Awful. Ordered at 9.25pm, didn't deliver despite numerous attempts on justeat. Pathetic service. Avoid at all costs.

Food was not as good as we’ve had. dont read customer comments as no sauces…Pizza had a weird taste this time. Delivery fantastic but not a good sign for a takeaway on a Saturday half 5 to be delivering in 15 mins

Very disappointed with this meal last night. The meat was super salty, and lamb tasted absolutely disgusting! That donor meat was also really fatty and made up of tiny little bits. I was supposed to get several meats also but I didn’t. The first time we ordered it was lovely. Shame.

last time we got Donner meat from here it was a absolutely gorgeous, proper quality lamb meat and thinly cut , however we ordered 2 Donner kebabs tonight and the meat was the plastic and rubbery cheap Donner meat so disappointed put me off ordering again. now thought we had found a winner

Absolutely discusting customer service .. placed a £30 order for them to cancel it on me because I asked for the donner meat to be cooked a little extra on the grill . When rang up they told me I wasn’t f*ckin getting it and slammed the phone down .. what a pathetic place and people !! Iv heard your foods sh*t anyway !!

This is the best kebab I have ever had!!! The quality of the meat was honestly so good! The lamb actually tasted like lamb, unlike most I have had. The portion size was great., you actually get a large. I couldn’t finish it. I won’t be going anywhere else for my kebabs. Keep up the good work. The delivery driver was nice also :)

We received our order from one of the neighbours. It was delivered to the wrong address. Neighbour took it in just in case someone in her household had ordered it. She checked no they hadn’t so began knocking on doors

First time ordering from here absolutely stunning will definitely be ordering again. Also the delivery driver was very pleasant and the extra cost of the food was well worth it and value for money. Highly recommended and actually decent quality food and not your average takeaway meat. Keep up what your doing your easily one of the best around.

never been let down always delicious kebabs especially... and I absolutely enjoy the sucuk... I always order a side order aswell as the mixed delicious kebab 🙂🙂... I've never heard or tasted Sucuk until Montana menu 😋

I recently had a disappointing experience with a food delivery service that I've frequently used without issue until now. The delivery driver left without handing over my food after waiting only 1 minute and 44 seconds for me to answer the door. At that moment, my partner was indisposed in the bath, and I was on an urgent call with a client. Following this incident, I visited the restaurant in person to seek a resolution, hoping to either get my food order or a refund for both the food and delivery charge. Initially, the staff seemed receptive. However, when I requested a refund for the delivery, the situation escalated negatively. Despite maintaining a polite demeanor throughout the interaction, not only was I refused any form of compensation, but also, when I reiterated my request for a refund, the person I was dealing with forcibly took a bag of food from my hand and rudely told me to leave the premises. This behavior was not only shocking due to the financial loss and inconvenience but also deeply unsettling due to the aggressive and disrespectful treatment I received when trying to resolve the issue—a stark contrast to the quality of service I had come to expect from this establishment.#

Chicken was chargrilled to point of being burnt and the nan bread was soaked in grease from the doner. Also, the chips were soggy.

I’ve had a lot of chicken and doner kebabs in my time…but this is easily up there with one of best I’ve ever had! Unreal will definitely be back! Even the chips was 10/10

Over priced to be fair. Sorry. Really wanted to like it. 46.00 for four kebabs. No extras. Just kebabs and basic salad. Need to up your game 🥲

By far the best takeaway in Newton, possibly the whole North West. Food is so delicious it’s actually addictive. Delivery drivers are very fast (food always comes early) and they are very cheerful and polite (don’t forget to tip them!).

I always go this place but I hate to say this time wasn't up to scratch , it was cold and the chips were soggy and undercooked , very rushed and I'm disappointed this time unfortunately, its usually top notch aswell ... Shame

The best around.Tried pizzas,kebabs ,calzones etc.... Nothing else in my area comes close.....I'd recommend the house kebabs with garlic mayo and melted cheese on top....wow. Also the garlic bread (any kind) is awesome too.......can't get enough of the place.....

The reason I marked down on delivery time was, our food was delivered to the wrong house. The driver just handed it over and went Our neighbour rang the shop and they told them which house it should of been and the neighbour delivered it. I rang the shop to complain (good job we have honest neighbours) got no where they don’t seem to think their driver was wrong.

Ordered from here first time, always in Newton le willows n didn't know about this place. Brilliant food indeed, will come again, ordered the Combi for 7.90 Hashbrowns x2 onion rings x2 spring roll x2 cheese stick x2 helium x2 secuk x4 garlic mushrooms x3 with all salad I will be back

The pizzas here are expensive but you get what you pay for and the pizzas here are delicious.

We order here all the time but tonight the food arrived late and cold/soggy.

I ordered the Kofte and Sucuk kebab with chips and a tub of chilli sauce, and I must say, it's the best kebab around this area by far. Most places just use mass produced naan bread but Montana's make it fresh and you can tell the difference straight away. The meats were really good quality, fresh and full of flavour, and loads of fresh salad (lettuce, tomato, cabbage, cucumber, red onion). I usually get pizza from Montana, which is also better than most places around the local area, but this time I thought I'd try a kebab. 10/10 will be ordering the same again. Good portion sizes, hot temperature when it arrived, great value.

Annoyed that I’ve not found this place sooner. New favourite for takeaways that’s for sure.

The whole food i ordered was delicious i can't fault it . Delivered really early was hot no mess n absolutely delicious food tasty n sauces were in big pots not tiny ones we got mayo over my Donna kebab where as with many you don't..the burger was very very nice indeed not too spicy just right for me loved it n I could taste everything that was on it including the burger with many other takeaways you can't. The whole experience was fab 100 percent .I'll be using this as my permanent takeaways for burgers n kebabs n more from now on . Thank you

Gorgeous pizza and the garlic bread and cheese is the best I've tasted!

Burnt cheese on top hardly cooked pizza bases. When we rang and said the cheese was that burnt we couldn’t eat it they said go through just eat for a refund as the shop are to busy to make us fresh pizza. So we threw it away (£40 order) and not just eat are putting up a fight refunding us. If the takeaway can’t handle the orders and give properly cooked food they should turn off the mobile ordering while they catch up on orders!

Has to be the best takeaway in the UK. The pepperoni pizza is the insane. Chips are so tasty and crispy. Homemade garlic mayo. Nothing else comes close to Montana’s. Arrived very quick too, within 25 mins.

Chicken Kebab was amazing but the deep fried chicken wings not so good, they melted the carton, but I will definitely order again 👍
