the till was nicely handled with the minimum of fuss. The staff were pleasant and obliging and the meals looked tasty and wholesome.

The service was really slow and then I was overcharged. I just about got an apology! A little disappointed with this visit. I little staff retraining needed here I feel.

At the start of a long and busy day a stop at Morrisons cafe was in order to eat a large breakfast, it was large, it was filling but it was so slow.

I contacted Morrisons and no one took the time to get back to me, I found staff using dirty cloths to wipe tables .. Then with the SAME cloth the lady wiped the cutlery, This is very poor Hygine in anyones eyes.. Morrisons need to address this

ok i wanted a change so off we went to Grantham had look round the shops (ect) then of for dinner as we had bean to Morrisons before i thought best to keep with the places to eat we know it is very clean bright place tables and chairs set out good and i think good for disabled people like my self though i not in wheelchair the food we found was nice and fresh and hot AND IT WAS A MEAL ENOUGH FOR ME

well not bean for awhile so thought have a change spent some time in Grantham soon it was dinner time so off to Morrisons quite a good size place the resturant the whole of it is but resturant nice and bright lit spaced out tables and chairs can ease get wheelchairs or mobiloty schooters in with ease food very good and quite a big menu to choose from you have to que up to put your order in and you are given a disc with a number on it that you put in a stand on your table your order is bought to you and the disc takeing away the staff we found was very nice

poor overall hygene, staff were lazy, got served water with dark brown coloring that they call "Coke", thankfully they gave me another one that actualy had a taste of coke, still

Just had breakfast at the Dewsbury Road site. Toast changed to one large slice not two halves as before portions gone down, tea gone up. But still a busy place

If you want an excellent large breakfast early on a Sunday morning forget the Tollemarche pub go straight to Morrison's, you won't be disappointed, good food, large portions in a clean and bright café.

Very busy today no cups, when I asked the staff member for cups she pointed to a tray I searched for clean ones as they had stains in them when I told her she said and I quote " I haven't had time to wipe out the stains with that dishcloth yet" ! Won't be going again that is disgusting, the dishwasher is obviously not doing the job.

Shopping go to if we want cheap and cheerful. Staff are love;y and the choice of cooked breakfasts and lunches would suit most palates. Not luxurious but just what you need when you need a cuppa.

We waited ages for our food. We only ordered chips and sausages and mash but it took unacceptably long. We were NOT impressed. Please fix this problem. Thanks.

I have just suffered Morrisons of Newark attempt to cook a breakfast, i had the full big breakfast and my wife had the light breakfast, the poached egg resembled a hard boiled egg no sorry a golf ball!!, they say the baked beans are Heinz not a chance, don't know how to describe the sausage but cheap, the fried bread was a thick slice just dipped in a deep fryer to turn it brown yuk, the bacon they used was the cheapest version that nobody would buying well undercooked, also why do they think it's right to butter your toast for you so that when it arrives it's a soggy mess.

Its a Morrisons café, its always busy, but the staff cope very well, with a friendly attitude, it offers good superstore food menu and plenty of options and the breakfast is the best, you just can't go wrong for the amount and value for money, well worth a visit.

Always a good place to get a good value meal, the queue shows you how popular it is the food is good and plenty of choices, good service and nice window table for people watching, well worth the all day breakfast.

Needed a lunch so ordered pie chips peas for husband and jacket spud with two fillings,as we was offered a pudding for a £1 had one each. the food was basic but hot and café was clean. Only one poor thing the peas with husband meal was horrid think they was tinned.Puddings was so hot took ages to be cool enough to eat.

well we went to day to Grantham and after a look round the shops (ect) we went to Morrisons Cafe for dinner it was good very clean help full staff and plenty room to ste and table had plenty leg room as i disabled and have to have my legs out under the table and it as a Multi-Storey car park now i think i should worn you that the Morrisons Multi-Storey car park is no longer owned by Morrisons as it still got the name on the wall Morrisons the new owners only let you park for 2 hours and they are quick of the mark to wheel clamp you so you have been warned

visited the cafe quite a few time during school holidays. kids ate for a pound was good. The selection is good and always served piping hot. brilliant.

Sábado almuerzo y su tiempo ocupado, presentado y, a continuación, cola para pagar, un montón de opciones. Una vez pagado y sentó de ordenar a las comidas enviada fue 18 minutos, es más que razonable. La comida era buena y recomiendo el pollo Tikki, pero el flan de esponja y treacle era increíble y bien caliente, un muy buen café morrisons con mucha variedad y buen servicio.

Basic food nothing fancy but at a reasonable price. Good choice of both sandwiches cakes and cooked food together with deserts. The seating arrangements have been changed which makes the cafe much more comfortable.

Brought the shops apple turnovers . Must be quick turnovers because mine had about 5 peices of apple in rest just pastry,,,in fact I love my food I threw95% away & told my hubby not to bother eating his ,,terrible would definitely not recommend anyone to buy these ...THE CANTEEN HAS GOT NOTHING TO WITH MY SHOPPING

Un salto en mientras espera por tren a Notts, tuve un gran desayuno y tostadas, esposa de salchichas y tostadas. pab Excelente desayuno, e incluye pan frito! Ventaja. Todo fresco y huevos eran correctas. Pan era pesada, poco recargado y extendido con mantequilla. Mi mujer estaba servido en bap salchichas frescas bap blanco suave, y de nuevo fue recién cocinada.

Had a quick stop off while out and about pleasant service nice drink, just had refurbishment which is also nice

During our week's holiday in the area, 4 of us went into Morrisons in Grantham to buy a few items. We were, however, distracted on entry by the board at the edge of the café offering main meals for £4.75 and £5. Intrigued, we decided to have an early lunch and were truly amazed at the quality of the food for the incredibly low price. 2 of us had gammon, egg & chips at £4.75 and 2 had salmon fillet (yes, really), new potatoes & peas for £5.00. When I complimented one of the staff she told me the salmon is fresh every day from their fish counter and it was cooked perfectly and of a decent size. I've had smaller fillets and been asked to pay £12+ in pubs so I was absolutely astounded at these amazing value meals. It's only a café but if you want a good meal at a fantastic price, you can't do better than Morrisons Café in Grantham (and maybe everywhere they have a café?).

Now, I wasn't expecting an amazing meal for the £5.00 that they charge, but come on..Chips have obviously been sat for a few hours in the fryer, a slice of cheese not melted, literally, I think shoe leather might have been less tough than the bacon that we received on top of our chicken.I'm sorry I couldn't have given a few more stars for the lovely woman on the till. Very welcoming and can tell she try's her best.Also the cafe is clean and well refurbished, such a shame that the food let it down SO much

Definitely the most unhygienic cafe in have ever come across. Me and my partner went for breakfast in the early morning. The cafe had about 5 people in so we thought it would be great. Wouldn't have to wait long and plenty of seats to choose from. How wrong was we. Once we had paid for our food and took our table number we had a struggle to find a table that was actually clean. The pugent smell of body odour was absolutely sickening and I wanted to leave immediately but since we had already paid we put up with the smell. It was a real struggle to find clean cutlery or a clean mug. Obviously just get washed in cold dirty water. We waited over half an hour for our breakfasts to arrive. Stone cold. We left and will never go back. It's amazing how environmental health have not visited.

Good cafe, average food and prices. But oh the service is so slow. Need to move a bit faster, then more people would visit.

well was taken out by one of my two support works to Grantham spent time looking round the shops ect then it was round dinner time so my support worker said were do you want our dinner I said how about Morrisons and so off we went as I disabled and have to use a walking stick I found that the staff was so very good to me in helping us to get table with plenty leg room ect and could not do enough for us one even went and got me a menu and she was only to happy to help I don't know her name but think she should get something for every thing she done for us the food was great hot good plate full think cheaper than the one we have in our town Spalding the tables were kept clean and ready for people to sit down we did not have to wait very longfor our order it was well set out and very hot and fresh

The Miorrisons cafe has just been upgraded and is lot better laid out , they have a varied menu and the food is good , it is also very close to the town centre and the bus station

Reading some of the reviews it looks like people are expecting 5 star food and service for 1 star prices. Food is good (especially Breakfast) service is usually fairly fast, cleanliness is good, staff very helpful. If you want 5 star food this is not the place for you but if you want a quality basic menu at a reasonable price this is the place for you

We called at the Morrisons Cafe in Kings Road Newark for lunch recently unfortunately we had forgot our experience there before as a long time has passed. We ordered Gammon chips and peas, my husband had mushy peas i had garden. We waited ages was getting worried because of parking times when it finally came. My peas were cold and Gammon was a slice of what we call( plastic meat). The chips were ok just, whilst we were waiting looked round and my husband noticed how messy (stuff on floor and tables not cleaned) that sort of thing. The coffee was disgusting so all in all we were not happy. I was not feeling well anyway and this put icing on the cake, we had to run to get to car as we were worried we were over time.But to be honest the staff didn't seem fussed anyway. Needless to say we wont go again.

Was very disappointed as me and my husband visited for lunch it was very busy and seemed under staffed the queue was very long as wasn't going down quick so we cut our losses and went to costa instead

Tastless bland cheap food cooked in grease. Staff rude and not interested. Dirty tables and have to pay extra for some condiments...go somewhere else.

This cafe is inside clean warm centre of town allday breakfast good value for money with good ingredients

I have no complaints, the food came out piping hot, the portions are just right. For what you pay for, it could rival other restaurants that I could score lower for. It's in a prime spot, yes can be noisy at times but other times peaceful. I enjoyed it as I generally do and will continue to support them. Well done Morrisons.

Good selection of pastries and akes available, also healthy options available fruit, cereal etc. The hot food is good value, it always comes very quick to table and is tasty. They have some great meal deals for children if an adults eating too after a certain time of day. Great cafe when you need something after doing the food shop.

I think for cheap food that is really hot and isn't over done feel that this is a nice place. In the town centre, good location to meet people and have a chat. It does get full in the day, I tend to go early in the morning and have a bacon and sausage bap, food fresher I think. Staff are fine, do there job and are there to help if needed. Good for wheelchair access and the disabled.

I stopped using this place as it was so understaffed that it took forever to get served and the food was badly prepared and often cold.However a new menu has appeared, which includes Eggs Benedict, one of my all time favourites, so I ventured in again. I wasn't expecting much, but was surprised at how good the food was, especially at the price.It is still badly understaffed, several people were complaining that their drinks had gone cold while waiting for someone to take their money. Although I had to wait to give my order and pay, the food arrived quickly and it was well presented, hot and tasty.I shall go back again but will avoid busy times. If only they had more staff it would rate 4 stars now.

Don't know what so many people are moaning about, the food is very good, usually served quickly. You are not dining in a 5 star restaurant. Prices are good, staff very helpful, if you want 5 star service, go elsewhere and pay about 5 times more than you pay here

One member of staff to serve drinks and meals - ridiculous. She had to keep leaving the counter to go to the kitchen. In the end we gave up. At least 20 people queuing when we left.

Why do people expect the Ritz from Morrisons - previous reviews.We were passing through Grantham on our way to Belton House & Sleaford, feeling peckish we decided to find somewhere for a snack, not a very east task in Grantham as the town seems to be very short of pubs/cafes..As we have a Morrisons Store in our own town, so we thought Morrisons would be a good place.It was a very busy Good Friday Lunchtime, yet there was an excellent choice of sadwiches all lookung very fresh, we chose to have a bowl of chips with our sandwiches, no wait at all before our sides were delivered to our table.Staff very friendly and they were continually clearing and cleaning tables,a hard job when you saw some of the messy tables the unruly Grantham families left behind.

Fantastic selection of food both hot and cold of a superior quality and for such excellent value. All of the staff here deserve enormous credit because it could quite easily be completely rubbish if they didn't care. What makes a place good is the people and right now this place is strong. Some noisy chav kids but that adds to the flavour in here.

Awful place. Staff drifting around with nothing to do. Loud inappropriate conversations. No cooking needed because they'd run out of a lot of the menu options eg baked potato despite being in a large supermarket full of food. Avoid at all times. Tea dreadful. Slow moving queue leads to nothing but disappointment.

Bacon and egg yummy, cheap price and hot. No problems and as I was there around 0900 it was peaceful.

I've been to this place many many times, the service is the worst I've ever seen in my life, the tables are always dirty and coming across a member of staff is rare. The food is good but the terrible service doesn't make up for it, would not recommend to anyone

A noisy Cafe with undisiplined loud children often running around parents could not care less and loud tanoy anouncements make it almost impossible to hold a conversation. Slow service, not enough staff trolleys and baby buggies blocking the gangways, food on the floor. Food can be cold, prices are reasonable, table manners are appaling.

Service- unfriendly staff, things are too much trouble, gormless! Look like they needed an extra hour in bed, walk around slowly not particularly bothered about customer service. Let's forget service with a smile too. Food- Luke warm, hit and miss, sometimes it's nice and good value other times it's rubbery, cold and 6 chips as a portion, quality varies so much it isn't worth coming back anymore, would rather go hungry than sit and wait 25 minutes for a bowl of chips.

Service usually slow, food sometimes Luke warm, chips usually disappointing, vegetarian sandwiches lack any imagination if there even are any on the shelf, no consistent quality really. Although on most recent visit the loaded chips are very tasty and good price

Twice I have had long hairs in my food. Staff made me a fresh plate but by that time I'd lost my appetite and my partner had eaten his leaving me to eat alone when my new hair free order came. Twice this has happened. Also the food seems to be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it's excellent and other times eggs are hard, chips are cold, batter on the fish is dripping with grease and is soggy. Sometimes you get a plate full of chips. Other times you only get about 8 chips! Needs more quality control to keep standards up as when it's good. It's fantastic food.

Visited this café at 2pm on Wednesday 25th Sept 2013. No staff to be seen anywhere. No one to take food orders and people queuing at the till. Eventually a lady came to operate the till but still no one to take orders. I peered around the wall to look if anyone was about in the kitchens but not one member of staff was in there. After the lady on the till summoned someone we placed our order and moved along to get drinks. Teapots had run out, so another wait for them to be restocked and then to a table to await our meal. They had already run out of pie so we ordered fish and chips which duly arrived. The mushy peas were dry and the garden peas were watery, the fish seemed watery as well and the chips could have done with a bit longer cooking time. At about 2.20pm staff seemed to appear from nowhere and at least three lady's began to clear tables and wipe down, were they all given their breaks at the same time I wonder, bad practice if this was the case. We have a Morrisons store in Cannock where we live and it is an excellent café so we expected much more from the Grantham branch. Don't bother is my advice, there are plenty of eating venues there so spend your money somewhere else!

You order from the desk.The Menu selection is on a lectern at the front of the self serve area.Payment required at the end of the counterI gave my order to the lady behind the counter.I chose Chunky Steak Pie, Chips and Beans.Mrs. Supervisor chose 3 Sausages Mash and Gravy (NO Peas, she’s not into greenery)I paid and got my number card.You find a table for your needs.Three tables have moveable seats (all in use by other wheelchair user) but ALL the other tables have fixed seats (definitely NOT disabled friendly) My wife likes to sit at a table so fixed seating makes this extremely difficult, also if she was unable to sit in said seat, she would have had to be stuck on the end in her wheelchair or if we didn’t want that we would have had to have waited for a table to become free.Well in the end we chose a table opposite the counter at the window, and let Mrs. Supervisor sit at the table with more difficulty than a normal moveable chair, and left the wheelchair in the aisle at the side within arms distance.The fixtures and fittings look a little retro tubular.Just as I was getting Mrs. Supervisor sat at a fixed table and chairs, I was informed they had No Pies Left (maybe they should have gone and got some off their Supermarket Shelves or sent out for some from Asda?) I visit this cafe every Thursday before I go food shopping..I always opt for the fish and chips....I must say that the fish is excellent and really tasty. The service is good and quick and the staff are fridndly.

love sitting in here watching the world go by, foods nice ,can be a bit dry sometimes (hot),in the fridge always looks fresh.staff work hard,but could deffo use another till ..llke a fast track system ..just for food allready ordered and cold drinks as you can be queuing some days for 15-20 mins :-(

The only place where i felt i had the best chicken tikka in Grantham.Excellent option for grocery shoppers with multiple options in the menu. Their cofee is also good. Watchout for the hunters chicken with barbeque sause slightly acidic but good.Pricing is reasonable compared to others.There are other curry options as well such as lamb and chicken korma.

I am always in here when shopping, its convenient, cheap, but if you want a quiet snack or chat do not come here, can become nosey.There are always offers on and they do a great fish and chips.Staff always polite.Prices are reasonable.Tables and cutlery clean.Lots of places to sit and gaze out of the windows

Ive been many times spread over many years to the morrisons cafe in grantham & we have enjoyed many meals there. the breakfasts are really nice and good value. when ever we have eaten in their we have always felt under pressure to eat up and leave to allow the staff to clean up the table and get out. There is a very large seating area and even in quite times you feel the same pressure. although the last time i visited I was browsing the menu and the woman talking the orders for hot food was very very rude and shouted Salad in my face implying I needed to diet. I was so upset I have never returned and I wish I had seeked further action against her at the time :(

A good well priced menu to suit every taste. The staff work hard and for a supermarket very good value especially the fish and chips.

PLEASE NOTE THIS WAS THE ONE IN NEWARK WE VISITED We nipped in to morrisons because we were in rush before a familly wedding and even though it was before 9am and wasn't busy all the tables were still dirty with dishes. We cleared one and sat down to be presented with a luke warm breakfast. We ate it because we didn't have time to go elsewhere but the staff didn't seem to care when we told them.

Nice cafe, food is usually of good quality and there is a large selection of snacks, drinks and sandwiches as well. You will find though that being in the centre of town, it fills up pretty quick during the week at midday especially at the weekend so expect longer serving times if that is the case. Usually pop in when in town myself!A tip from me, try the roast chicken lunch as it is very good quality and only between 3-4 quid!

Really slow service ... Food ok, suppose you get what you pay for ... Sainsburys cafe is alot better !!!

This place appears to be badly understaffed, staff are always busy but seem to have too much to do. As a result service is slow and very hit and miss. Long wait for food that is not freshly cooked and not hot.

As all other suppermarket cafe's it serves a good fry up - particulary welcome on a sunday morning.

I have never actually had any problems with food here. For a supermarket it does very well. The tables, chairs are clean, tables cleared quickly. The food does not take to long to be delivered to your table. Once arrived is always hot. If anything could be improved on is the hot drinks, they are only warm at best.I eat here a fair bit, very central location, good for adults and kids a like.Good prices and good offers for families.

Typical Morrisons cafe, OK for a snack but not much else as there wasn't a great amount of choice.

First things first it's in a supermarket so don't expect anything amazing but if you want a tasty meal that is amazing value for money this is the place to be.I recommend the breakfast as the sausages were better than the usual cheap fare and it could be tailored however you like.
