Mocha Turtle Coffee in Bournemouth

No puedo creer lo que acabo de presenciar Estoy absolutamente disgustado y mortificado de lo grosero e insensible que es el personal realmente después de que 2 damas encantadoras entraron en el café con sus adultos con necesidades claramente adicionales y se les pidió que se fueran debido al ruido que estaban haciendo lo insensible y grosero que pueden ser usted y su personal Nunca he estado tan disgustado en toda mi vida que trate a sus clientes sin importar quiénes somos o qué necesidades tenemos no importa que un cliente sea un cliente y siempre debe ser bienvenido bien NUNCA MÁS por favor evite este establecimiento en todos los sentidos y por favor dígale a sus amigos o vecinos o familiares o incluso colegas de trabajo NO use este café el personal es absolutamente grosero y EVITAR EVITAR POR FAVOR, ayúdeme a correr la voz, ya que estoy mortificado de cómo estos miembros del personal y propietarios piensan que está bien tratar a otros seres humanos de esta manera de nuevo por favor EVITAR EVITAR EVITAR a cualquier costo!

Shockingly amateurish, seems to be set up solely for the enjoyment of the manageress. Not bad coffee but have had better.

Happened upon the cafe having recently moved to the area. Food was good, staff totally make it - and it’s dog friendly! Next time we will be back with our spaniels

Officially the worst breakfast experience I’ve had. Started with the table being sticky. When ordering a full english I asked if I could swap mushrooms for something else of which the women said yes but it would cost more. they give me an 1 rasher of bacon instead. Food was Luke warm. Egg was over done, there is a difference between crispy bacon and rock hard absolutely cremated of which theirs was. Butter come melted. Brown sauce in sachets, and all this at the top end price of £9. SHOCKING over-priced badly cooked food. Which wasn’t helped by the hosts loudly chatting and badly singing throughout. The only ok thing was the coffee. Wouldn’t recommend

Popped in for a quick bite to eat. Nice atmosphere, they welcome humans and dogs with the same warm glow. Food yummy and coffee tasty and hot! Must admit biggest surprise was the most needed hot water in rest room for frozen fingers. So many small coffee shops do not supply hot water much to our annoyance. It was a nice surprise. Lovely girls, helpful and smiley.

been in for both breakfast and tipsy turtle in the evening, cosy friendly atmosphere with good food and coffee - very friendly staff and welcoming to our dogs ( doggy sausages are on the menu ) would recommend a visit

Wow, this place is great. We came in the evening for wine and nibbles. Decor is chilled and very cosy. Wine was average but enjoyable. Hummus seemed home made and very nice. I only live 2 mins away, this will be my new go to place in tuckton. Thanks and great work. Ps -Confused about the other comments as staff where attentive and well mannered

I was disappointed by being spoken to like a naughty child for asking for chocolate on my cappuccino. I wont be back.

Coffee is not the best. Whatever beans they are using they are stale. I always try and champion independent coffee shops but this one is best avoiding. The elderly lady that owns this coffee shop is extremely rude when asked even the simplest question.

we walked past this cafe the day prior and decided to visit the day after! was so so lovely and definitely the best breakfeast we have had since visiting bornemouth! the service here is incredible and we were greeted and looked after so so well. atmosphere inside was lovely, not too busy and had music playing - would definitely recommend :)

Fantastic bacon and tomato sandwich with a lovely cup of tea. Great service with a smile. Sat outside on there benches taking the world in.

Popped in here for the second time during a walk along the River Stour. Wonderful service and a good selection of food. Thoroughly enjoyed ciabattas with interesting fillings and great coffee. Finished with a wicked smarties cake. We sat outside and enjoyed being served food from china (a real treat these days)

This cafe has been refurbished and restyled. Still has the casual beach feel and friendly atmosphere. The new kitchen has enabled an upgrade of the menu. Just had a cooked breakfast with great quality local sausages and bacon and quality oatmeal toast. The vaults coffee isn’t bad either!

We really enjoyed our coffees here; the relaxed, friendly service combined with the lovely, informal decor and comfy seating, creating such a chilled and relaxed atmosphere. They offer a range of cakes and snacks too. Outside seating, lovely background music, on-road free parking, and 2mins walk from Tuckton Gardens and the river. Loved it here.

Two girls behind the counter were so lovely and welcoming, drinks were brought over nice and quickly and easily the best bacon bap I’ve had at a cafe in years! Couldn’t recommend this place enough 🔥

Went in yesterday day with my Dad fora cup of tea was lovely man serving was very friendly I had a chocolate flat jacket which was very nice only get one cup of tea instead of a pot but was very big cup so was good will definitely come again with my Mum and Dad Will have one of there breakfast next time as they sound really nice

Excellent people, great staff, good food and always friendly. They are great to just pop in for a tea/coffee and some cake. They cater for some dietary requirements. Have a small kitchen for hot food. And a good range of cold food. A fantastic small local business.

Tan pronto como entré, tengo que decir que el ambiente era genial. El personal era muy agradable y servicial y me hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. La comida era deliciosa y el café es divina. También es muy familiar, ya que hay una zona para niños y perros también son bienvenidos mientras bebía mi café, tenía un pico rápido en algunas de las cosas hechas a mano que vendían. Sin duda recomiendo esta tienda de café.

I have bought sandwiches here which have been really delicious and in a different league to most sandwiches. Some interesting fillings and really good bread as well as lovely staff.

El café en sí es limpio y acogedor, con una buena comida y bebida, ofrecen y un personal muy amable. Realmente hicieron todo lo posible, sin embargo, en ofrecer catering fuera para Madre en Wake funeral la ley. Yesterday on an extremely warm August day - my birthday, as it happens - we four local 'old dears' had the greatest need of cuppas and sustenance at the end of a 7 mile or so trek along the final stretch of the Stour Valley Way as it headed towards Christchurch Harbour and the sea. Where to find somewhere suitable in Tuckton, we wondered? Lo and behold, the most sensible of our merry band quickly espied the Mocha Turtle Coffee and what a 'find' it turned out to be. Big cups of hot tea and decent coffee followed the arrival of a very welcome jug of iced water which, as you can well imagine, went down a treat. The menu was simple but certainly ample with something to suit every taste, as our eventual choices reflect - a salad, a panini and an omelette too plus, last but not least, a wrap. Every single item was extremely tasty and beautifully presented with the freshest of ingredients. It was perfect and exactly what we each needed and the overall experience was enhanced even more by the warm and friendly, personal welcome from the ladies who run the business - not to mention their junior 'assistant' on the day. A small establishment it may be but definitely to be recommended. We wish them well for their future ventures - they deserve every success.

Friendly staff, home made cakes, good coffee & a choice of other drinks, homely seating - sofa chairs tables, gifts for sale.

Visited with my two young boys recently and was very impressed. Service was friendly and efficient. The kids both went for ice cream with sprinkles and the staff were very accommodating in providing them with bowls and napkins. The coffee I had was very good. A very good cafe for a visit with kids!

It was my first time dining here and I found it to be a charming little cafe serving good quality food. The all day English breakfast was such good value as they source premium bacon and sausages from the nearby butcher. The salted caramel ice cream was a favourite of mine and overall, I enjoyed my lunch there. The two ladies (owners) were friendly and I felt relaxed. I will definitely return with my friends and family to try other dishes from the menu.

Called in on way back from our walk. Great coffee and cake. Nice staff and a chilled out vibe. Date and walnut flapjack is fab.

I popped in here early one morning whilst my car was being worked on, desperate for something for breakfast. Great! They do Porridge!! Inexpensive, good, sat outside in the sunshine and had a nice latte too. Lovely friendly and happy staff. Will definitely return.

We took my grandmother out for breakfast and it was delicious! Great fry up, excellent coffee and definitely recommended! Welcoming staff and clean surroundings, excellent set up for families with young children. Definitely worth a visit!

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous breakfast on Saturday morning, 12/06/14. Everything was cooked to order, of a high standard and served with a smile. The freshly squeezed orange juice, tea and coffee were most enjoyable and it was a very pleasant start to our weekend. I am very happy to recommend this little gem and we will certainly return soon.

We called in for breakfast, and found everything to our complete satisfaction. The service, food, and value for money, all spot on.

Fab cafe for a lite bite and great for mummies to get together with their babies/toddlers. Also some groups are held there so that's great also.

Lovely home made cakes and good coffees etc.. Stuff for kids and a nice atmosphere. The bigger premises are better (they moved from smaller opposite) but they could do with using a dehumidifier to stop the windows steaming up and running.

The two ladies that own this cafe make you welcome.

Mocha Turtle is a great little coffee shop, great choice of drinks hot & cold, lovely friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, child friendly and a good selection of light bites too.

we stopped off here after being given a groupon voucher for breakfast, we are very glad we did. we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and excellent service. The milkshakes were great and the cake samples were a great touch. There is a kids corner for colouring and whilst the toilet could use a little sprucing up, it knocks other corporate coffee shops into the corner for customer service and friendliness. Will go back when we are in the area again.

My partner and I visited Mocha turtle for lunch and are both glad we did. An exciting array of paninis and sandwiches to choose from complemented with lovely hot drinks. ( especially liked the turtle on the cappuccino. ) Will be visiting again in the near future.

What a find but well worth the effort. Firstly the staff are charming and enthusiastic about what they are providing. Everything is freshly made to order and you can mix and match the ingredients. I chose the stilton and chorizo whilst my wife enjoyed her bacon brie and cranberry.There are lots of other interesting suggestions for you to choose from. Our coffees were excellent and they offer milkshakes and other beverages as well as lots of home made cakes.
