You were polite and empathetic at the start — you acknowledged their stress. Yes you left a voice message , but it was not clear and when i asked for more info, then i was met with an attitude . You keep pushing the narrative you were fetching my missing stuff … but the funny thing is - WHERE WAS IT ? 🤦‍♀️ Why didnt i receive it ? Why do i keep being met with “ well it was being fetched “ yet it never turned up ??? Its being used as deflection… source for a narrative to make yourself look kind , genuine and compliant …. Yet the items and you never turned up . 🤷‍♀️ You’re allowed to expect good service — and when it falls short, you’re allowed to walk away or be frustrated , nobody wants to carry the burden of anothers mistake , which the buisness was surely projecting onto you . Get their act together , and get their order correct first time , employ more help , more drivers …. If unattainable - lessen the scope , Less projection when things go wrong.

I bought a large sausage and hash brown sandwich and a large sausage and bacon and it was not worth £12!! I had one hash brown on the sandwich when surely u should get 2 on a large..and the large sausage and bacon came with 2 sausages on it and scabby bacon for £6 a sandwich I’d expect a lot more than that!

The lady taking orders was rude. She gets upset, based from her ticking of the mouth sound, if the customer doesn't know if the order isn't stocked. She needs customer service training or just FIRE her! She is bad for your business.

My order was over an hour late. When the driver finally arrived he blamed me for putting the wrong postcode. When i checked the receipt the poatcode was perfectly fine. He then decided to be rude about it. Avoid this place.

Last time I ordered the food was great but I ordered today and it was absolutely shocking the only decent sandwich was the ham salad one put the egg on it looked few days old the tuna one hardly had any tuna on it then the hot sandwiches was that horrible chucked them both in bin under cooked and tasted weird, I’m devastated about it as well because I loved the food from your shop but that’s done it for I won’t be ordering from there anymore, what a waste of money

Ordered large sandwiches with extras. Was called on the way to collect saying they had run out of large breakcakes and asking if it would be okay to have regular breadcakes. Did not receive the extra bacon and sausage requested and received no offer of a refund on the difference since I received cheaper items

spot on as always, don't know what butter is used on the breadcakes but it's really tasty. speedy delivery, instructions followed, friends delivery guy. can never fault monkhill sandwiches. extremely convenient eight now too given the fact we are fitting a new kitchen and no facilities to cook.

The food arrived and was all over inside of the box, the box was wet through with all tomoto and bean juice leaking the food was all mushed into one big pile and all the food we ordered was cold upon arrival

ordered from here as said 4.3 stars but I really wasn't happy with how undercooked the bacon looked and the food was damaged upon delivery as juice was bust all over in the bag. should really use divided trays or put tomato's and beans in separate tubs just completely ruins quality of the breakfast. but from what I have seen in reviews the company have a foul attitude to the bad reviews father than taking the criticism and using it to better their food quality

Said tried to deliver and ring never happened not once been waiting since I ordered no ring at my flat number and no phone call not one and then all I get is the contact over the phone basically saying I’m lying and just hanging up without resolving the issue

ordered chips onions and gravy (added extra cheese) I was enjoying them until ive noticed they put mushrooms in it which I'm allergic to so I've spent all my Saturday throwing up.

Really nice and good portions. Steak pie and gravy had tonnes of meat. Delivery was late but appreciate I am right on the edge of the delivery zone so knew it would be a while. Even though it was longer than JE said it would be the food was still piping hot and the delivery guy was lovely! Would definitely order again

I have ordered from here multiple times. Lovely food but service not great. I was accused of doing something via just eat that I didn’t do and they’ve said there no longer serving me or taking orders from me anymore. When I rang to resolve this the owner didn’t even have the decency to come on the phone to speak to me to clear this up which i think is highly unprofessional when I know myself I have not done anything wrong. I’ve done this review just because I’m slightly annoyed by this. Again food is lovely however service obviously on this occasion needs to be better.

Absolutely gorgeous pork dinner, arrived hot & was perfect size portion, my grand daughter had the chicken nugget & chips & she only left a couple of chips.

bacon had a horrible taste, hash browns were extremely soggy and greasy, the burger was mushy but the actual beef was really tasty, although the bread was awful. there was also no option to ask for a certain thing to not be included in the salad, in our case we couldn't ask for no tomato's.

Paid just under 6 quid for 6 little brownies which are £1 in home bargains,,,disgusting

The hot beef sandwich was one of the best I have ever had. There was lots of beef in it, lovely and tasty, juicy and no fatty bits. The New Yorker chicken burger was really tasty. It had tasty bacon and tasty chicken, melty cheese and the whole flavour was delicious. The price was excellent value for what we got. Will definitely be ordering from Monkhill Sandwiches again. Good tasted great, didn’t receive the vanilla slices though. Tried calling restaurant no answer but it’s okay just requested a refund for the vanilla slices. Not a major issue would order again can’t fault the food I received! Food even came early!

The juice tasted like it was wayyy out of date and like it was left in the bottle for years. It was horrible. The hash browns were black and soggy. Rest of it was ok.
