Lovely old fashioned pub, in a lovely place. staff are great and locals ae very friendly. only gave 1 star for food because I don,t think they do any, apart from crisps etc. just like the good old days!

Brilliant pub and next to high street Jonny and Trish are friendly and welcoming live tv sports with darts and jukebox toilets are ok 2nd time visiting today and alot quieter than it was on carnival played darts and put 13 bangers on the jukebox I also watched England here last time I was here such a lovley atmosphere

Lovely little pub, in fact it's a favourite place to stop for a drink after a dog walk or a mooch in the town. No food available but you can bring your own in, so grab a bag of chips and enjoy them with a pint!!

Classic and we'll run traditional pub in MK. Landlord is friendly and welcoming to new people, and there's always some regular locals to talk with.

Lively and cosy pub on a Saturday night. Watch out for the low beams throughout. If you are shorter than 6'3" you'll be ok. Any taller and you'll need to be extra careful!

Great food from King's comfort food. Pub not so great, sticky tables, loud rude locals, not very welcoming or comfortable environment to eat it. Wouldn't return but would definitely order take away food from King's comfort food!

Nice little pub in an oldish house, with open mic evening and a peaceful back garden. My picture here is from summer when they have an inflatable at the back. It's a very small pub so it can be busy at times. Friendly enviroment and nice beers!

All the charm of a very old inn. Some parking on site. Plenty of spaces in surrounding roads. Very friendly staff. Beer gardens front and back. Frequent music events, family barbeques with bouncy castle. Children welcome. 2 mins walk from restaurants and chip shop. Great place to meet friends.

O my god. The bad language that comes from the people out side. The bar maid who is just going to start working she has been drinking. The other bar maid working spending most of her time out side smoking.

Played here at open mic session. Parking can be a little cramped, but inside a great atmosphere and would happily visit again.

Walked here from for an early evening drink. Well kept directors ale along with good lagers and prosecco. Did not but seemed to have a varied menu. Also pub is dog friendly

Popped in on a weekday to grab some food and a beer. They have hot bar snacks. we Shared some mushroom, stuffed jalapeños and chicken tenders. Everything was piping hot and came with great selection of dips and sauces. Lovely friendly bar staff and great when the fire is roaring. :)

Awesome, old world, cozy pub with a great selection of drinks. Occasionally live music and open mic nights perform with regular events taking place throughout the year. Very nice, old British style public house!

A lovely, homely feeling pub. Nice to see an open log fire on the go.Even with additional electric heaters we still felt a little chilly here on a Saturday afternoon in February.

What a lovely little pub in Newport Pagnell, had my nan's wake there on 21/1/16 and the lady of the pub was great the food spread she done was lovely all family enjoyed it, service was great to all out needs Thank you all would definitely go again and recommended to all .

Stopped in for a quick beer while waiting for a takeout. The pub was very quiet but we had to wait while the barmaid finished her conversation with a small group of regulars seated at the end of the bar.

Came here at the beginning of July for a pub lunch with my Husband and the experience was shocking... -Rude staff -Dirty floor and decor -Bland food -Poor service -filthy toilets There isn't anything positive I can comment on. Will defiantly not be recommending this establishment nor will I be returning!

...meaning crap... I went there for dinner, but the 2 waitresses there were standing behind the bar doing nothing and pretty reluctant to even talk to us and take our ordering... Moreover, I cannot say they were busy, as most of the people in the city were in the 2-3 other pubs (just across the street)! NOT my recommendation...

My wife and I generally eat at The Coachmakers on a Sunday. My wife in particular enjoys the food. There is no Sunday roast but a wide selection of meals on the very varied menu. The food is always cooked to order and therefore hot, and the portions are not small. The all day breakfast is excellent, as is the Frog in a Pond and my wife really enjoys the chilli wrap. The drinks prices are not bad either. Well worth a visit.

Had an excellent meal and nice bottle of wine, not overpriced either. A leisurely meal without being rushed, staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Recently re-painted, as of the age where you cannot do much to a Grade II listed building without extensive planning permission. Pretty garden and a quiet ambience.

Called in at lunchtime, pub was not busy. Has a fairly extensive menu and I choose Hunters Chicken ( £6.25) which came with a large stack of fries and salad. very enjoyable and filling. Will be taking my wife so she can try the menu. Had a pint of Czech lager which was £4 a pint. Ouch!! If they could do something about their beer prices I would go more often. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Worth giving a try.

We love this pub. Ok, so it is in desperate need of a makeover, but the food is amazing value and we've never been disappointed. The bar staff are very welcoming and the old building is quirky. I just wish they would spend some money on the place, it really deserves it.

The food served here is 'amazing'. Generous portions, freshly made. Good value for the amount of food you get. I go here at least once a week for lunch. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

I love love love this place, I grew up in a pub and it takes me back, lush food, the friendliest of people, great service and just a fun place, all pubs now are becoming pretentious, but not this one, I just love it

Good traditional food at really good value. Staff are always friendly and willing to adjust the menu to sort you. Serve a yummy breakfast and the best cheeseburger. Eat here alot at the weekends. Their drinks are reasonably priced as well.
