Morrisons Bristol - Hartcliffe Cafe in Bristol, City of

Servicio lento, mesas y pisos sucios la comida no estaba caliente y el tocino en el desayuno estaba frío y el personal tenía 1 persona sirviendo.

Arrived at 1345 to find the cafe staff closed due to all staff taking their breaks together. Complained to manager who said it was open but all the cafe staff had skived off early. Really disappointed with Hartcliffe Morrisons. Wont be going again.

Visited 19 June at lunchtime. Sat at table but saw some crumb so knew the table had not been cleaned. I called a cleaner who sprayed and wiped the table. After she’d gone, I noticed the table was still wet, so took a clean tissue to dry it. I was amazed at the grime that came off on the tissue. I shows that a spray and wipe only does not work! ( see photo). The Chicken Tikka Masala was quite nice, but could do with being 10% bigger portion.
