Excellent service and the menu was epic! Salmon and scrambled eggs are the one! Prices are very reasonable, lovely not to be ripped off. Definitely will be returning :)

We just love your cafe and Kitchen! Never disappointed. We usually have breakfast but today had lunch. It was gorgeous! We had the Haddock & Leak fish cakes beautifully served with hollandaise sauce and salad. Also the 3 egg omelette with spinach, feta , onion etc served with toast. We also had a bowl of chips between us. All of the food was top quality . We also had our usual tea which comes in individual pots and had more than two cups in . We always recommend Mondos to all our friends as where to eat in Otley. The final point and not least are the staff! They are all wonderful- so friendly and helpful. We eat out a lot and must say that it is clear your staff are very happy bunch not to mention the lady who sings occasionally too 😊

What a great find. Really lovely food with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options to suit all our requirements. We had the avocado on toast, raspberry french toast and vegan breakfast. All were delicious - clean plates all round. Will definitely visit again

Fantastic little spot with food and atmosphere a cut above your average cafe. Very well presented food and a good menu, really welcoming friendly and attentive staff creating a good atmosphere. I had the chorizo hash served with a poached egg and pesto which was lovely and had really good flavours. Will absolutely be visiting again the next time I venture towards Otley.

We were staying in Otley for 3 days. This is how good they are.... we ate breakfast there every morning. 😊 The food in here is far superior to any top restaurants I've ever been in. It is run by a family and the owners business partner. You can feel a happy family vibe. This place is clean, spacious and welcoming. Fresh, bright decor. Upstairs is catered for families with small children. They've thought of everything. Upstairs has comfy sofas nursing mums and for exhausted parents who can drink their coffee and chill, while children can play in the toy area that is provided. Inside the ladies is a changing area for babies (unsure if there was a baby changing in the gents,being a girl I didn't want to poke my head into the gents 😁) the attention to detail is 2nd to none! A basket is under the changing table which was kitted out in spare nappies, wipes, nappy bags, sanitary towels and tampons. How thoughtful! Now I'm a fussy eater and nothing was too much. I ordered porridge with Berries but didn't want the porridge heated. An odd request but they happily obliged and remembered my request the next time. ⁷The food is fresh and I'll repeat myself, is very well cooked and presented to an extremely high standard. The wait time is quite fast to say how freshly cooked it is. You can see into the kitchen and I watched the owner and chef dressing plates to perfection together until they were happy to ring the bell for the server to take out the food. We enjoyed the food so much we stopped in for a late lunch too. I had the chicken salad. This was not a bog standard chicken salad. It was exquisite. My partner had a chicken wrap and it defeated him. 😆 All staff seem very happy, friendly and work together well. Thank you for helping us have a great visit to Otley. ❤️

I wouldn't go again or recommend it! Staff weren't very efficient or friendly, not a nice experience as we left one shouted very loudly have they paid? ( of course we had)

Our meals were certainly home made and well presented, very different from the many chain cafes found on most High Streets. Nice surroundings with more upstairs seating and well maintained toilets. As visitors to the town we would certainly return.

I had a great vegetarian breakfast in Mondo, really tasty, locally sourced food, lovely staff and the best coffee in Otley!

I recently had Brunch at Mondo Kitchen & Coffee House and really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and ambience. The layout is appealing, with lots of nice natural light from the double aspect entrances downstairs and the sofas and family areas upstairs. There was a nice mix of families, friends and couples, and dogs - it really is a place where everyone is welcome. The staff were friendly and professional with a high level of service. And most importantly the quality of the ingredients was much higher than other similar places. I will definitely be returning soon!

We visited on a Saturday late morning/ early lunch time with our little dog and 1 year old daughter. We sat upstairs as that was the only area with available seating, but I am glad we chose to do that as my daughter loved the little play corner/ kitchen. I ordered eggs benedict, my husband had a sausage sandwich and we ordered a toasted teacake for the 1 year old. They were all lovely, the dog was happy and even got a couple of treats. I would definitely recommend as not many places in Otley are dog *and* child friendly!

Monday, just after noon. The cafe was busy with one table having four young mums each with their young baby/toddler seated between them in high chairs all happily eating - I assumed they must be locals so that and the fact that the cafe was busy were good signs to me. My wife and I enjoyed coffee and eggs royale, which were delicious, in a lively and friendly atmosphere. The service was great. It only took 14 minutes to get back from Otley Bridge to Harlow Carr so we will be back.

Visiting Otley and came across this cafe/coffee shop. Went in and had a blt from their special board. It was very good and the service was very good also, especially a tall girl who was always smiling and very tentative without being over the top. We had two blt’s, carton of oj and two coffees for jus5 under £20 so also good value. Will visit again.

A wonderfully friendly and welcoming place to eat in Otley. We were a group ranging from 7 years old to 70+ and there was something for everyone to enjoy on the varied and reasonably priced menu. It is spacious and family friendly with sofas and a children’s play area upstairs. All staff were very attentive and professional and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic cafe experience! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious coffee. The breakfasts were divine, and the attention to detail in every dish was incredible. A must-visit for anyone and everyone. There is a selection of drinks to suit everyone, from coffees and teas to fresh juices, smoothies and many other soft drinks. Throughout my visit, their attentiveness and genuine friendliness elevated the experience from the moment we walked through the door to when we left hours later. It's evident they take pride in their work, offering top-notch service with a smile. Well done and thankyou to the team at Mondo!

Visiting Otley we came across what looked to be a lovely modern cafe, excellent service from the smiling waitress, we ordered a breakfast and the avocado on toast with feta and pear. The smashed avo was very good and presented beautifully, the breakfast was only warm and had garlic mushrooms on the plate this was not well received by my husband as he really doesn't like garlic, we were never asked if the food was ok, as we sat the man who was cooking came out and leaned on the counter biting his nails the girls then were eating sandwiched while making coffee and taking food orders, the other lady cooking was now on her phone in the kitchen area obviously a lull in customers this wasn't and isn't a problem, but what was alarming was no one washed there hands before starting cooking again. So the germs from nail biting and phone handling were then spread to the customers, I wish I had visited the toilet before we ordered as we definitely would not have eaten, can't find a hygiene rating for the premises, but definitely needs improvement. Have given a generous 3 because the waitress was lovely and my avocado was good.

Exceptional quality of food. The service was quick and efficient. I menu is really well crafted with something for everyone and I really like the Brunch concept, so you can get something tasty to eat at any time of the day. The children’s menu is also great and my little boy loved the pancakes. Highlight for me was the Chorizo Hash, it was magnificent. We will be back soon

Fantastic lunch in good surroundings, with attentive staff. The eggs royale were wonderful as was the smashed avocado with poached eggs.

What a great social place to meet friends and family. A great choice of teas, coffee etc., snacks and bistro like food which is served by friendly and attentive staff at your table. The menu is varied, from toasts to the delicate brunches. I had the Mondo Chorizo hash and it was delicious with tomatoes, pesto and included a perfect poached egg - certainly my favourite. Have a look at the excellent, acceptable priced menu. Everything is yummy, so I’m going gradually to try them all!

Absolutely delicious food. I had the smashed avocado with roasted pears and feta, it was amazing! This was our first visit, will definitely be back soon! Highly recommend

Really enjoyed our brunch at this cafe. Our daughter enjoyed the toys. Plenty of space for a pushchair and great baby changing facilities (nappies and wipes in case you forget!). Food was also great - loved the breakfast wrap.

This is such a find! I am an avid “bruncher” and like nothing more than drinking a latte and eating something tasty whilst being served by knowledgeable and polite staff! Mondo delivers on all the above. The atmosphere is relaxed, the decor not over bearing, the staff friendly and attentive but the food, my word, the flavours that I experienced in my “Turkish egg” dish were our of this world. Too many brunch menus sound wonderful but don’t deliver, but this place does in bucket loads. It is incredibly reasonably proved too so if you are looking for a feeding stop, get yourself to Mondo’s!!!

We have visited this cafe lots of times. Every single time we have excellent food, service & drinks. My favourite cafe in otley! The hummus eggs are amazing! And the coffee is always delicious. Keep up the good work!

Great cafe which is both dog and child friendly. Been for lunch a few times and took my little girl today. Brilliant menu for children, she had a huge cheese toastie which came with cucumber and apple sticks. Fantastic service we will be back.

Outstanding service from friendly staff served with delicious food. Family and buggy friendly. Four legged friends welcome too. This was our second visit and we'll certainly be calling again.

I’ve visited the cafe about 5 times now since it opened in summer 2023. The first few times were great. Yet the last few visits have been really disappointing. Food was burnt, things missing and often cold. I think the coffee and cake is amazing....

Mondo coffee is delicious and reasonably priced, especially compared to the other cafes and chains in Otley. The staff are very welcoming and easy to chat to, I look forward to trying the food next!

I have been in a few times now, and each time has been a lovely experience. All the staff are so welcoming and the food and drinks are generously portioned and tasty - especially the hot chocolate!
