Exceptional staff and service, always a fantastic pint poured. Cleanest lines in the area, will always be my favorite even though I don't get out as much as I'd like to! Couldn't recommend enough! Best in st Mary Church

only one own beer on at the moment. Of course the normal beers are all on. Nice back yard away from tourists. A little rough around the edge's.

Pub great need to put a lock on the gents toilet because anyone can walk in when your on the toilet

Service ok. Guinness very average. Background music ok. TV's showing Olympics.

Best place for a pint and the beer garden is amazing. Cinema screen showing football, festivals and anything significant. Strongly recommend.

A traditional pub that focuses on live music As a result, things like a pool table had to be sacrificed. OK, when there's something on but a bit lifeless when thers not.

Warm welcome, just had a couple of drinks, my partner enjoyed watching the cricket.

That feeling when you walk into a pub and everyone stares at you like an alien!! The staff were friendly and helpful but we couldn't wait to make our apologies to our friends and get out!!!

Fantastic Pub - Great atmosphere on the drinks were very reasonable prices and served promptly by the wonderful staff - I visited here before I was on my way to the home of Torquay United FC at Plainmoor - Lots of fan use it before a home game!

Nice bar plenty of tvs for the footy etc feels like an Irish bar but not quite up to that full Irish feel, almost like they intended to be one and then lost interest. Still a nice little bar for the sports

Nice busy locals pub showing sport on the TVs around the pub. Friendly staff and great real ales from Bays brewery. Next to the Co-op and bus stop at the start of the shopping precinct.

A brilliant place in St Marychurch near Babbacombe. Plays background music of quality and a good sound level never too loud. A live music venue that serves great lagers Ales and ciders. LORENA is an amazing Barmaid one of the best I have had the pleasure to meet. She is super friendly quick on service really approachable and informative too, great tattoos too!!! It has it's own brewed Ales Platform 5 Brewing Company Ales. The Coaster session IPA 4% Western Golden 5.2% Whistle Blower 4.6% Also stocking rattler John Smith's moretti  and Brixton Reliance pale ale As well as Fosters Korev Amstel Heineken Kronenburg Thatchers gold and Guinness It has a really old feel with wooden tables and chairs and seated areas bar stools too. Dogs are very welcome slabbed floor and carpeted areas Well worth a visit for sure. Enter and enjoy.

Old established pub. What my daughters call an "old man's pub" which suits me because I am an old man.

Great place! Good atmosphere even at quiet times. Staff are real people, and are fun! You can get a 10% discount card for weekday beers which is a nice bonus. Real ales, are okay, I always prefer a choice and there are more than a couple to choose from. Great for an evening with a couple mates or even a crowd. And fair prices even before discount card, also a large outdoor area which hosts the weekend music in the summer.

Friendly,warm and NICE CRISPS... I have yet to visit on a busy night when they have a live band" But I will deffo need to get 1 planned!" Open to you all....old,young,locals,travellers,groups of small and ye so tall
