Food was average but I found the cafe very dirty floors table and staff uniform dirty not hygienic for food consumption needs adeep clean

Food very poor, didn’t have what I ordered. Asked if I would accept chips or hash browns in place of roast potatoes and gravy. Reluctantly accepted the offer. Have noticed steady decline in food quality and service in the last 6 months

Terrible breakfast. Ordered at machine and paid for breakfast that comes with 2x bacon but only received one. Beans and egg were cold, no separate plate for toast, just placed on top of food, tomato hard and not cooked, hash browns taste like they've been hanging around for ages and are burnt. My recommendation is don't bother. Also it's not exactly cheap for what you get!

Morrison’s cafe, falls far short of acceptable standards. The cleaning is subpar, leaving a lot to be desired in terms of hygiene. The food selection is uninspiring, lacking variety, quality and availabilities. Additionally, the overall condition of the place appears rundown and neglected. It's disappointing to witness such low maintenance and a lack of attention to customer satisfaction. In summary, this place is in dire need of improvements across the board, from cleanliness to the quality of offerings, to provide a more appealing experience for its customers.

Again cups very dirty and stained,tables not cleared, no knives available only forks,look elesware next time

This is the third visit in a few weeks and every visit cups and trays always dirty and most of the table not clean very dissapointing suggest take a look at a tesco cafeteria always spotless

Decent enough food but hope you don't need the loos... week after week, month after month they are absolutely filthy, the gents stinks of urine and of two stalls one was missing a door for ages, not that you would go in there. Don't forget to call in the petrol station on your way out and treat yourself to getting your hands covered in diesel from filthy pumps and no gloves or tissue. Think the management must have bigger priorities than cleanliness

No poached eggs, no cutlery, no salt or sugar sachets. Coffee machine broken again. Condiment stand absolutely filthy. Tables dirty. And long wait for food because they where washing the cutlery

Came for breakfast yesterday with my friend. Quick way to order food on the touchscreen. Only had to wait 5 minutes for the food. Food was warm but not hot. Both of us ordered a full English breakfast. Sausage and bacon was ok. The egg we had was very slimy and tasted of soap. Completely ruined the rest of the meal as we both couldn’t get the taste out of our mouths. Very disappointed

I went here for the first time in a long time today. Unfortunately, there was no sugar, no milk, no jam for my scone, no sauces, no salt and vinegar. The list goes on. The staff were desperately trying to help and run off their feet. All this seems to come from very poor management from those above. Totally disgusting and won't be returning

Probably the worst veggie breakfast I have ever been served, sausage overcooked, mushroom raw, egg hard, guacamole was freezing, obviously come straight out of the freezer. Toast was OK. Never again. No point complaining as the staff were chatting amongst themselves in the back.

Since the lockdown, rather than queue to go into the main supermarket, i call in to this garage. It is ALWAYS well stocked, the shelves are never empty, always clean and tidy .. and it makes it so much easier when you're in a rush to pop in, plus you can get your petrol too . Well done to the manager shirley freestone you obviously know how to run this garage . Excellent customer service 😊

Only called in for quick cuppa before doing weekly shop. Went to barista coffee shop. Was lovely. Wish it was free refills though

The cafe sells most basic foods but can be a bit of a wait at some times.staff are friendly and helpful but sometimes a need for more!The shop is OK and sometimes some good deals. There is now a coffee and cake shop for those that just want a quick cuppa.Tills rend to be understaffed but there are self serve tills. Parking is good but only 3 hours and camera controlled so don't over stay😉

Decided to give Morrisons in Cwmbran another go after an average performance in December. Good news all is well now. Nice lady took our order and within 10 minutes our food was out. Everything was hot and tasty. Coffee was lovely. Would recommend.

Stopped by for a lunch time Jacket potato. Lady said it would be 20 minutes but took double that. Spoke to Kayleigh the Cafe manager who apologised for the delays. The food was actually really nice. The coffee was tasty. It is the run up to Christmas and most people had been paid that weekend so probably the reason it was so busy. Would give another go.
