The management here is extremely rude. ‘Sam’ in particular. He does not know how to treat people. I feel like I was treated differently to the other girls due to a prejudice. I would not recommend to anyone.

Went with the missus and a couple of friends after finding it on Groupon. You'll find it in the most random place in Hayes, inside of a small hotel. The inside of it looked quite nice, especially the shisha cafe part at the back. But I have to say, for a Saturday night, it was quite empty. Which is why I'm not suprised that the promise of live entertainment on a Saturday night wasn't fulfilled. As for the food, it was a strange one, because they didn't seem sure what was supposed to come with the voucher. We were supposed to have cold mezze to start, mixed grill to share and then finish with some Moroccan tea. It took half an hour for the starters to arrive, the baba ganoush was really tasty though, everyone liked it. And then the grill came, he brought out the kofta first and we waited another 5 mins for the rest of the food to come out. The portions were very good and the food was actually very tasty so no complaints there. But the small plates that we had used for our starters were also the same plates we were supposed to eat our mains on. I had to ask the guy for a bigger plate to eat on, and he just brought me the one, which I found really strange. We finished up and although my friends wanted to go elsewhere for shisha, I told em we should at least try this place out. So we went to the back, the shisha wasn't too bad, especially priced at a very reasonable £15 with an option to re-head for £6.50. I think they forgot about the mint tea that was supposed to come with the voucher, as I had to ask them for it. I'm not sure what was wrong with the tea, but it was so weak even after getting them to put another 2 teabags in the pot. It honestly tasted like mint flavoured water. Anyway, it was a good chill, so the overall night was pretty decent, but I'd be lying if I said I'd be coming back here.
