This place never opens We travelled really far Google states there open and it's not!

Nice selection to choose from, quick service if there are no queues, relatively quick if there are long queues, family friendly. Every thing I've tried off the menu I'll definitely get again

Had the Philly steak hot dog thing. Was very nice and saucy. Chips were fresh aswell and tasted good. Came with various sauce sachets which was great. Oreo cake was massive but was rather mediocre. Slightly expensive for £5 a slice of cake and £10 for the meal but overall good quality food.

Tried the blondie cake with custard Can't say it was amazing But I've creams were good

This place is good at best, for the prices you get what you pay for, I mean I've never been disappointed over the years.

It was a delivery so cannot comment on the actual shop and it's staff members. Food came very quick and was still looking fresh just made. The probs were decent can't complain and prices were competitive standard within the area. Taste was good satisfactory; but nothing that made me lick my fingers and say "Yo Mo B you the man"... 😂

Homemade ice cream at the original and the best. Had one at their resellers but not the same quality. Excellent price too. Recommended!

I ordered chicken wings with the buffalo sauce and mango spice, the taste was outstanding. The employee behind the till was very polite and the customer service was great.

Milkshake was very good. Ice cream - it did not taste the same as last time I had it. It's a family run business. All staff are humble and friendly. They have variety of halal fast food. Unfortunately it's not HMC Certified poultry. However, they are known for their desserts as they make the ice creams themselves. You will see variety of ice cream. Not everyday is the same. Overall its all good. Would recommend going during the peek time and not closer to closing time.

Nice little place for a treat. The ice cream is fresh and full of flavour. Customer service was on point. Staff were polite and calm. You have to experience it yourself. Just visit and you'll see what I'm talking about.

When this establishment closed I was left heartbroken initially thinking my world would fall apart. I'm sooo in love with their gelatos. The authencity of the flavours are unbeatable. When they rebounded n reopened in 2020 I waited over 5 hours to ensure I was 1st customer in this newly refurbished business. I went EVERYDAY for the first 3weeks.... they now do hot food aswell as mouthwatering desserts . Number one fan. Number one customer. Mo B's for life. Shazzy D 🥰

So the food is great but they don't always take card payments and don't take payments online. The wait is also ridiculous so expect to wait 20-30 minutes for your food on top if the 10 minute wait for them to take your order.

Average ice cream. Everything else looked wicked though, although didn't try.

The best dessert place in Birmingham !!!

One of the best desserts place in town with great halal burgers, chicken wings and variety of other options. A visit is must if you want a good quality food with nice seating area. We came from London and my boys loved it so much that we went back again. Good price and great hygiene. Plenty of parking closed by.

First time visit great customer service. Great food and great company. Had the philly steak amazing, you won't find something like that with an original taste anywhere else in brum. The gelato next level I have never tasted such flavours amazing I think it was the Jamaican queen taste better than it taste.

I’ve tried the place a few times since they’ve opened up again. The guys can’t miss with the desserts. 10/10 every occasion. The wings are on another level. Does take a little while for the food to get made but you can’t rush perfection

I was disappointed yesterday I usually love mo b's the cake I ordered was nearly £5 for a slice 👀 got home and it was more like pudding than cake very stodgy. I had the jammy Dodger cake the icing was lovely but cake no good my niece and nephew ate it so at least didn't go to waste. Then my gelato was no were near the standard I'm used to was just ok I'm glad I only brought the one scoop usually I regret only getting one scoop I had the Ferrero Rocher. I will go back but if I have another experience like that ima start learning to make gelato at home 🤦🏾‍♀️

The food here is amazing! Wings are so succulent and flavourful. Chicken and waffles are the bomb and as ever the desserts kill! Gelato flavours that you would never find anywhere else! When you go make sure you try the cornmeal porridge flavour! 5 stars every time!

Clean shop, polite staff, slow service

Hardly had anything available. No oreo cheesecake, no cookie dough!!!! Waited 30mins to be served half a waffle & ice cream. Newly opened and refurbished. Service still slower than ever and less stock. With so much competition around you would of thought they would be on point

Such a shame they changed everything, also not sure why they've decided to throw chicken wings in the mix. Brought a skittles sundae and ended up throwing it in the bin, I won't be returning. #ifitaintbrokedontfixit!

The best place I've been to in a while and I mean a long while the service can be abit slow at times but the question is, is it worth the wait? I can confirm it is definitely worth the wait without doubt you will leave this place satisfied and wanting to go back ASAP !

Great food, but the prices are a bit extreme for what you get. They used to do large slices of cake which worked out good for your money, now all you get is a thin slice. Thanks but I'll take my money elsewhere ........

Best desert place in Birmingham, nice friendly staff and a relaxed vibe. Wide range of gelato flavours that you won't find anywhere else, such as bun & cheese, kool aid, blackjack and the list can go on. Oreo cake for me though is the best thing!

Milkshakes are ok at best but customer service has been absolutely atrocious on almost every occasion I've been. Even when it's not busy you can be waiting upwards of 30 mins for your order. When it is a little busy you may as well forget it, you'll easily be waiting over an hour. For a milkshake!

I ordered ice cream for my sons birthday party on Saturday (8th July) I told them that the party started at 4pm; a family member of mine went to the store at around 5pm too see that the shop is closed. I then recieved a text message at half 8 telling me how my ice cream is ready to collect:/ common sense shold of kicked in when I clearly stated the party started at FOUR O'clock; they were then given a hours leeway, I then recieved a message at 8pm; my son just turned one, he sleeps at 8 I was absolutely shocked at the low standard of customer service; I will not ordering or going back to the store again!!

Good selection of deserts but the customer service is atrocious. The kids running the place are unprofessional, lazy, slow and thick as hell

They have a fantastic selection of unique tastes which tantalize the taste buds, as for customer service, the best manners, with one purchase the chances of you not going back is extremely slim, recommend you take the family.
