One of the few reasons to actually pop into Oldham town centre nowadays, sadly. Good varied menu choice, never been disappointed with the food, been for breakfast, lunch & tea 🤩

This is a lovely place to eat. Being a pescatarian I often find menus quite limited but not here. Molinos has a wide and varied vegan,vegetarian and gluten-free choice of food. My personal favourite is through vegetarian breakfast. Staff are always attentive and welcoming and the food is fresh and served quickly. Can't rate it highly enough.

Sorry the Nasi Goreng is more like sticky rice. As you know goreng mean fried but this 🙈. And the chilli sauce taste so weird. The service and the atmosphere is nice. You should try it but just not the Nasi Goreng.

Excellent service and food at reasonable prices

We like lounges and it was our first visit to this one as we were passing through. It was nice inside but just lacked a bit of background music. Service was a bit slow and I got my meal 5mins after my partner got his. The food was spot on as usual, I tried something different (the lamb kofta flatbread) and it was delicious. We would definitely go back again.

This is our go to place for breakfast or lunch when in Oldham. The food is really really good and the staff are lovely and very helpful if you have allergies. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

What a great place for breakfast/brunch. Lovely staff, atmosphere and most of all the food. Everything was cooked perfectly and I was amazed at the prices and value for money. The lounge eggs with portobello mushrooms and spinach were gorgeous. The coffee is great too and nothing is too much trouble. Overall a perfect place to dine in Oldham.

Does good options for vegetarian food. Nice deco. Lovely dim lighting.

Could not recommend this place any more than 5stars all round. We and my mum went for Quiz night last week and it was the loveliest time and experience. Everyone was attentive to our table and ensured we were enjoying the food. Not to mention I'm vegan and we had the 3 dishes of Tapas each. It was wonderful food made better with the best atmosphere. Will be revisiting as soon as possible 🤗

Good atmosphere. Flooring is from schools and the building has interior design suggesting it was an old police station possible history here on the side of the old town Hall. Staff lovely and friendly, prices reasonable, best tuna melt I have ever eaten. Would recommend.

Excellent food good value in pleasant surroundings with helpful staff.

A good size menu of hot and cold food. I've tried a few different options here. Most were really nice, the only one I was disappointed with was the buttermilk chicken, as I found it a little tasteless.

Don't know how to make a mojito.. too much ice, couldn't drink much due to too much ice and no sugar.. £8.50 charged. Can get a can for 99p that tastes better. Disappointed.

Very poor quality food. I had the lamb kofta flatbread. The meat was dry, overcooked and pretty tasteless. Frozen, dry fries, only contributed to the disappointment.

Brilliant place. A hybrid of restaurant and meet up venue, the place has games nights and quiz nights. The food is very good quality, from meals to lighter bites and sharing plates. The staff are wonderful and super friendly

I've been going here since the place first opened, some of the staff remember my drink order, which I find fantastic. I love this place. The food has always been great. A fantastic menu, amazing staff who have always been friendly and welcoming. My 6 year old son loves coming here too, the staff are brilliant with him. Without doubt the best place to go in Oldham 👌

I absolutely love this place!! I’ve always been for lunch but today I tried the breakfast and it was absolutely beautiful! It’s just the perfect kinda cosy vibes on a miserable day!! And the staff are always super friendly

Very very slow service. Also very loud music which is constantly playing in the background and makes talking difficult. They have posters everywhere advertising knitting groups and this that and the other. They would do better to just improve the speed of their service, which was incredibly slow. We waited 30 minutes for bacon and eggs. The food is nice enough, but quite pricey.

We have visited molino lounge many times in the past and enjoyed our visits, even though sometimes it may take a while to be served however today’s experience has solidified a no return from our family. As we entered we were greeted by a polite member of staff who let us sit anywhere and as advised we used the QR code on the table to place our order. The drinks arrived, 25 minutes after we ordered them. Coffees, cold. The food arrived 45 minutes after we ordered, again cold, I had to ask the waitress for the remainder of my food as she had left it sitting on the side. Mid way through our meal I decided to get a cold drink from the bar and stood for 15 minutes waiting to be served, one member of staff behind the bar making online orders and 2 others delivering food, there was no interaction, not an “I’ll be with you soon” “please bear with us” I stood and waited and to be honest I felt invisible as the 3 staff members walked around even after I addressed someone. Shambles. More staff needed as they cannot keep up with the rush hour.

Only popped in for a drink, beer was nice and cold on this rare warm day. Did not order food but aromas smelled good. On this day some new staff were being trained so service was a little slow but still friendly. Use this normally for a central meet up point before a night out.

Gorgeous gluten free varied menu.I visit with friends and also work colleagues as they cater for all dietary requirements.The staff are very helpful especially Chloe who’s friendly and hardworking

Absolutely hats off! What a fantastic place. I seriously can't wait to come again. Do they have musicians playing in the evening it would be so cool. Reminded me of the bars in district 2 Vienna. The food was beautiful, Service came with a smile and the decor I Absolutely loved. I sent picture to my interior designer friend. Well done. And in Oldham about time a decent place

Called in for a quick meal before going to a gig. food was lovely, we got 6 tapas dishes which were all lovely, the chicken wings especially were delicious, nice friendly staff too. will definitely go again.

My Dad and I called in last night, after a long time away. He was very pleased with the Tapas Tuesday offer and there was friendly service from Molly & Tilly (sorry if those names are wrong!) There was a slight delay/mix-up with my burger but it was sensibly resolved (and very enjoyable when it arrived) Will keep this place in mind when next passing though Oldham

Only popped in for a drink was surprised to see it so dead on a Saturday night. Staff were friendly drinks are a little over priced for what they are.

Really enjoyed this place, reasonably priced and really tasty food! Had the flatbread and sweet potato fries! Great for a week night, relaxed atmosphere.

Only ever had takeaway from molinos oldham, we have had 4/5 takeaways food had been great all but once, bang bang cauliflower was burned and 1 portion missing, it ws really busy so didn't call back. Also I have stood waiting to be served while I can see my bags of food going cold but have a go it's rather nice 😋

Not been here for years, used to be good so we tried to order through Deliveroo, Molino Lounge accepted the order at 9.15, then they cancelled it at 9.55! Can't tell you if the food is still good, but the customer service is very poor.

Nice food and pleasant surroundings. Didn't realise places in Oldham let dogs in! There was a lovely dog at the next table who was really well behaved. Lots of dog treats available too.

Met up for a meal 1 gluten free 1 vegetarian and 3 others every body was happy with their meals lovely atmosphere and reasonable price this was the first time we have been my husband really enjoyed his cowboy burger we will definitely go back a new favourite in Oldham There are vegan options on a different menu and vegetarian on the main menu a lot of choice plus lots of gluten free which is a big bonus

The review is mostly based on the food and service, because as far as atmosphere goes, we went there for breakfast on a rainy Monday morning, so not much atmosphere to speak of; but the place has good vibes. The food was delicious and the server accommodating to our requests and questions. I had the vegan breakfast with a sausage as extra, and it was all tasty. Also very impressed with the vegan selection overall, spoiled for choice, which is still a fairly rare occurrence.

Appallingy slow service and overcooked food.

Great selection of vegan food. Had a selection of 3 small plates which were all tasty. They were able to accommodate a vegan milkshake too. The place was clean with friendly staff. A decent price for portions and a variety of both food and drink choices. They had a separate menu for vegan and gluten free choices.

More bar esk than a restaurant but servers were friendly an OK place to stop and get a meal

Molino lounge is a new bar that is set in the old police station under the old town building. It appears to be quite a trendy place with friendly staff. A good choice of ales and also cocktails. I believe the menu and food is nice but have not eaten here

Just been in for drinks a few times and never fails to disappoint, not rowdy so can have a nice conversation. Staff extremely friendly and the whole establishment clean and welcoming.

I only gave the food a two because there's no halal food. Oldham is a diverse place. There should be something for everyone. I went with a large group of work colleagues and only got a drink whilst the others enjoyed hot food. More hala on the menu, please.

Can’t describe how fantastic this place is. Came last Saturday with friends and Georges and all the staff behind the bar treated us so kindly, like we were family. Food was equally as amazing: would highly recommend the burgers as the one I had was so tasty! I will definitely be back. Thank you everyone who works here.

My last 3 restaurant visits have all been the same, cook / prepare the bulk of the food off site fry and plate up to a specific house style, add salad and squeeze on some sauces out of a bottle. The food its self is fine, but has no soul, style and tastes manufactured. However, we had nice lunch and when ordering we asked for 2 potato and it should have been 1 potato and 1 sweet potato fries, when the manager came over we told him and he gave us another free portion of fries - thank you. The restaurant is set out as a miss / match restaurant of mixed furniture and tables and provides a nice feel, the food took about 35 minutes to arrive off the pass - a bit long for 4 meals in an lightly loaded restaurant. Would I eat here again - why not, its quite reasonable per person, easy eat food, and has no pretentions.

The unbeatable £5.95 lunchtime deal with panini and soup is served in good quality. And the decorations in the cafe is lovely which is worth a visit.

Eat here weekly, best place for vegan food in the area and full gluten free menu for those looking. Also dog friendly and ours loves coming too.

Been here a couple of times now really quirky decor and a cool vibe to the place I’m big into my coffee and their coffee is fantastic I believe it’s South American . Also every time I’ve been the food is brilliant highly recommend the best cafe / eatery in central Oldham

Food was nice. I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was well cooked. Hot when arrived and tasted good. Service was good. Not intrusive and polite when interacting. Due to the time of our visit the atmosphere was quiet and there was no interaction with any one outside out party. Just people having a meal with their people.

Been here lots of times and never been disappointed. The only thing I'm not too keen on is dogs in the restaurant while we're eating. Other than that the service is great and food is delicious

Mediocre food, had the Korean burger which was lacking flavour, eggs Benedict which was great, and tapas. We were given one of the wrong plates for the tapas but this was quickly fixed. The quesadilla was good but the rest was subpar. Nice atmosphere and good service though

Had to switch things up for dinner and this was a recommendation by a good friend since the weather was decent we came in to order food and sit outside. It's done by the on-line method which I'm not too keen on as it takes time going through to the payment method rather just tap and pay... Having tried the other restaurant at the top smoke yard my initial thoughts on the burger quality and size had been tarnished somewhat but as you can see by my photos the burger has a decent size. The flavour and quality also surprised me and I made a good choice also recommended or encouraged by my friend. The only let down was the water which is bottled at £2.45 and only 330ml.o have to call it robbery. 750ml is £4.50 which means one could buy an actual 24 pack of bottled water. Think that needs revising but apart from this good experience and will return again with my own water ahaha.

I think this place is beautiful. The staff are really nice. And I always love the food. Recent favourite has to be the Lounge eggs with mushroom and spinach. Loads of vegetarian options. Their fresh orange juicy is really nice too.

The jewel in Oldham's crown. Independent, cosmopolitan artisan cafe/bistro. Menu catering for all different palates and wonderful food served efficiently by friendly staff. I don't get her quite as often as I would like, something I must change.

Don't get me wrong the food was nice. However a waitress dropped 2 drinks in one of our bags and pretty much ruined the bag and it's contents. Accidents happen but there was no real apology or an offer ie discount off food or desserts etc as a way of an apology. Wouldn't visit this one again maybe just go to the Bury branch.
