This is the best chippy we have found in MK. Once again, I ordered for the Central MK W.I. Birthday meeting. The order was taken, checked, and ready for collection at exactly the right time. Thank you and see you again soon.

Great fresh cooked fish, friendly staff but the worst chips I’ve attempted to eat that I can remember. If you’re charging £3.50 for them, you would expect them to be edible. These were rock hard and obviously been left over from the day before. Despite being hungry they went into the bin. I’d go again but only if I could check what I’d be paying for.

Christmas eve. Sent my son for fish and chips for the family,after the usual over long wait he returned home with our order,a piece of cod was missing but had been paid for. He couldn't be bothered to go back,and we shared what we had between us. If they are only interested in online/Deliveroo/Justeat orders put a sign up so the walk in mugs don't bother wasting there time. This has happened every time we have used this shop,a shame as the food is not bad. My last time there I wasn't even acknowledged by the six or seven staff as they frantically made up delivery orders in an empty shop. After ten minutes,it felt longer,I sarcastically enquired whether they took walk in orders,I was told yes,then ignored again,so left. Even a "we'll be with you soon" would have gone a long way. Rubbish customer service.

The fish we have had from here is excellent and the batter is really light, like tempura. NB: The cod portions are incredibly enormous if you only have an average appetite. They are also able to cater for groups. The Central MK Women's Institute enjoyed cod, plaice and chips delivered for our 21st Birthday meeting yesterday.

Bit more expensive than others but size of portion was out of this world single large cod and chips cost nearly £10 but

Extremely angry and frustrated, every time we order from here, we either get cold food or missing parts of our order. The first occasion that this happened was 2 misisng curry sauces, the second time my mum and grandad had cold fish and the chips were pretty much stone cold, the third time was my nuggets were missing and we had come back this time as we hadn't been for a while and yet again we got missing food- we ordered 4 large sausages, 2 large chips, 1 regular fish, 1 chicken burger with lettuce and onions and mayo, 10 pcs nuggets and onions ring and curry sauce. Got back home and dishes out the food and saw my grandad had no fish so my mum had to drive back to be told 'sorry we are training' and when my mum got back, her dinmer was then cold and everybody else had pretty much finished their meal which spoilt a nice family meal. We don't care if they are training, it doesn't give them any right to forget parts of someone's order and don't use the excuse of 'we're training' as a reason, you have the receipt in front of you, if you forget ... check the receipt. If they are training then you need someone who is experienced and knows what they are doing watching them and checking that the orders are right and checking the items off the receipt as they put it in the bag before handing it to the customer ... absolutely disgrace. we won't be coming back and ordering for you guys ever again.

For more than 20 years my favourite fish and ship shop has been French's Fish and Chips in Wels next the sea. We have an annual pilgrimage there at least once a year. We take international visitors and friends there. I've heard good things about Moores, and during the pandemic I am trying to support local business. I have ordered from them twice now and the service and food have been excellent. Mouthwatering white fish delicately covered in a really light batter both times. Chips tonight that were lovely and hot 'proper' fish shop chips. Generous with salt and vinegar sachets both times to personalise your order. Very generous portions. Nothing not to like! I'll be making fewer trips to Wels.

went to get moore's fish and chips for dinner and normally they are very good but not so much this time, ordered 7 nuggets, 2 onions rings, 3 large fish, 4 large chips, 2 burgers. first of all they forgot to put in my nuggets into our bag with the rest of the food so had to walk back to the store near me and get them and was told they got put into someone elses bag and apologised then second when i got back, was told my mom's and sister's fish was cold, no warmth at all so they had to reheat it in the microwave and some of the chips were cold too but other than that everything else was ok, very disappointed.

Absolutely delicious! Large portions and great service. Would thoroughly recommend Oxley Park Moore's Fish and Chips!

All branches are first class. All cooked fresh to order. Portions are enormous. One large fish and chips serves 2 adults comfortably, and the mushy peas are very good
