Never ever write reviews but this full service wasn’t good. First of all waited nearly 3 hours ordered through Deliveroo said they accepted and would take an hour I understand every shop gets busy but 3 hours. The food was flat cold, hardly no toppings on a sandwich. Ordered a toastie and I’m pretty sure toastie are meant to be toasted basically ended with tuna and cheese sandwiches not melted at all very disappointing.

Not really bothered about food but on asunday morning when were pining for a brekki and nobody else supplies top ratings all around best in five five towns

If I could give then 0stars I would the sandwich was small even tho I ordered large my food was ordered at 12.45 n I didn't get my food till 3 o'clock the food was vile and cold and when I called to ask where my food was was told its at lest 1hour delivery n its on its was she was rude,then when I asked why my food was cold she said they had trouble finding us its sat navs folt n not helpful at all n when your spending 40quid on food you expect better service 😑 I do not recommend this place to anyone and we will not be ordering again

Food looked like it was just thrown in the box with sauce dripping out, the sandwiches had soggy bread and were also just thrown together with no care. And to top it of MULTIPLE HAIRS WERE FOUND IN THE FOOD

Generally breakfast meals and dinner meals are good but noticing lately there now overcharging for things like 'Prime' drinks. I'm not a fan of those drinks but it does concern me that there overcharging for them. I generally get my food delivered via JE.

Absolutely appalling wait time for delivery and when food arrived it wasn’t warm at all. Had to heat in the microwave and you get 0 apology for wait time nor clap cold food! Want shutting down!

Had a School Reunion on the 1st November food was amazing delivered and nothing Wasted and great Value ,

Food wasn't the best the staff was absolutely rude with no manors. I ordered at 11:25am to then have to ring 3 times to check my order within 3 hours. Staff was so rude and insulting on the phone. I don't understand why uber eats stays with them. If you don't like your job it's hard times and sure someone else would love to make the reviews alot better 🤔

Ordered on just eat at 11 am I had to ring at half 12 knowing that they shut at 1 they kept telling me that it was being cooked and would be on way soon I then had to ring 6 times for the same excuses made. To it being cancelled after nearly 3 hours of waiting. Never again will I order from this place.

The worst sandwich shop in pontefract the most miserable staff. The food is so bland I’ll never ever order from here again first and definitely the last. I watched the young lass cutting the mushroom in the back through the door actually pick her nose and carry on. Disgusting place.

Gurl who answers phone is extremely rude, took my card details 2 times and not heard correctly as I was obviously giving her them straight from card. Hung up the phone cause of queue outside shop and refused to place order. I order from you all the time and she speaks this way all the time. Very rude won't be ordering again

Just ordered and when food arivved a man told me that they had run out of space raiders and gave me 50p even tho they only cost 20. Kind staff the person who delivered my order was really freindley and the food was so nice. Big portioned and fresh and walm ❤️ great service will be definitely ordering again !

I would recommend this place if you would like a sandwich. I have been ordering with them for the past 6 months and I wouldn't have it any other way. They are well mannered and polite. Will answer any query you have.

Suffering with covid and not eaten for 4 days. Half 7 at night and really fancied egg, and beans. Arrived really well wrapped and really hot. Enjoyed it like you wouldn't believe ! Thank you 😊

Waited nearly 2 hours for it to be delivered when arrived was cold...missing things what i had ordered rang them to tell them i wanted my money back for missing items..and they haven't brought my money back will never order from here again

We have stopped here a few times before and never been disappointed. Just recently on route for a long walk, my husband went in and ordered, spam,bean sandwich,I have the BLT. Both amazing sandwiches Friendly staff Wont go anywhere else now 10/10

Ordered breakfasts & coffee came first which was lovely. Very disappointed with the food. Toast was wet & soggy, meat was tasteless.

I live 500m away ordered woman on phone said 30 mins rang back after 50 to be told it would be 15 mins then to wait 25 more mins rang back was out for delivery then went to shop 10 mins after they said it had gone with another 8 deliverys so went mad... went back home waited another 10 mins for it to turn up flat cold with 2 starving kids avoid at all costs for delivery shocking customer serice

Ordered 12:05 and it’s now 2pm still not here happens every time although the food is nice they need to get another driver or something like that hurry up with my food absolutely starving 😵

Best sarnie shop in 5towns!!! Been here many times and I always go for the same thing every time!! I have never been disappointed!!

Seems to always have someone inside but I can't say I've had a brilliant meal from here. Tried a few times aswel but still dissapointed, especially with the delivery, over an hour wait for 5 toasties that turned up cold and they weren't toasties they were literally warm bread with a bit of cheese on. Not done in a proper toastie machine at all. Worst 20 quid you can spend. There's better cafe and butty bars about so look around

Wide variety of choice to choose from. The food was excellent and a very speed delivery also. I bought online through just eat and the driver then informed me that if I ordered directly online to them I would have got 10% off the total price which was nice to know. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Always great food and a great choice on the menu. Never had a bad meal here yet and have been using for years.

Good value especially if using their app. They are not very quick at answering the phone though, but still very good

Absolutely fantastic beef pie & mushy peas with chips & gravy with a cup of coffee. Beautiful, with lots of meat, enough chips to feed an army. The gravy was very tasty. Order had taken nearly 2 hours to deliver, chocolate was put inbetween the sandwiches and was completely melted and the bread was very soggy, really surprised because this place has got so many good reviews, complete let down and wont be ordering again.

Discussing service ... haven't ordered for over a month due to cold food and taking over 2 hours to deliver ... called given every opertunity to be honest ... explained not prev been happy can they deliver and when and would it be hot. Yes 30-45 mins and Defo would be hot. Called 45 mins later delivery driver wasn't back yet. Girl puts manager on I say what's happened to your service??? Answer... we work to a schedule we will not be delivering ??? OMG .... !! Customer service 0 food 0 delivery 0 will I order again NEVER !! According to facebook I'm not only own !!!!
