The service is absolutely shocking. Stood to the side of till to ask for a clean knife and fork because they was all dirty and got met with a lady coming out of the kitchen. Her first words to me was not can I help you but WHAT DO YOU WANT. That's not how to speak to someone

Where do I start! Ordered a breakfast and a kids meal, waited a total of 50 minutes!! This was despite being told after 40 minutes the food was on its way out! Miserable staff, coffee machines out of order for the entire 50 minutes and multiple customers demanding to know where their food was. Easily the worst cafe I have her been to. In addition it’s extremely dirty! We demanded a full refund with no apology for the wait! Do not dine here, you have been warned!!

Possibly the most the unorganised place in the UK. I mean, how bloody hard is it to cook a breakfast. We go every week and every other week they cant cook breakfast, but can sell you every item on the breakfast individually, however if you ask why they cant put it all on one plate, you're met with confusing responces, like sorry no we're not allowed lmao, jeezus just shut the place already.

No idea why but they're just not clearing the tables. I've been sat here 10 minutes, hardly any customers, most tables covered in dirty plates. Food is arriving quickly, but not being taken away!

Excellent value. You can order on a panel and everything comes to your table efficiently. Much less noisy and more spacious than many coffee shops.

Absolutely horrendous experience, one of the worst Morrisons cafes I've been to. Ordered food and was waiting ages for it to come. I noticed people around me that sat 10/15 mins after me were getting their food so after 35 minutes waiting I approached a staff member and asked her how long my foods going to be. She went off I presume to ask the kitchen where it was but she never came back to me to inform me how much longer it's going to be. I don't mind waiting a long time if there's staffing issues but absolutely zero communication and zero customer service. Waited another 10 minutes before I just walked out. Won't be coming back here again.

Not too bad. Full English - whilst cheap, the plate was quite small. No paper menus, just displays. No idea what is served when.

Not very good had too wait a long time for breakfast. It was on offer at the time and then it came out on a small plate 🍽 😒 all piled up top each other they said they have ran out of normal sized plates.

Great food, probably the best tasting Morrisons cafe we've tried. Very clean and tidy, staff were extremely helpful and courteous. A great experience.

Hardly any food available and the prices are a rip off. They also have to wait ages for your food and they don't allow their open WiFi to let you make video calls via WhatsApp which is unfair.

Ordered meal, had to spray and wipe our table as it was dirty. After a wait of approx 30 mins was told only one meal was available as we both ordered the same thing. Miserable waitress! Was really awful.

Bad attitude from the staff. First thing the cashier said to me was there's an half an hour wait in a gruff voice and the food which was an all day breakfast wasn't worth the wait.

Something very wrong with this cafe, they only cook a very small part of what they got on the menu, anything else is out of stock. for now I will go to Asda cafe.
