Had such a good night in moda for bottemless brunch quick service amazing cocktails and food Highly recommend 10/10 😊😊😊

Thank you Rich and Kate for hosting my brother's surprise 40th Birthday Party. We hired Moda's function room (bar 206) upstairs with DJ (Who was fantastic), as a package. Everyone has commented what a great evening it was. Rich, Kate and the Moda staff were all involved with the surprise set up, including a projecor for a slide show. They were brilliant! Anyone looking for somewhere to hire out a party or a special occassion this is certainly the place for it! Cheers Rich, Kate and the Moda Team!

Food was its usual good quality but barely warm due to delivery time. Food didn’t arrive for around hour and half after I ordered. Even rang the restaurant after an hour as tracking still said “prepping”, was told the order had been taken over 10 mins ago. Tracking didn’t work and driver went to wrong address.

We went in for a lovely lunch and the food was delicious! The service was brilliant and i would 100% come again

I’m all about giving places a chance but this is the 3rd time I’ve been here and £6.70 for a pint of peroni that tastes like sucking a sweaty sock?! Yeah I don’t think so. Worst place for a beer in Hastings

Bottomless Brunch was amazing! Food great! No delay on flowing cocktails! Such lovely staff Kate and Rich are absolutely babes! 100% recommend!

Lovely food at a good price. Unique menu with some things I've not seen before, like Yorkshire pudding wraps. All at a very good standard and well presented. Very welcoming and friendly staff, well decorated and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend for an all round great service.

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, the food was delivered in a very timely fashion and was well presented and warm! The sports shown is entertaining and would definitely recommend to a friend!

After spending £45, food was STONE cold!! Have a pic of loaded chips if needed what a joke £8.50, they look like they have been reheated about 10 times. Tiny portion of skin on fries £4.50 and cold yet again. How disappointing I would like a refund.

Female mixologist was lovely and very informative when it came to the drinks they served. In particular the creative cocktails she created. I had 2 lovely mugs of mulled wine that didn’t disappoint. Her lovely bubbly demeanour was a pleasure to be around and enhances our viewing of the football. Would highly recommend the great drinks and great service.

Great food, friendly staff banging prices, what more dya need?

Absolute shambles! Got the wrong order and wasn’t offered anything to rectify this by the restaurant. Hope someone else enjoyed my dinner.

so disappointed as usually really good, but tonight both our meals were room temperature by the time they arrived, and my 'loaded' fries were just a load of fries with too much cheese and a few measly bits of chicken. very poor, hopefully not like this again otherwise that's another takeaway I won't be coming back to.

I ordered Moda and forgot to change the address as I was at my mum's! Just eat couldn't help but I phoned the restaurant a few times and they were absolutely amazing. They helped me sort out my error and I still managed to get all of the lovely food 🙂. The guy I spoke to was helpful, really friendly and phoned me back with exact delivery times as he promised. Honestly they were amazing and they never once made me feel silly, even though I was! Just eat were very unhelpful directly.

Food was freezing cold and clearly had been reheated as all containers were burnt! Chicken so hard and dry food was unedable. Poor show

Visited Moda many times. The food served is fantastic. The staff are very welcoming and the beer is always cold. Live sports showed in the bar. My wife has also booked the function room twice and had a fantastic time.

I am literally staggered. Ordered for delivery via Just Eat. It took nearly two hours to be delivered. They missed the delivery window twice. Not great, but these things happen. When it did eventually arrive, I had only ordered chicken wings and fries. Specifically wrote in capitals on the order instructions ‘NO SALT on fries please’. Opened the package - they were literally smothered in salt. To the point of glistening. Not just an average amount, but an amount that would be considered by most people as extra salt. I have a health condition where I cannot eat salt and can become seriously ill from it. Now pretty unhappy, I called Moda. The lady on the phone apologised and offered a full refund and told me to request it through the Just Eat app. I accepted. After the call I opened the wings - they hadn’t even provided the correct number of wings ordered, and what they had provided was freezing cold. Everything went in the bin as both wrong and inedible. Requested the refund as agreed. I’ve just had a text message back via Just Eat saying the restaurant refused the refund saying ‘sorry we were busy.’ I’m literally now fuming and will be visiting in person tomorrow to collect the refund that was offered and to speak with the owner. Appalling service - particularly when a customer specifically includes a health-based dietary intolerance request.

Delivery slot changed. Still later than the new slot. Nearly 2 hours since ordering. Order was wings and fries. Wrote in capitals letters for NO SALT on fries. When food eventually arrived the fries were smothered in salt (far more than would averagely be put on.) Couldn’t eat due to a health issue to salt. They went in bin. Chicken wings they gave the wrong number, too few. Tried one, was freezing cold. They went in bin. Late, wrong, cold, ignored dietary info. Terrible.

We were given the chance to try the new menu of cocktails- spectacular! The service was amazing and i will definitely back. Kayleigh makes the best cocktails exactly the way you ask for them. Service couldnt be better.

You took me for a drink on Tuesday… the free Jose Cuervo Craig David… so good it made me wanna rewind… will we be making love by Wednesday? The construction industry should be reeling from its loss. Great Guinness Will eat there next time

I had to make my own gravy, despite the description for Yorkshire wraps stating that gravy is included. If you charge almost a tenner for a wrap, and say gravy is included, please remember the gravy.

Great Bar! The food and service is excellent and the line up of beers is unrivalled in Hastings.

Amazing food that arrived piping hot

Went to watch a football game and had drinks and snacks. Great service and food. The mac & cheese and fried chicken were very tasty.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but it’s not cheap food but wanted a treat £35 later my late cold order arrived. You couldn’t separate the chips where the cheese had gone cold. Ordered the blue cheese burger but got some horrible cold burger with no cheese and some dark relish. The onion rings were of course cold but edible. I have ordered from here before and it was always delicious so was doubly disappointed. Maybe don’t load the drivers up so much

Lovely food as always. Frequently order from here as great food and usually good delivery times but was a 2 hour wait for food tonight unfortunately. Not good

The tall girl with short hair (I was informed her name was ‘little Leah’) could not have been more helpful. She was very friendly and made my day. The food was delicious and the drinks were very creative. I will definitely be returning here in the near future.

Food was cold when it arrived. Felt like it had been at bottom of list on a long drive.

Love this place , great service and food. You can sit outside and watch the world go by , it's great . Great sports bar if you are into that. Good all rounder to be honest. Nice st up too

This venue has the feeling of just your local pub. My partner and I ordered the Yorkshire pudding wraps, which were huge, but they lacked any flavour at all. We also waited for 40 minutes for the food to arrive in a venue that was only half full. The girls at the bar didn't seem interested in doing their job and serving.

Best Chicken Burger I’ve had in forever (but they gave me two of the same sauce not the one of each I ordered) but burger was so good I didn’t care

When they forget to deliver the items you have PAID for instead of coming back and bringing the correct items they tell you it’s not there problem and it’s a “just eat problem” also super overpriced, it’s Hastings.. not the shard, chill out with the prices

Didnt manage to order any food as the cook was sat at the end of the bar, he actually told me to leave and order through just eat.... Great business skills, can't quite fathom their logic, if you own this business I'd be really concerned.

Ordered from here last year & was beautiful food. Decided to order again today, it was nice but wasn’t as impressed. No gravy sent with the Yorkshire pudding wraps, the chicken tenders were dry & the chips were quite salty. Halloumi fries were nice though

I do not recommend this food, it was bland, badly cooked and tasteless. Definately not chilli concarne. Literally over done sweet potato fries not seasoned. Chilli was mince beef with cheese on top and a hint of some sort of spice. Very substandard and disappointing not worth the wait or the money... My cheese cake arrived on top of my warm chilli so that wasn't great either. The only thing i remotely enjoyed about that meal was the pepsi max. Aweful meal rated it 1.

Had a chicken burger and the chicken was very over cooked and burnt around the edges. My partners burger bun was soggy from the coleslaw. Always used to order from here and eat in the restaurant but their quality has gone down hill a bit .

First time ordering from Moda, very impressed with the quality of the food. Unfortunately the delivery driver only gave us 2 drinks when we ordered 3, on the subsequent follow up with a very polite and professional member of staff at the restaurant, it was ascertained that the delivery driver stole 1 drink so I was advised to file for a refund on the missing drink. Otherwise we were satisfied with the meals and service of the restaurant and we would like to dine in at some point in the future.
