Amazing choice of delicases , I can vouch for the Pistachio Milkcake, yum and the coffee takes you right back to the Arabic region of the world. By far this is a must go shop for me when I’m in the area. Excellent people , excellent atmosphere and excellent food , what more can you ask for?

Was a very bad experience, we were charged a minimum charge of £50/ pp before we even sit! And later on we realised that the table behind us wasn’t. Service is horrible and the waiter was rude. Cakes were less than okay, Arabic coffee isn’t too bad. I don’t recommend it at all.

Perfect to sit outside in the autumn sunshine at Covent garden. Some unusual beverages on the menu. Try the rose petal latte. Really nice

Planned a trip here with friends. Arrived. No chairs. Only outside. Was pooring with rain. Cold!! No heaters. Not sure how they want us to sit. Anyway went in, couldn’t believe how filthy the place was. We decided to leave and go to laduree around the corner. Won’t be visiting again.

We went with girls to have some cakes,so we choose to go to Covent Garden and found this cake place. Was really delicious and staff was amazing and welcoming. I assume manager (blond girl) suggested to have some coffee/ tea with spices, about which me as coffee addicted person made tiny bit worried, but I was surprised how good it was!!!Awesome place, nice cakes just too cold. You should think about some blankets and heating outside especially when Christmas is coming.

Went last week in the evening. Place looks so lovely with flower arch and little lights around. Cakes are very tasty, I had the pistachio cake and loved it! Staff were outstanding. Explained everything to us and gave us a suggestion of trying the Emirate Qahwah-safron tea/coffee - it was suprisingly such a great combination with the cake! Can't wait to try their cakemlkshake and coffee with cotton candy next time! Would definitelly recomend this place :)

I stopped here for a drink mid morning. The service was good and staff friendly but..... The drinks were served in paper cups and 2 teas cost £6.20, I know this is London but it was a bit expensive and all the additional waste from the cups is not ideal either. However, the location is good to watch the world go by

Went there on a weekday, just after lunch and it looked lovely from the outside. We ordered a capuccino and a salted caramel cooler (iced coffee) - well, where was the coffee? Almost undetectable! And as for the salted caramel - that was just not there, it was a cold cup of insipid coffee. And, to cap it all, the capuccino was served in a PAPER cup (for £4.50 I expect China!) and the iced coffee (same price) came in a PLASTIC cup with a PLASTIC straw! Really! With current news on the state of our planet, we really expected better. AVOID. MacDonalds do FAR better coffee.

The staff is nice. They even let us try some of the cake. If you want to order you should go inside. There were also menus on the bank next to the door. You can pay cash or card. After you paid you receive a number for your table that the staff can bring you the order. We enjoyed milkcake and coffee. Both were delicious but sadly served in plastic and the coffee cups were made of paper. It was pricey but the quality was good. It is definitely something different to most cafes. Only toilets we were missing but maybe we overlooked them and didn’t bother asking.

Appears to be a new venture serving 'Milkcakes', coffees and tea. Located near the Transport Museum in Covent Garden. Outside pavement seating area. Wide range of specialty treats and excellent coffee. I had a Latte which turned out to be one of the better ones enjoyed in a while whilst my better half had a cup of English tea. Prices quite steep but there again you are in Covent Garden. Well worth a look if you're in the area.

I frequently visit this Starbucks before work and the staff truly make my mornings all the better. They are polite, respectful and all around amazing people! As I go there regularly the staff go out of their way to get to know you and your order which just makes my mornings so much brighter. 10/10 would always recommend this location to people!

Thank you for delightful afternoon. The afternoon tea was genuinely nice and enjoyable. However, upon entering the restaurant, we were led to seating where there were already six people seated and we would all been really squashed sitting among them with no privacy to talk as we would have all been talking amongst each other. We requested if there were any other seats and then were seated on the terrace where there was plenty seating. We were then left with a menu by the waitress but no explanation of the booking we had made and what we should be looking at. A waiter came along 5 minutes later to say if we were ready, and it was then I asked the waiter to confirm what we were booked in for and confirm the menu. Both the waitress and waiter who both served and seated us did not appear to be interested and showed no customer service, which is a big shame, so not really a pleasant start for the afternoon tea I had booked for. Whilst we were having the afternoon tea, two other waitresses came to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything, Both showed so much enthusiasm and interest that it was such a nice feeling and it’s a shame we did not get that service when we came in, got seated and got served.

Beautiful Italian style latte. Served promptly and without fuss and / or upselling. As a visitor to the city, this was a revelation (or should I say ‘Ravello-ation’).
