Value for money breakfast. Fast service. Typical cafe food only small gripe my toast was very soft and tomato not grilled. Ordered Yorkshire tea but only Tetley available coffee machines still not working after several months Staff friendly.update paid a second visit this morning not much on the breakfast menu coffee machines still not working also my breakfast was cold disappointing. But still a value place to eat.

My food was under cooked the egg and sausages so I took it back and got refund with no quams

Tasty and cheap food in a clean but lack lustre setting.

Food reasonably priced. Pretty quick to arrive after ordering. Some collect yourself bits were not available and had to seek out someone to arrange. Self service tills only in use which would have stopped half of the issues had. When actually tracking down someone who worked there, they were pretty unhelpful and a little rude stating I did not tell them correctly in the first place what was needed. Overall price wise pretty decent with kids eating free. Service poor.

Had a delivery from just eat and it was amazing had the ultimate breakfast and arrived hot and on time honestly the best ever

Genuinely the worst place to buy breakfast in Yeovil. First time I came here the forgot my order, didn't get an apology, then the food they delivered was poor. Second time my bacon roll had a bun as hard as a brick, and it was cold. Then today I went to make my own breakfast and everything is out of stock besides toast, like what's the point of even offering it if they claim to have nothing. Such a shame that its this poor of an experience, go literally anywhere else in town and you'll have a better time.

Shop Cafe was awfull poor staffing poor breakfast that was look warm toast was hardly cooked bacon you could see through no mushrooms and very cheap and nasty beans and sausages. They also had no coffee .we will keeps to wells Morrisons in future.

Seems since the takeover things are going downhill. No staff on the till. Had to use the very poor screen to order then found that just breakfast available due to short staff. This was at midday. Gave up and got a meal deal at the salad bar. It's not just here though. Same story at their Tiverton branch and probably others. Shame as used to be really good.

Arrived just after 8:30am, nice and quiet, ordered breakfast on self service point. Made a pot of tea, got cutlery, sauces and sat down then food arrived brilliant. I like the plates and proper Yorkshire tea and fried bread too, lovely experience all round. I imagine it would get busy as it must be popular. I noticed some (older?) customers did struggle with self service point, not because they’re lazy I suspect more likely they had cash or other non menu requirements. Unfortunately the coffee machine was out of order which caused an upset to one or two. I was fine though just people watching for 5 mins.

Absolutely shocking. In such a large cafe they have a grand total of 2 highchairs. Half the menu off, not a single bit of cutlery in the place and staff that are no where to Be seen. Used to be a great place, now I'd avoid like the plague to be honest.

Limited menu at the moment breakfast smaller than it was.

Waited 10 minuets to be served after being greeted by a waitress so went to chapmans for a brekky bap

Computers down on the customer service desk ,Cafe shut for 48 hours....Cannot blame Cv19 for this...Gone downhill fast

I had to give 1 star as zero wasn’t possible. All the electronic order points were not working, so had to queue for ages. Once we got to the single cashier virtually everything we ordered was out of stock. Cashier was grumpy and unhelpful when asked what was in stock. We we had placed the order and paid, we were told that some items might be missing as they could have run out in the time it takes to produce our order as they were running slow. We waited for 20 minutes, I asked a member of staff how much longer we had to wait and was told a further 50 minutes. While a refund was agreed to this meant that I had wasted time and had 3 upset and hungry children to sort. Had there been a sign up or we had been told before hand that we were going to wait that long I would have spent the money in the supermarket. Instead I won’t bother using a Morrison’s again.

Visited this place last week very busy I've been several times in the past but unfortunately it takes 25 or 30 waiting time and my food was cold I ordered a small breakfast and it didn't have a lot on it for the price ..I had 1 small piece of bacon spoonful of beans 1 egg and 1 small tomato made up of two toast which was dry and cold even tho it came out with bits missing cause they had ran out it was still the same price .shame really cause it's a nice place. Staff are lovely .

Staff are usually half asleep or on day release. Nothing is ever cooked the same way twice or even well. Struggled to give two stars should be one really .

35 minute delay on a Sunday breakfast. Ruined Black pudding. Not happy.

Fantastic food ..breakfast target at home and on holls ... nit pick is swaps .. big daddy can't swap so pay for what you don't want but happy with the big breakfast .. And in yeovil store there is a sweet old chap that brings your food .. credit to company for giving this chap a job he's brill... Tbh only had to complain 1 about bad service and she must have hade a bad start to day.. 2 meals for a tenner is a good deal for lunches... Yes I shop at asda But I come to Morrison's to eat..

Just shopped in the store, but have used the cafe many times. Good value foods, freshly prepared. Beware, at lunchtime Westlands staff come in to shop and eat - can get busy.

Absolutely shocking! Waited almost an hour for two basic full English breakfasts only for them to be stone cold. Groups of 3 and 4 came and went while it was just 2 of us waiting! Definitely not coming back in a hurry.

Good food at low price £10 for family of four. Dropped a star as got the wrong peas and no tartare sauce.

I like Morrison's, as a brand and usually their supermarkets are very good, indeed. Unfortunately, this store isn't one of the better ones. Staff are very hit and miss and the shelves always seem half stocked. The café, like all their cafés is very good, it's just the actual shopping experience is well below parr.

I had the Christmas Dinner and it was not that good it was like a microwave dinner

Great for a cheap snack, lunch, or coffee or tea and cake. Normally quite clean and tidy but have been on a few occasions when the place has perhaps been understaffed and tables haven't been wiped down.

This is a not bad cafe. Lots of tables means people can hear your conversations. Food is reasonable and well cooked. The menu is a normal cafe's menu. Kid's will enjoy their food. Sandwiches are mediocre, but if you are hungry, you will fill a gap in your stomach.
