Disgusting staff. Disgusting tables, no cleaning evident. Attitude atrocious and good cheap and nasty.

Ordered fish pies (£6.49 each), when they came up it was a congealed mess with a hard skin on the top. It was served up with some dried up wrinkled peas that looked like they were prepared hours if not days ago. I took the meals back to complain, I go no apology from the manager, he simply was not interested and carried on loading his fridge with milk as if I was not there. I was offered an all day breakfasts which was about £2 cheaper (£1 / meal) and offered no refund. The breakfast came up in 2 minutes so it was not fresh. Looking at other reviews, Morrisons have done nothing to improve their service

I went to Morrisons at the Eastwood branch a few weeks ago which I go there on a Saturday do the weekly shop I get the 24 baps at bakery department which I’ve been getting for years I’ve notice past few weeks quality of the baps gone down hill bland , pale looking and some times hard last week I thrown them away after a bite but a few week ago member of staff in bakery department was rude after asking politely if I can have another batch at back as one left on shelf was poor standard I decided to go else where to get my cobs and any other bakery items am not happy with staff as customers should come first the lady who was rude should be disciplined and I won’t be getting no more cobs from there especially when price gone up and the quality of them gone down hill

Can't recommend this cafe enough, clean and tidy. Easy to get through and get a pushchair through. Had a small breakfast - great value for its price and it was amazing. My little one always has toast, they have small pots of jam, marmalade or honey available. We always come back!! Just can't tell you how lovely the staff are, every single time

I visited morrisons at eastwood this morning and was surprised and discusted at the bedding plants and shrubs on sale. The majority of them were drying from lack of care and water.i frequently visit the ilkeston store also the one at derby,all the plants are well looked after in both stores and I buy plants from them frequently as the quality is very good. I suggest the manager at the eastwood store should pay attention to the employees in the garden section so this is not a reoccurring problem.

I operate a nursing home for the elderly. At this time we have to take exceptional care for our most vulnerable. We had a nurse who had finished a long night shift early today and before she went home to sleep she called in for a pint of milk. Although she was in uniform and had her badge celery displayed she was refused entry as SHE DID NOT WORK FOR THE NHS!!!!!!! Shame on the staff there. Your Mother or father or Aunt or Uncle could be being cared for by my staff- They do exactly the same job as the NHS staff.

I have eaten in Morrisons cafe all the time I have lived in Eastwood but this last 12-18 months the quality of the food has deteriorated. If a certain 2 cooks are on dutyI still try the odd snack but it’s not as good as it used to be.

Some of the staff at this shop are lovely but there’s one woman, usually on the lottery counter, who is so rude it’s just amazing. She looks at you as if you just crawled out of the gutter and never speaks, it’s just off putting. Every time I have to deal with her, she takes my breath away with her unpleasant demeanour, anyone seeing her facial expression when she serves us would think we’d just hideously insulted her. Surely it wouldn’t kill to smile now and again?

Eaten here several times for breakfast. Can’t fault the food or the service. Plenty on the plate and nice and hot.

I'm going to be in the minority here but our recent late Sunday afternoon visit for dinner was excellent! It had obviously been a busy lunchtime and some things weren't available (in a supermarket?) but we still got a delicious dinner which really hit the spot! The dish that particularly impressed us was the vegan Lentil and Squash Lasagne - definitely restaurant quality - absolutely gorgeous! Staff friendly and food arrived very quickly and was well presented. Thumbs up all round from us.

Not too bad but could have more menu choice easy to eat as you can eat before or after shopping especially as it is local

Our meal was literally thrown on the table in front of us. This same 'lady' was throwing the teapots about on the counter in temper. Will never go there again

We visited here as a family and from the off I knew we should have turned around and left! The lady on the till didn’t have a clue what was going on around here, she was away with the fairies I’m sure. 3 out of the 6 meals where wrong and 1 wasn’t brought out at all, I had to ask twice for it. Considering it wasn’t very busy you would expect that they would get it right. I can understand if they got the odd thing wrong but the majority of ours was. I know it’s a cafe but the food was disappointing, the only thing that tasted ok were the chips but even they were dry. It isn’t by any means cheap either so I would have expected better

I have a dairy allergy, which I pointed out twice whilst ordering breakfast and they failed to take notice! When I mentioned it to them, they made a joke of it and laughed!

Used to love coming for breakfast at Morrisons but they have changed menu I wasn't told about the change so ordered my usual when it came it looked wrong so asked and then was told about the change I checked to see what was on it and mine was missing mushrooms and asked for some to be brought which never came and the toast which used to be nice is now some small bit of Burnt thin and not worth eating so left it. When asking staff where my mushrooms was I was told I ain't got none which I wasn't told about when ordering and wasn't relayed to me at the table I will never come back for breakfast again .... shocking

I use to really like morrisons.. Used to be a real proper working mans(persons) supermarket.. What I do now before I do my shop there is to check which person is on the lotto desk before I buy foods... Reason being I have found certain staff there really are very low on manners and customer service.. Not alot to ask is it when a staff member asks for your money to say please.. Just one word is required pleaseeeeee oh and what really gets my goat is... Instead of saying please one of the staff members says thank you... Thank you????? Thought that's what's said after payment has been made.. So yes I always look over to that kiosk before I shop. If either particular 2 people are there then I simply walk out n go to asda... What makes it slightly amusing is that the other staff who work that kiosk are fully aware of what the paying customer thinks of their colleagues lack of manners..

Paid a visit for Breakfast for the first time since the surroundings have been refurbished in the knowledge that although always hit and miss with service breakfast food here was usually good. Oh dear, the tea tasted disgusting and failed to even reach an attractive colour in the pot. Our Big Breakfast followed topped with half a deep fried thick crust that was inedible , two thin pieces of soggy bacon were hidden under a pool of baked beans and a plastic looking small egg . All the items looked like they had been thrown on the plate. Two slices of thin warm bread (never toast)) totally flattened by what ever had been spread in the middle completed the meal for a pound extra. Cost just under 13 pounds for two, wipe your own tables and clear your trays away ,Really ? Finally overheard server to lady on next table, will you have white toast with your scrambled eggs we have no brown bread ( this store has two isles of bakery products and an in-store Bakery) You couldn't make it up.

What more can I say other than the title of my opinion. We recently moved to Eastwood and with a morrisons being within walking distance I figured I would try a shop there, wish I hadn't!! Produce was not that great, meat was mega expensive (overpriced) and my weekly shop was almost double! I also found it hard to navigate as was not in what I call a logical order. Plus it was very old and outdated, felt like I'd gone back in time. Trolleys were strewn around the car park, do they not employ someone to mange the trolleys here?

Sat down for a coffee for myself with two meals for the kids. The table we sat on was filthy and so were the two tables either side of us. This would have been understandable to a degree if the place hadn't been empty. My coffee from the machine was lukewarm as were the kids meals. Avoid

Don't expect anything amazing. It's a basic food place for a bite to eat. Although the breakfast is good. And the value is spot on. Tea is crap. Cheap rubbish tea, it's not Yorkshire tea!!!!!

Went for some flowers today for my mums birthday and there was about 4 bunches that looked dead Said to the lady on the till and she said loads had complained today even though they had a delivery they couldn't have had many. Ended up going to asda so morrisons needs to take a page out of there book

Was disgusted the cutlery was dirty.the lady preparing the food was picking at her ears then carried on withe food no gloves or hairnet. Another lady at the till used a cloth to wipe her shoes then with the same cloth she wiped the sides.couldnt believe what I was seeing.never will I go there again.

Went to get the shopping in this morning with the wife n thought! ! Ye let's get a breaky n brew after the shopping done. Well never again EVERY knife fork spoon was disgusting food all under cooked ?? The staff all looked like there uniforms were 20yrs old n grafted! Even saw the lady who was on the till wipe her shoe n front of her trousers leg with a cloth which she then used to wipe the tables with!! WOW?? SO People it's up to you but I'd say never again

I've been here lots of times after doing my food shopping and the breakfast always seems fine and the hot chocolate but I've never eaten anything from the lunch time menu so can't comment what other things are like.

So I decided to check morrisons cafe out what I seen left alot to be desired food all over the floor dirty tables and staff not really that bothered I was lucky I only wanted a coffee but I would not fine in there I have a saying if the front of house is dirty then whst exactly goes on in the back and I'm speaking as a former restaurant and bar manager so I do expect to sit and dine in a clean environment....one last thing it was not busy at all and staff lacked motivation

Lovely cafe, got order wrong,scraped the offending potatoes off and replaced with chips, pleasant surroundings, cheap freshly cooked food, and polite if not very attentive staff.

Lord, there are some challenges the stomach cannot stomach, and dinning here is about as desperate as it gets. There is nothing here that is individual or has any hint of freshness. From the stale tasting over processed meals to the over microwaved so called food. Feels like this is where the out of date food goes to die. The staff are also morosse and uninspired. Someone needs to inject some love here. It seemed to be full of senior citizens, who deserve better than what is being served. It has just been renovated but, there is no love here what so ever. Where is the love baby?

There was five of us went in for a quick bite. Someone asked for Sprite but they said they didnt have any (even though the pop dispenser had the sticker for it) so we asked for Lemonade, dont have that either, 'so we can have Coke then? Yes, or I can get you a bottle of Sprite' yes please, couple of minute later she returns, slams it on the counter and says 'Theres ya Sprite'. So we start to order, there's no one else in the queue and only a couple of people already eating seated yet one of our group was till served raw burger, after taking it back to complain she just looked at it and said 'Oh sorry, I'll have to make you a new one', We watched her tell the manageress who didnt even bother to come and say sorry. Two of our group waited 50 minutes before asking where their food was, to be served AFTER two couples that came in after us. Food was ok, when it arrived and was cooked but staff were unhelpful and rude, except for a smaller lady who was doing all the running round, she was very polite and helpful. Plus menu states free drinks with meals over £4.50, but they charged us for them... The 'quick bite' took over an hour to be served and re-served and eaten :/
