2 Large pasties , good price quite a busy little shop which is good to see small businesses supported well

After being put off by the queues surrounding the pasty shops on Newquay's main drag, we found the quiet Morris Pasties literally just off the main street. We tried the traditional steak and cheese and onion pasties, which were hot, well filled, very tssty, and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit if a Cornish pasty is on your holiday list

Great pasties that we’re fresh out the oven and tasted delicious, lovely customer service. Just wish the pasty had more delicious meat in it!

I had the chicken stuffing one and my husband and son had a cheese and onion. Mine was packed with chicken and the stuffing was potato and a creamy sauce. I thought it was going to be stuffing like in a roast dinner but this was better. My husband and son enjoyed theirs.

We'd heard good things about Morris Pasties and certainly the shop is very nicely decorated, attractive and welcoming looking. Unfortunately the reception from the lady was little more than frosty which was off putting especially as the shop was completely empty when we visited. We bought a traditional steak pasty and a mediterranean vegetable pasty (£3.50 each). The pastry was nice, (certainly nicer than Warren's which tends to be quite dry) but the amount of filling was very mean and so the pasties had a flat, floppy appearance. That, coupled with the premium price and very unwelcoming staff means I don't think we'll bother to visit again.

I really enjoyed the pastie from Morris, but the rest of my family felt there was too much pepper in the mix. If you like paper and spices the pastie are a good quality. If you do not like Pepper, go elsewhere.

Have tried several bakers in cornwall in search of the best pasty. We had the traditional and the medertrainian vegetable, both were epic but the traditional was so good we went back for a second. As well as this, there was no queue which we found to be shocking as, to be honest, the bakers in the surrounding area looked sub par.

I am currently staying in newquay working and tried to find a pasty shop open during lockdown, then happened upon this place. Their pasties are really nice, better than warrens up the road, and far better than the pasties in constantine surf shop!

Me my husband and toddler love the pasty’s here. They are so full of flavour and the shop is lovely too. We came back again today for more and to stock up on a few for our long car journey home. It’s just a stone throw from the central high street on one of the roads down to the Blue Reef aquarium. We tried so many pastors on our trip and these ones really stand out. There are so many pasty shops in Cornwall and it’s probably very hard to stand out, this one does. I would avoid all the chains with big signs and claims to have won best pasty of the year because they won’t live up to a pasty from here! We particularly loved the cheese and onion, so cheesy), chicken and stuffing and traditional!

You have to have a cornish pasty in Cornwall and this place was highly recommended. We had an original pasty, a minted lamb and a steak and stilton one. Kids had 2 sausage rolls and some crisps and drinks and it came to around £20. Great price and great pasties...good size, filling and tasty. Highly recommend and will visit if in the area again

OK - I am very, very particular about my pasties! I grew up enjoying my Newlyn born Grandmothers pasties and so the bar was set very high. Now living in the US, a good pasty is hard to come by but I wasn't disappointed by Morris. These were the real deal, the right combination of seasoning and ingredients and a pastry that didn't overwhelm. Cornish perfection!

What a nice little find, my partner and I wanted to try a famous pasty being in Newquay.. and this little place defiantly delivered. Fresh out of the oven, large, beautiful pasties. The man running it was very friendly and pleasant to talk to, nice place to drop into for a light bite and a coffee. The fudge looked delightful too!

We asked locals where the best pasties were and they sent us to Morris Pasties. We were not left disappointed at all. The pastry is nice and crispy, unlike most places where it's soggy and greasy and the filling was amazing. HUGE chunks of beef and there is a generous amount of filling. I will definitely go back for more next time I'm in Newquay.

Overall good value and they do good coffee and also close to Towan beach so very handy. If your looking for good cornish pasties look no further.
